Avoid! Their belt malfunctioned both times I had to go through here, and they yelled at me for not putting my car in neutral. I know how to drive, my car was indeed in neutral. I've been through several other car washes and haven't had this happen. To be yelled at and asked if I know how to drive, as a paying customer, is unacceptable. The last time I came here, after having to literally drive through and not getting my car properly cleaned dried, the teenaged employee had the audacity to tell me "nah" when I asked for a hand-towel dry and or a refund. THESE CAR WASH FACILITIES NOT GOOD ANYMORE. You ask for wax, they don't turn the wax function on so they can keep that extra money in their pocket. The hand car washes are packed now a days because everybody has gotten hip to how bad the soft cloth car wash employees have become. If you love your car, just go wash it yourself. Every time i go here it's a bad experience smh no more it's a shame i have to drive far away to get a car wash to get good service. when i pull up the white guy have bad attitude. he barely scrubbed my car sent it threw i should've got a $4 wash. It's a car wash. I don't expect much in the way of friendliness or concern. What I do expect is ... well, a car wash. That's what I got. I don't expect to use the place except after salt trucks start up. I just hope they use filtered recycled water. Not sure how to determine that. My only concern is keeping the frame and body free of rust. So, I don't expect to do more than buy the basic $4 wash. read more

I don't go to this one because the white guy is soooo rude! Today on my way I kept repeating, I hope he's not there but he was. I tried anyway. He aggressively waved my car in and came to my window. Presented my card and was about to tell him which wash i wanted. He then threw his hands up, walked away from my car and told his coworker, "of course it's a card!" I backed my car out. One of the BEST drive through car washes in Southeast Michigan. The prices are reasonable. You can get a thorough wash for $3.50; a few cents more than a hand car wash. The employees pre-scrub your car with long brushes to get more dirt off your car than a hand sprayer. A complete wash without any wait takes 3 to 5 minutes. The washers and scrubers are well kept and use generous amounts of soap and water to wash away dirt. Towel drying is available at the end for a dollar. Pricer packages are available that include undercarriage wash, tires/rims, wax and other services. Coin operated vaccums are conveniently located on the premises along with vending machines that sell cleaning products and air freshers. I went to this location and all I had was a quarter roll. Instead of giving me the lower priced wash I asked for, (and giving me my change in paper currency if he wanted those quarters) the attendant demanded that I get the $9 wash and didn't even give me my change. The car wash location itself was great! The prices are really good. Most of the staff is cool, but one guy was just a little harsher than he needed to be. The place was really busy so maybe he was flustered. But my car wasn't in neutral (I don't go through these types of car washes often to know better) so he was trying to tell me to do so. But he'd knock on my window then shout at the car behind me. Then pounds on my window again and is wondering why I'm not following his instructions. He needed to keep eye contact with me so I knew he wasn't just tapping my car to say move up or something. But overall I'd come again, maybe when people won't feel so rushed. read more

Card fir the $3.50 car wash and it's $5.00. Guy made me pull up to the bumper of guy In front of me and no one was Behind me. Then at the end there's a guy standing there with towels and it says $1 towel dry. I say Ok and the guy looks at me blankly then I tell him just to put my mirror back which he did and I drove off. I will flush every dollar that I have down the toilet before they ever get another penny out of me. First things first, When I arrived I originally asked for a $9 wash however I asked if I could get the bugs removed from my car. The employee then informed me that it would be $2 extra dollars for bug remover. I understood, and asked if I could then switch my wash to the $5 wash so that I could get the bug remover and still have change left over. When I asked to do this all hell broke lose. I'm not sure of his name, but the man with the tattoo on his face went on to say "oh so you want your little change back?" Why yes, I want my change back... it's my hard earned money.... I'll tip AFTER the service is done and I'm satisfied. At this point, he gave me my money back and slammed the brush up against my car saying rude remarks like "I'm going to do a half ass job on this car and I'm not the one." At this point, I rolled down my window and asked what his issue was... he insisted that there wasn't one even though it was obvious that he had a problem with me asking to get the bugs removed from my car. To make matters worse, I go through with the car wash and surprise surprise, my side mirror breaks completely off because he failed to put my passenger side mirror in. At this point, I drive back around and tell him what had happened to my car and his response was "what the f*%k you want me to do about it?" He then said "I don't give a f@&k about this car wash" and threathened me. I then asked who the manager was and he refused to give me any information as far as a name or number. At the manager/owner isn't any better. So the next day, I take my truck up there to see if I can get it resolved and the manager tells one of his employees to tell my to file it on my insurance. This car washing business has really gone down the drain. I went there today to get the usual soft cloth wash that you'd expect for $3.50-$9.00, but first I wanted to vacuum my car out. When I pull up to one of the only available spots, of course there was no hose on the machine. I pull into another one and it ate my money. I went to let the staff no and they refunded me my money and simply said, "use another one". No attempts to seek out what the issue was or to put a sign out saying out of order. So I wait for another spot to become available, and pull up to a gentleman blasting offensive rap music next to me. No manager around to voice my concerns to. The place is usually pretty well kept, but today there were tons of trash around and the staff was just there. I won't be going back unless they clean up there act! read more
