We ordered the chicken bacon ranch 4 square, and the large Detroit rob city. The Rob city was delicious. We ate in and we had 4 little kids and 4 adults. Our friends ordered a different chicken and a margarita. You can easily...

easily share a 4 square between two adults with how big the pizzas are. We ordered soda from the taco place and that place had a large selection of IPA's (I think that's what they were) so you can get different drinks ordering from there. We had one issue with the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the employees were incredibly on top of it- like customer service was 5 stars. I would frequent this business purely because of how well they handled it- but they have that AND good food! Inside, it's rustic-esque. Nice for kids to have room and a lot of seating. I can imagine parking can be crazy when it's busy as it's in a small strip plaza. We unfortunately don't live near but we were visiting the Orlando science center and our friends wanted to come here. I'd definitely recommend this place again and again.

Found this spot for my daughter's birthday and we were all happy. The dough is nice and chewy with crispy and gooey cheese on the edges. Custom pies all look great but we went with the enforcer and it was great. The sausage had great flavor without being too salty. They're connected to Tin & Taco for seating which is fun and easy if your group wants to do a mix and match of foods. Very clean inside with staff coming around pretty regularly to make sure you have what you need. This felt like a little something extra since they can't really see you from their counter so they're staying on their feet.

Bear Detroit style pizza I've had though, so even a to-go option works here!

Also, reheating the pizza in the air fryer was *chef's kiss*- it reheats SO well. Just saying.

Great experience! Came here right at opening and ordered a small custom pizza. We did hot honey and cupped pepperonis. We were the first to order but the parking lot filled fast. SoDough never does me wrong. Every time I am in downtown Orlando, I consider stopping here for pizza. I always buy two small pizzas so I can save some for later - the portion sizing is perfect. This is the pizza I picture when I think of Detroit style - crispy cheesy edges with a soft and chewy middle. The ingredients always taste fresh and flavorful and they never skimp on toppings. I haven't tried their wings but a friend I was with got them recently and said they were great - super crispy. This location also shares a space with a Tin & Taco, which is so nice if you go with a group who might want other options.

I've been hearing about SoDough Square forever as one of the best pizza places in Orlando... And now that I've been there, I absolutely agree. This Detroit-style pizza is a crowd favorite, and for good reason. It lives up to every ounce of the hype, and gets all of the praise they deserve! The parking situation was easy-peasy (free and in front of the restaurant), but we also went at an odd hour during the day when it wasn't crowded. The restaurant shares a space/dining room with its adjacent taco restaurant (which was also good- we ordered the "trio" of salsa, guacamole, and queso with chips). We used the digital screen to order everything for our order. We purchased a large Detroit Rob City pizza and an order of Detroit Dough Dots. I opted for soda from the taco place, as they had a "Stubborn" fountain soda machine- which I loveeeee. Mixing the vanilla cream soda + cola= a winner. We grabbed a number for the table and they brought the pizza to our table maybe 10-12 minutes later. The goods! 1) Detroit Rob City (large)- I. Loved. This. So. Much. The hot honey. The little pepperonis. The perfect swirls of whipped ricotta. The delightful, golden brown, crispy and crunchy crust. This was absolute heaven. I ordered light tomato sauce, and I feel like that was a good decision. My oh my. This pizza fed my mom and me for 3 days (I ordered a large and had zero clue that this pizza was MASSIVE). I dream of this pizza. 2) Detroit Dough Dots- made with the same dough they use for the pizza! The dough bites are covered in cinnamon sugar and are served with a side of Nutella. Ordered SoDough Square Pizza for pickup and I've got to say , it did not disappoint. By the time we got home and opened the boxes, everything was still hot and fresh, which already put it off to a great start. The Detroit-style pie was incredible, easily the best Detroit-style pizza I've had in Orlando. The crust had that perfect crispy, caramelized edge while still being light and fluffy inside. Every bite was packed with flavor. We also ordered the buffalo wings. They were good, but honestly they didn't stand out nearly as much as the pizza. If you're deciding where to focus your order, the pie is definitely the star of the show. And whatever you do, do not skip the donuts. They came with the most amazing melted Nutella chocolate sauce for dipping and they were absolutely unreal. Sweet, warm, and the perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, fantastic Detroit-style pizza, easy pickup, and food that still tastes fresh when you get home. We'll definitely be back.

The place is very small and is attached to a taco restaurant in Orlando. On Friday they were slammed with orders so I had to wait thirty minutes for mine. I ordered a Greek salad with a garden pizza which means the toppings were veggies. The service was great and I can order at a kiosk and not at the register. The pizza was tasty and a little soggy cause it came right out of the oven into my car. I loved the Greek salad there and the design of the place was nice too. The cost was average $14.00 for a small size pizza and less than $10.00 for the Greek salad.

