QUATTRO FORMAGGI on a gluten free crust
    Gabby T.

If you're gluten-free, they have a great cauliflower gf crust that is one of the best in the area! I love brick-oven pizza, and SoHo Slice didn't disappoint. I've had the quattro formaggi pizza twice now, and while I enjoyed it both times, the second time had a bit too much wet cheese on top, which is the only reason I gave this 4-stars instead of 5. The inside of the restaurant is cute, and the menu has a nice selection of options. The staff were conscientious of my gluten allergy, which I really appreciated, and they were kind. I've been surprised many times when we've driven past that there aren't more cars in the parking lot, so I'd highly recommend giving them a try if you're on the fence!

This place had awesome pizza and great service, the kids pizza is HUGE!! 10/10 will come back our next trip to Rehoboth!

This is a spot where you can quickly get pizza, salad and a drink. It's super cute inside! We had heard good things so my friend and I wanted to give it a try! My friend and I were not impressed by the pizza. We got the Hot Italian and added roasted red peppers. The sauce and flavors were fine. However, it was very wet and the toppings slid off our pizza. Not sure if the crust was supposed to be super thin but that would lead to toppings falling off. Our Caesar salad tasted fine. Service was good. If you don't wanna go back into town and you're shopping at the outlets, maybe this is the spot for you..

Yes it's cute, but idk, we both felt it was not NY at all. We're both pretty big pizza people. I love all kinds, my husband is a bit pickier. Transparently we wouldn't come back. There are a lot of places to pick from and I just think it was lacking something. Great if you need a quick bite which I did. Service was wonderful and parking is ample. I just can't imagine picking here over some other local pizza spots in the area.

Pepperoni and Italian sausage. Very good.

We tried this restaurant after seeing reviews for it and being close by. We were promptly seated and built our own pizzas. I got mine with mushrooms and my wife got one for her and my son which had pepperoni and Italian sausage. We also got a child sized cheese pizza. The pizza was very good, with crisp crust and the fresh toppings. We didn't think the prices were too out of bounds, as the pizza for the full sized one were around $17-20 each. The service was average, especially given how slow they were on the day we went. We would probably go back.

    My delicious cauliflower pizza!

So, lets talk about all of the things!! Ambiance, its pretty nice here, I won't complain for sure. Its a little loud, and a little basic but its fine. All is well! Service, hey man its good, its fast, waiter was cordial and polite. No problems there, the pizzas came out in a reasonable time. Appetizers came out before the entrees which is ideal, absolutely 0 complaints! Finally the food. My crust was delicious, nice, just crispy enough to hold everything up and support my pizza, but not burned. Now, my wife got a regular pizza, no cauliflower, and it was also quite tasty. Not too crispy, not too soft, hers was admittedly a little less crisp than mine but that's okay she likes it less crisp. All in all, I can give them a 4, well done lads.

$12 for 7 slices of zucchini....

Meh. Overpriced and unremarkable. $12 for the zucchini appetizer that only included 7 slices of zucchini - $1.74 per slice...

