The Cannolis broke my heart the cream was powdery and crust really soft they broke almost entirely after just one bite. Update: apparently someone can't handle A review. The bland part was the sauce and to each their own my opinion stands on the cannoli cream. 7-Eleven pizza sounds better and I don't like that pizza. read more

If i could give Sofias and Slice zero stars, i would simply for false advertisement and lack of care for the community. The restaurant hours listed on google says 12am. Slice says 1am. Thats fine, maybe they do deliver later. I placed my order at 11:23pm, funds are taken from the account, not held. It is accepted, and says my order will be delivered at 12:08am. Keep in mind that since i am a first time customer, i can not TRACK my slice order and they can not connect to my account nor track it themselves with all the technology available in 2022. 12:15am comes. I call Slice and speak to Brenda about my order. She advises me the restaurant is not answering and if i could wait longer. Fast forward to end, i call at 12:45am to be informed the restaurant is STILL not answering and i have to wait until the morning about my food or a refund. UNACCEPTABLE. I was also informed by Slice team member Kia, that Slice orders are accepted by humans so my order WILL come that night. This is on a recorded line. At this point i am furious. So i DRIVE to the restaurant to confirm business hours. Clearly, BIG on the door. It says "11am-10pm." Now, i am livid. What Kia did not know is that i operate the technology for a pizza restaurant. They have Slice as a platform, and you can set it to AUTO ACCEPT so you can pull your order and prepare. Today, i have to call and check on my order still. Slice Supervisor tells me Sofias had closed early DUE TO FAMILY EMERGENCY, but forgot to close the slice app (remember the rep told me specifically a human has to record it) ?? Says they refunded my money (which takes 3-5 business days) but can do nothing further but extend an apology. The owner absolutely has no explanation for the hours on the door, plus a lack of compassion. I don't even know how the food tastes and quite frankly, i don't care. I followed guidelines according to Slice and Sofias, and got screwed. And find out the hours aren't correct for the store ANYWHERE. I understand that their are emergencies, practices and procedures in place, but this situation is outright wrong and should never have happened in the first place. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant or Slice to do business with in any way, shape or form. read more

I was so disappointed after ordering Sofia's Pizza last night and it just keeps getting worse. It was a special occasion as I am moving back to my home town in Missouri and this was the last night I would spend with relatives in NV. I ordered 2 hours in advance (the pizza delivery was 25 minutes late) burned and the desserts I ordered weren't included. I paid for the desserts and was promised a credit for the desserts. After getting the rude and big-mouthed owner on the phone who told me to shut up while he called the bank with me on the line and kept talking about me while I was on the line when I tried to speak he told me to shut my mouth while he supposedly fixed the extra $17.00 he charged me for desserts I never received. I wake up this morning looking at my account and realized he charged me again for the desserts and did not credit me anything ...$72.00 for a large burnt pizza that was 25 minutes late and no desserts and insulted me too. If Sofias was the only restaurant in Las Vegas and he paid me to eat there I would walk to the next 7/11 for a hot dog. Totally unprofessional and a cheat. Skip this one folks. read more

Living super close by and always being partial to other pizza joints I've been reluctant to try Sofia's. Finally gave them a try and I'm super satisfied that I did. Ordered a medium pepperoni and 10 piece wings. The pie was great with a good sauce and loved that the crust was seasoned well. Crust was also the perfect thickness for what I'm used to so big plus as well. The wings were also good too albeit inconsistent in size (can't really blame them, still ate them all and we enjoyed each one!) Ranch was also good, not the best I've had but the consistency was right and I'm glad they don't resort to salad dressing packets like some do. Was also surprised there were fries with our order of wings. I probably missed that on the menu I used. Only problem was the box they used for the wings was plastic and not vented so the fries had the perfect environment to get soggy. Would definitely suggest something with decent venting to at least delay the inevitable. Only other thing and it's mostly the app was it gave me an estimate saying they were busy but thankfully one of the guys at the restaurant called saying it was ready well before the estimated time. Should have just trusted my gut and SO's suggestion to just go early. Will be calling in to order next time. And yes, there will be a next time! read more

I haven't been to Sofia's in years because the quality changed from what it was a long time ago. We decided to try it again and WOW! It's the best pizza I've had in a really long time. The crust is fresh and crispy but still soft. I'm a big fan of fresh tomato pizza, but only if it's done right (like this!) The tomatoes are whole thick slices. The pizza has the perfect amount of cheese and tasty sauce, and even has a bit of seasoning sprinkled on top. The meat pizza was delicious and fresh. The guy at the counter even had a great sense of humor. Definitely recommend! read more

Super delish the eggplant had an incredibly unique flavor that is quite hard to explain but it's closer to the salty side and faaaaar from bland.
