As our waitress was setting our food down, she directed towards my meal, "That sauce looks interesting." Before I could even ask for refills or process the meal that was placed in front of me, she took off as fast as possible. Our tenders were covered in sauce that was supposed to be on the side. In addition to that, it was very obvious mine had been sitting in the back for a while as the sauce had congealed and they were nice and cold. It looked like they had poured room temperature sauce on the already congealed tenders just before bringing them out as an attempt to make them look fresher. Their attempt failed, if you were wondering. The tater trio was hot and tasty though, if that means anything to you. This was our first time eating at this location and we will not be returning. If the food had come out hot and as ordered, we may have been able to look past the wait since we weren't in a hurry to get anywhere and had various sports to watch, but that wasn't the case. Thank goodness we could pay on the kiosk or we would've been waiting there still to get out of there. I wish I had seen that at the time of this review, their Yelp rating was 1.9 stars because that would've made the decision to not go there to begin with much easier. Oh, and the kiosk to pay had a short survey, but after putting a 1 star on the very first question it automatically skipped to the end with a "thank you for coming!" I feel like those surveys usually have like 3 questions so I think my 1 star scared it and didn't want to give me any other chance to leave a poor rating.