My husband is from Detroit, so we were so excited to check out @sodoughsquare and try their famous Detroit-style pizza! They even have Detroit Coney dogs, which we're already planning to come back for next time. We started with a Caesar salad and garlic parmesan wings (kid-approved -- two thumbs up all around ). Between us and the grandparents, we had to go big and try three pizzas: Rob City -- the viral one with ricotta and hot honey (the star of the night!) Bianco -- a dreamy white pizza with ricotta on top (Ricotta was heaven to me, but kids... not so much. At least mine are great eaters and will try just about anything ) Veggie + Sausage -- my parents' pick, loaded with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. We left already talking about when we could come back -- no exaggeration. If you haven't been, Sodough Square has three locations -- SoDo, Winter Park, and near UCF -- and it's 100% worth the hype!

First off this pizza place shares a dining area with a taco place. When you go in through the doors for the pizza place, you have to self order. And grab a number. Once you grab a number you need to go to the dining table area and just pick a spot. If you want to order tacos or other drinks, you're welcome to do that from the other side. I think both businesses shared at this common area. When you order your pizza is through a self order iPad system. It is very detailed in case you want to switch out an ingredient or have allergies or what not. Back to food. This is my first taste of the Detroit style pizza. And I loved it. I had the PBJ. Small size / 4 square pieces. Which is their version of a pineapple pizza, but I crossed out the jalapeños. It had an amazing dough and topping ratio. Crispy crust edges. And delivered it in a very cute box with reheat instructions on the side. It also tastes amazing if you decide to eat it cold just not as crispy. We also ordered their garlic sky wings. It's super crispy and juicy. But go for the pizza. Don't get a small size get the large size. Leftovers are amazing. I don't know why I got the small size. That was my mistake. Haha. There's free parking out front . Table and chairs are very stable. Since it is a common area, please pick up after yourself. The staff is very sweet.

I was craving a Hot dog and knew exactly where to go. SoDough Square! The 2 Detroit Coney Dog is my go to order. It is really good. I know I can get a Krombacher beer from Tin & Taco to pair with 2 Detroit Coney Dogs. The service is great. It took less than 5 minutes to get the Hot Dogs and Beer. There is plenty of seating. It is a comfortable spot to eat, drink and relax for hours talking.

Excellent service and outstanding Detroit-style pizza. I ordered the Detroit Rob City Pizza and added olives--unlike many places that charge extra and barely add any toppings, they absolutely give you your money's worth here. Every bite was loaded and flavorful. The Detroit Rob City Pizza was amazing: the pepperoni and sausage paired perfectly with the sweet hot honey and creamy ricotta. And of course, the iconic crunchy square crust was everything you want from Detroit-style pizza--crispy, chewy, and satisfying. Service was just as great as the food. Melissa took excellent care of us--she brought our food promptly, happily grabbed extra Detroit red sauce when I asked, provided to-go boxes, and even offered to cut the pizza into smaller pieces for our son. That kind of attentiveness really makes the experience stand out. Great food, great service, and a great overall experience. We truly wish they would open another location in Lake Mary again--we miss them!

YES YES YES! Try this place! You'll be addicted and you can thank me later :)- We stayed in Orlando, 30 minutes away from the place and came here 2x during our 3 day stay. This is probably one of the BEST pizzas I've had, hands down! Private parking lot given the other places in the plaza didn't appear to be opened any more. Our first visit we walked in and ordered at the available kiosks, took a number and sat down to eat there. Our second visit we ordered ahead and picked up. Great quick service. Food is fresh and delicious. Place is clean and plenty of seats available. Pretty much self serve. Staff is friendly. The takeout order was ready when we arrived and all correct. Definitely a MUST when we visit.

Yes!! A place that truly gets Detroit Style pizza. Being from Detroit and growing up on this style of pizza I was so glad to find an authentic Detroit Style. I've been here a few times and every time it's good. My favorite is the 6 & Conant (The OG) with some Mike's Hot Honey. But I do like getting other types of pizzas too. Oh. My. Goodness. This pizza... it's amazing. The crust is so fluffy and wonderful. And even though it's a deep dish, the bread isn't heavy. And the cheese, toppings, and sauce are just all complementary to each other. Service was great, prices are reasonable, and they have military discount. Only indoor seating, and be prepared to wait for awhile, as the line is long and the pizza is made to order. But the wait is well worth your time. Highly highly recommend. read more

