Great menu variety with healthy options. Their smoothies make for a great snack! I loved the strawberry salad bowl and the chicken Caesar wrap.

Great options! Everything is super customizable! My sister in law is vegan and so sometimes going out with her for something can be tricky! But this was great! Had vegan/vegetarian options! Everything was so yummy. Perfect for dining in, or picking up to go! Our food came out super fast! My personal favorite was the comfort bowl, with added corn! We definitely will be returning! Highly recommend!

Quick and fresh spot for lunch or dinner. I made my own salad and each ingredient was very fresh and delicious. In my opinion it is pricier than other options, but it was good and what I needed in the moment.

I tried the kale and apple smoothie for the first time, it was good but I think I will be trying a different flavor next time. They have a really nice outdoor patio for seating, and decent indoor seating too. The staff was nice as well.

SoFresh has an extensive menu with many preset options, as well as the ability to completely customize anything you'd like! We ordered two of the bowls online for pick-up and were very pleased with the process. Ordering was simple and straightforward, and everything was ready when they said it would be. We both loved our bowls - the flavors were great and all the ingredients were fresh. The only negative was that we could've used a little more sauce (the containers came about half filled). Also, the items are a bit pricey for the portion size, but again, everything was tasty.

The service there was amazing. All the employees were very respectful. The food was outstanding. You can tell the food was SO FRESH!

My first time visiting SoFresh today! Everything was super delicious, the staff was friendly, and the homemade sriracha was amazing! Will certainly be back!

SoFresh is such a great option if you're looking for something healthy while eating out fast. If you are familiar with Roots, it is similar: they have heathy and filling bowls. However, SoFresh it more diverse. Any flavor you are desiring in a bowl, they will have on the menu. And if not, you can create your own. Aside from bowls they, too, have smoothies, wraps, salads, and quesadillas. Pictured is the teriyaki stir fry bowl; it was very tasty. I have also had the barbecue bowl with tofu, and it, too, was very good. The staff was also extremely friendly which was definitely a plus!

Enjoyed a very happy first time lunch here after a nearby workout class. I had the "power bowl", consisting of quinoa, brown rice, kale, goat cheese with kale-basil pesto sauce. It was nicely warm, fairly hefty, flavorful without being nauseatingly salty or saucy. I actually never realized kale could taste so good - I've always just thrown it in my smoothie to avoid chewing it. They have a pretty good selection of bowls - salads, wraps, and juices too. Good addition to the neighborhood!

I just genuinely believe in spending my own money at places I enjoy because that's what keeps this industry going around. The spots that make people feel something deserve people showing back up for them. The chicken parm will neverrrrr not get ordered at this point and I truly don't think I've ever left without a full belly and leftovers I was excited about later. She works hard, plays even harder, has seen more of the world than most people ever will, and somehow still stays one of the most genuine people I know. Pittsburgh's lucky to have her, but I have a feeling she leaves a little piece of herself everywhere she goes.

The vinegar pie sounded super unique and intriguing so I gave that a shot. So glad I did! This is delicious. I can't even really describe it; there's a tiny note of acidity to it, but it's also super sweet. A nice little brown topping as well. It's just really good and you should try it. All in all, recommend this spot. The inside area we were sitting at was a little bleak but other than that, it is a nice place to be!

There is a hard start time as the tasting menu is done in a large group setting-serving everyone at once. So, we found ourselves wandering around the neighborhood and then standing in front of the door waiting for 6pm to strike, I felt like a creep. The area itself is an open floor plan so when they welcome you in, it's confusing to see the table we will be seated around but also see little stations for the canapés. Little awkward. We found a two-seater, and as a plus size woman I felt a bit cramped. My husband and I are both tall (5'11" and 6'3" so we were both fighting over who got the bench seat vs the little stool. There's always that awkwardness when you're looking around trying to figure out what the heck is about to happen and wondering..when is it time to EAT. We did 3 or 4 canapés which were all enjoyable-one that stands out to me had goat cheese and beets-yum! We are asked to take our seats at the large table and ...awkward again bc we are just kind of all looking around waiting. I have a sensitivity to alcohol so I did the N.A. pairing and I didn't feel like I missed out on much. The sommelier did a great job at explaining the notes and why each pairing happened. I really enjoyed the tasting menu. The chef kept us abreast of what we were trying and looped in other accompanying staff which gave us some of their backstory which was nice. I love that the restaurant has an urban garden and tries to reduce waste-that's so important. Minus 1 star because of the clunkiness of the bench area vs the large table where we ate and the cost. $275/pp plus tip isn't something that many can swing in a blue collar city.

This is where I reveal how lame I am, because I found my favorite order back in 2023 and I've never changed it up!