A special thank you to Peter "Pan" for making our night so memorable. Not only were the cocktails delicious, but watching him craft those amazing bourbon creations was an experience in itself. I only had the one I paid for. There's no need to lie, bad days happen. This is not a speakeasy, this is a restaurant cosplaying as a speakeasy. That may be a bit harsh, it's a speakeasy in training. Sure, it's got all of the speakeasy decor, blackout curtains over the windows and doors, and a big selection of pedestrian liquor but it's not quite there. We went in on an early evening on Wed and there were maybe 5 other patrons in there. Our waitress was nice and brought us water to the high top. She brought us two food menus, and a specials menu. I asked for a bourbon list and she brought it; no prices on the list. Annoying. On the specials menu there was a small section of manager recommended drinks and one was a Willet. The way it was written was confusing because it said it was both a 4 year and 14 year for $52, so I asked for clarification on the age statement. She took the menu to the barkeep, who confirmed it was a 14 year so I said yes I'll have that. A drink was brought to me, but I could tell from the taste that it was not what I ordered. I asked the waitress for the bottle, she asked the guy behind the bar for the bottle and he pulled down a willet pot still bottle (pot still is the entry level Willet and at best a 5 dollar pour, no where near what I asked for). I told her that I was given the wrong drink, then she approached the bar and between her, and the male and female bartenders they had a weird back and forth conversation. Then, finally they pulled down the bottle that I asked for, that was advertised, and gave me a pour of it. I asked to see the bottle and the waitress brought it over but held it instead of putting it on the table (it was a 13 year Willet, Paper Trail). As we were about to order we were told that they reset the menu the very day before, with the focus of putting more love and care into the food. Feeling good about that, we ordered the French quarter catfish and the bourbon braised short ribs. The corn that came with the short ribs tasted straight out of a store bought steamable pouch, and the "ribs" weren't ribs at all, just sliced meat. The only redeemable thing about the catfish dish was the aioli; the rice had no flavor, the corn was cold and hard, and the catfish was mostly breading. We both took a few bites and resigned. I have been to many speakeasies around the US, and there are common themes: a much better selection of liquor; 95% of the bourbon were low tier bottles you can find in any liquor store for around $50. Also, when customers ask for the bottle, it isn't because we plan to steal it or drink from it, its because we're genuinely interested in the information on the labels. The quickest way to get people to stop spending money is to make them feel as if they can't be trusted touching a bottle. Perhaps it was an off day for the staff and this wasn't a typical experience, but I won't go back.

Nothing was bad and we really enjoyed every dish. The French onion dip with the caviar and chips was delicious and the broth surrounding the scallop crudo was wonderful as well. The veggies under the salmon were perfect and while the salmon was overcooked it still tasted good. The crab pasta was flavorful without being heavy and the scallop risotto was lovely as well. Service was great with a wonderful waiter whose name I did not get but service was prompt and attentive. Ambiance is very nice, coming from NYC I prefer a small compact restaurant so Drift made me feel right at home. Overall I will 100% be back on my next trip to Rehoboth.

We stopped in about 1-2 hours before closing so when we were seated, they informed us of the last call timing for ordering food, dessert and alcohol. The lighting is dim and romantic for sure. The music was a vibe (we overheard it was just a "lounge" playlist but it was a good one! The lightning could have been better - it was a little flashy at times for dinner. When it was time to order, we were stuck between 2 appetizers and ended up taking the waiter's recommendation on the crab Rangoons and are so glad we did. Best we ever had in our entire lives. Made with real crab - makes all the difference! They were soft with a light outer crunch. Perfect consistency! 10/10! I ordered the Pad Thai (slightly less spicy) and I'm glad I did. Our waiter was very informative on how the spice scale here worked and we were appreciative of that! The only issue we had was that it seemed like due to coming later in the evening - the servers were kind of rushing everyone along. They were helping eachother bus tables, take checks, etc and in doing so ran our card for another tables check. The bartender was able to void it in time but they were not super apologetic about it. Again, they were very nice but I think their main concern was just getting out of there at a certain time. We had one of our best meals of the week here and will definitely visit again in the future.

Thereafter, the food on the "Asian Fusion" menu sounds great, but leaves much to be desired. More confusion, than fusion. Dumpling Special is a cool notion (why not save a few bucks?). But, when it arrives without ginseng slivers, nor a spoon for dripping the dark vinegar into the removed top knot to mix with the beef soup within the Xiao Long Bau, it becomes apparent skill is lacking in the kitchen. It doesn't help that these dough pouches are commercially bought and not made by knowing hands. The Singapore Black Pepper Crab bowl was sure Szechuan spicy enough, but had so little crab that my crustacean loving wife turned on her phone flashlight to find some. They were ground so small that they were nearly invisible, but could be slightly tasted by their mild sweetness. Just not enough substance to balance the other ingredients. My Cumin Lamb Ho Fun was likewise deep into the heat and looked good with the fat noodles mixed throughout. However, once again the kitchen's lack of deftness appeared with too many tough, stringy and fatty pieces of lamb that were unpleasant and overbore the generally decent quality of the rest of the dish. From my experience, that only happens when attention isn't paid to the texture of the meat when slicing. Cutting lamb against the grain is a no-no. So, even though I enjoyed the Moon Door entrance, the Bodhi (Enlightenment) name and all the on point Asian decor, it was disappointing that all that spirituality stopped at the kitchen door. 2.5 Shakyamuni-less Stars.
