NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!!! This is NOT a tasting room or juice/smoothie bar or an organic market like listed on yelp and google. I went to get juice and the door was locked then they turned me away saying they do not sell anything there or do tastings. What is the point of all the tables inside and outside then and why is it listed as if you can go?? Oh and when I told them I wanted to purchase a juice they told me I can get it at the grocery store. Haha. I will because I love it but what a disappointment and false posting of the place. Finally dropped by after driving past this place the past week & reading about it on Eater, as I work nearby. It's a cool looking spot, with an interesting concept. The staff was very helpful and since they're still in the process of opening, there was a limited amount of stock at the time. Ended up grabbing a really chilled unfiltered apple cider for $7, and I debated about one of the many items they had from Peace Pies which looked delicious. Glad to see they carry vegan-friendly food, and it'll be cool when they have their taps officially open. The cider I got was really good, smooth and sweet, and left me with a very good aftertaste feeling (compared to your usual apple ciders/juices). I hope to check out more of their items once they get settled, but in the meantime, they're worth a visit while they do. Thanks! read more

However the staff at Sol-ti (1 particular person hehe) compensated by allowing my party of 2 to sample the juices! All of them tasted HEALTHY so I wanted to buy 2 of the best tasting bottles! Pros: -cold pressed (no heat was used during juicing extraction). -light filtered (filtered with sun's ultraviolet rays instead of the the typical pasteurization process that taints the juice like from carton juice). -yummy ingredients (aromatic smelling & strong tasting ingredients). -glass bottled (retains cold temp better in fridge). Stopped by during the Grand Opening/Winter Party with a few of my friends. The live music as soon as we entered was an amazing and welcoming touch. If it wasn't cold and rainy I would've hung out outside a lot longer! As soon as we walked in we checked in and got our taster glasses. To my surprise, everything on tap was a free-for-all! It was awesome to be able to taste all the different juices and then fill up on my favorites. My boyfriend really enjoyed the Master Cleanse and me and my friend loved the Green Juice. My other friend was sipping on the Oolong all night. We all were pleased with our finds. I really wanted to see the manufacturing area while it was running but we had to leave before they were able to completely start it up. Hopefully there will be tours just like the breweries around here so we can check it out again! The only downside was that parking was a bit tough. I'm curious to see how this place will do tucked away in a little corner in Miramar. I am addicted to that green juice so I'll definitely have to come back. read more

I love both the Sol-ti Tumeric SuperShot and the Ginger SuperShot. While I like drinking it as a shot, what I like more is to pour the shot over ice, then add a can of sparkling water like Le Croix Pure. Even diluted with 12 oz of sparkling water, the tumeric (or ginger) flavors come through strongly. And then there is a lot more to sip and enjoy. I call the Tumeric + Sparkling water a Tumeric Tonic. I call the Ginger + Sparkling water a homemade Ginger Ale. I love these combinations! Not only are they great source of nutrition and hydration...they are super delicious. read more

Feelin' lit, feelin' light, because I just completed my first ever 3 Day Nourishment cleanse! We chose Solti because we are local to San Diego and they introduced an awesome Groupon deal for two 3 day cleanses, valued at $248, but reduced to around $160. Yes, a Groupon, because we pay enough to rent in Downtown SD to justify pinching our pennies :) Free pick-up at their location just off Miramar Road, which saves you a $29+ per cleanse shipping option that online competitors often charge. I reached out with a voicemail and email to customer service and Nikki, the retail and tasting room manager was a ROCKSTAR! She called back within 20 minutes via email and phone. Nikki went above and beyond to ensure our order was placed, and even helped my boyfriend load the boxes (there are three heavy boxes per cleanse) into the car. I had an issue with the Groupon redemption, and she took care of it on her end, within minutes. Email response time, on point. I will be sure to make my way up to the taproom to meet you in person, Nikki! We did the cleanse from a Tuesday-Thursday. My boyfriend and I are cleanse n00bs, so when it came down to opening the boxes on Day 1, I was pleased to see them labeled with numbers, 1-6. A note for other first time juice cleansers, this cleanse does not come with clear instructions on what to do. There is extensive information provided on the website in the form of FAQs, but if you're expecting a little more direction upon purchase you won't find any. There are six juices to drink throughout the day - glass bottled, so no butterfingers allowed.... 6:30am: Chlorophyll Aloe SuperAde - a solid start to the cleanse, a very lemon-intensive taste 9:00am: Pure Green - my second a full-bodied juice with lots of flavors! 11:30pm: Reishi Turmeric SuperAde - Don't let the 'mushroom' deter you, you can't taste it at all! Once again, a very lemon-intensive taste 2:30 pm: Pure Green - yummy yummy in my tummy round 2 5:30 pm: Master Cleanse - LOVE the use of cayenne. I love spicy and this invigorated my palette 8:00pm: Activated Charcoal SuperAde - unique juice, charcoal remnants left in the bottom of juice were a sort of unexpected crunch! Overall, Day 1 of the cleanse was HARD. Then again, who am I kidding? Withdrawal from caffeine and solid food would wreck anyone's jolly mood. At just over 400 calories in total (yes, between 6 juices) and my boyfriend's ghostly look when he came home from work triggered a necessary adjustment to the cleanse. We ate one avocado per day, to provide more caloric intake. If you don't like lemonade or lemon flavored beverages, you might want to consider an alternative cleanse. All six of the juices include a lemon and maple syrup base, which was a bit overpowering for us. The collection of juices were delicious and we had a fun time bonding over our near starvation together. I absolutely noticed a difference in my waistline and overall mood/energy. If someone asked me right now what state I was from, I would answer, "Akaline State, don't cha know?" - haha. We will likely do another cleanse with Solti in the future, and we will absolutely stop by the tasting room! read more

Came in during the 2017 Winter Grand Opening on Friday the 13th with my babe. Upon entry, there was a table w/several kombucha drinks containing alcohol, which was a nice warm welcoming. Not to mention since we rsvp'd, we manage to get a glass each to try their open bar. It was very refreshing to try different cold pressed flavours. Also, there was a side table for vegan snacks and arts&crafts, which was awesome because I snagged some logo stickers (I love collecting local SD company stickers). Live music was playing which was pleasing; the atmosphere vibe was pleasant; also, they have growlers which is a huge plus! I love that Solti is so close to me-- definitely making a pick-me-up growler stop soon! read more

Came in during the grand opening tonight and was greeted by a friendly group and a starting cup of kombucha beer. My girlfriend was beyond thrilled to visit the place and I was interested in a pressed juice place opening up in a heavily brewery saturated area. Regularly none of their juices on tap are alcoholic so keep that in mind, it's a strict juice place. It's clean, and the facility looked great.