Was so excited to have a new zaaa spot around the corner, even more excited it's Detroit style pizza (In layman's terms its the absolute best part of the Hut's personal pan but with good ingredients and SQUARE!) We've been loyal patrons of Tin & Taco so when we heard they were opening a Detroit Pizza shop, we had to go! We were absolutely NOT disappointed. We tried the Detroit Robb pizza and it was amazing. I was excited to try this place because of the reviews an pictures but was not matched with the same taste the pictures lend them self to be! The dough was impressive and was the best part! Crispy but not dry like most places get wrong. Reminded me of focaccia. Got the spicy and Buffalo pies and while they both looked incredible it was very lacking in flavor. No spice, garlic, or heat really. Especially the hot honey pizza, would not have known it was supposed to be spicy read more

Absolutely scrumptious! This is a unique gem to the sodo area, as far as I know there are not many Detroit pizza places in Orlando. It is a little pricey ($30 for a large pizza) but they make it worth it with the 8 very filling slices. We got the Detroit rob city which is one of their most popular and I can definitely see why. A crispy crust, delicious sausage, savory pepperoni, and the sweet yet spicy honey drizzled on top, what a perfect combination! Personally I'm not a huge fan of ricotta so I ate around it but my fiancé said it was a perfect add. We will definitely be back again soon as this is a very nice alternative to your typical thin crust pizzas. read more

When I heard there was legit Detroit pizza in the neighborhood, I had to check it out for myself. Went to the website and saw they are selling out fast everyday, so I stopped by shortly after they opened and put in my order for pick up later. The staff here is awesome, and there is plenty of seating inside at the adjoining Tin and Taco. The pizza was amazing!!! And it was totally legit to Detroit style. The SODO pizza game just got elevated with SoDough big time. Can't wait for my next one. Well done guys! read more

I tried Sodough Square for the first time tonight and was very impressed. After working at Little Caesars for several years during my 20s I am quite familiar with the Detroit deep-dish concept, but where Sodough Square shines is the execution. The pizza was served hot and fresh and the flavor was excellent overall. Crust, sauce, and cheese were just right. I wish this restaurant success in the future and will definitely be back. read more

Really a 4.5 but I'll round up to a 5 star for this. Order a large rob city. Detroit style is by far not my favorite style of pizza, but I thought this was absolutely delicious. Glad I decided to try it. We got take out and the service was quick and easy. The location does not have its own seating, but they do share space with Tin N Taco so there's plenty of space and seating if you wanted to eat there. Pricing might seem expensive but it's pretty standard with every other place I've been around Orlando. read more

This is solid Detroit style pizza, but I would stop there. Quality is there, but the flavor of the basic 3 pizza elements of crust, sauce, and cheese didn't blow my mind or really stand out. I make Detroit style pizza at home quite often, and this didn't elevate above what I am already doing. I was expecting greatness based on the glowing reviews and the hype of getting awarded Best New Restaurant of the Year in the Orlando Sentinel. I'd say it's closer to a 3.5 than a 3, but I couldn't push it to a 4. read more

The pizza is good but the experience is bad. You have to interface with their POS system to place an order, which, unless you're picking one of the predetermined options is a chore. Even the people working there weren't sure how to edit some of the options. So best not to go with any specific wants. Secondly, there is the price. For my small four slice pizza I'm paying 17 and change which, of course the POS system wanted to tack on a tip for me spending five minutes trying to figure it out. Almost $20 for four slices of pizza no matter how good is over the top. Which in my case I had to pick one of the presets and put a special request to remove all of the additional toppings just so I could have half his cheese. Which there is no modification for price, you will pay for those extra toppings even if they're removed. Go get pizza from somewhere you can simply order and get what you pay for. read more

We stopped here on a Saturday and didn't know what to expect, I am so glad we did. We had the chicken bacon ranch, taco pizza and the Detroit Rob city. All the pizzas I tried were hot and delicious, you really can't find pizza like this anywhere in Orlando. A MUST GO!!! read more

I am not from the D but my in laws are. I've been to Michigan a few times and have had the privilege of eating the native pizza dish straight from the source, SoDough is spot on! This is literally the best pizza I've ever had! The crust is soooo goood! All toppings are fresh, yummy and the entire pizza is just perfect! I ordered small one(4squares) and I finished it all(I had to share one slice with my son, but the rest I ate in like 5 mins - it was so delicious! Also I want to mention great customer service. Even though you order thru kiosk, but I've got greeted by the employee in the kitchen, and got asked if I need any help with the menu. When pizza came, their employee brought just one plate, but when he saw that it's me and my son, he gave us another plate in a moment, without me asking to bring one. I love the level of attention of the team to their customers, their friendly smiles and perfect food that they cook. 10/10 - Totally recommend it to anyone! read more

Overall, I understand busy shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Better customer service and more consistency in the quality of the pizza would go a long way. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.

Love the pizza, it's all about the sauce here. I always order extra sauce. I just wish they were opened late nights and still carried Faygo. Also, wish they'd take phone orders. But can't complain, the pizza is great read more
