It's a friendly simple atmosphere but the star of the show is the pizza. We ordered the Canotto pizza. This Neapolitan contemporary pizza has a soft airy Incredibly edible crust. The tomato sauce is sweet without burned aftertaste. I'm an older individual who grew up with Brooklyn NY style pizza, moved to CT with its New Haven style pizza and have been to Italy many times. This is by far the tastiest and most edible pizza I have ever eaten. The crust is delicious. It soft and almost fluffy. If you like crispy and crunchy and charred then this pizza is not for you. First time customers overall the pizza was amazing! The crust was so good and the sauce on point! Customer service from the cashier was awesome. The Caesar salad $5 was small and the croutons need to be made homemade, not premade. We got two side ranch in a four ounce cup but didn't realize how much they were $3 plus! I'll skip that next time... Now one recommendation since I'm in the food industry and food safety has to be always in the forefront of any establishment. The young man who was making the pizzas kept wiping his face with a towel and never washed his hands after wiping his sweat off. Not sure where he laid the towel after wiping his face but I pray to god it's not on the counter where the pizzas go when they come out of the oven. Also when you clean the bathroom I would recommend bringing a trash can to put the bathroom trash into it, as the person who was cleaning it took it through the kitchen and dispose of it in the trash into the kitchen. Just saying. Finally it took over 30 minutes for three pizzas which seems to be long as there wasn't that many people inside although they had five pizzas for pick up. No doubt this place will either take off and do very well or it will struggle if attention to detail slips! read more

Best food experience in awhile! Service is impeccable. You'll have to experience it for yourself. A family owned and operated spot, and they treat you like family as well. The crust on the pizzas are nice and thin on the base and ultra thick and fluffy on the outer crust. I recommend ordering one of the dipping sauces in addition to your pizza so you can dip the leftover crust! The cannoli cupcake as well was surprisingly good. Location is shared with another restaurant upstairs in town center, so it's a bit small, but they accommodated our group of 8 just fine. read more

I have to give this place an honest review for now and will hopefully be able to update it in the future to a higher rating but - I didn't have a great experience here. We were so excited to try this place out with all the glowing reviews of how life changing this pizza is. Unfortunately we showed up on a night that they were really really overwhelmed. We placed our order with the hostess and after finding no room to sit, she offered to text us when the pizza was ready and we went to grab drinks elsewhere. That was nice! We didn't mind the wait. We came back a while later and found a spot to sit to eat our pizzas. We got the margarita pizza and the Daniel gigi. The margarita pizza was good. I was expecting more traditional with chunks of mozzarella but it was ok the way it was. Their unique dough was a nice change and it was good. But I felt like the amount of toppings and dough was just too unbalanced. You really only taste the bread. The Daniel Gigi is where my meal fell apart as the dough was raw in the middle. After I bit into the raw dough I really lost my appetite. To their credit, the owner apologized and explained how busy they had gotten from social media and weren't properly staffed to keep up with demand. He refunded us and also offered us free pizza in the future. This service is why I am still rating three stars and I hope they can find their groove to keep up with their newfound popularity read more

Hands down the best pizza! Tried double zero too. Also very very good, but this pizza was better. If you could believe that. 10/10. Service was above and beyond. The sweet girl who took my order came to my table twice to check on me and she had the biggest smile which made me smile too. You could tell it was sincere and she enjoyed being there. Best pizza in Town Square. Maybe even Vegas. I had been waiting to try this place for sometime as their hours/days are limited. This place can be hard to spot. It's upstairs above Mora and across from Milano. Solamente shares a unit with Down 2 Earth (a great vegan spot), so don't be confused when you walk in. Their known for their fluffier, cloud-like crust as seen in the second picture. I wasn't too sure what to get, so I ended up with both styles of crust! I got them with the same toppings just to be able to really compare and see which style I liked more and which one was better. Despite getting both, I was at a loss. They're both too fucking good. I am so eager to try even more varieties of pizza that Solamente offers. If dairy didn't hate me, I would eat here everyday of the week. The best pizza I've ever eat. I lean more on eating healthy, I love pizza and very picky on selecting what kind of pizza i like to eat. But let me tell you, this pizza is a bomb! It's located across from AMC at the top of the stairs (near blue martini) and shared the location with Down to Earth Plant Based Cuisine. We ordered the Bianca pizza on thin crust and the Garden Pizza (vegan). Both dishes were phenomenal!! The dough is incredible. They just opened in September and I'm sure this spot will become a Las Vegas staple in no time!!! Currently, they're open Wednesday- Saturday 5 pm- 9 pm (as of October 2023). The location is a cute spot with seating along the wall with big windows looking outside and a few tables! Great ambiance. Very friendly service and the food lives up to the hype!!! The pizza was solid but nothing spectacular. The white pizza chicken and spinach was very average and laced flavor. The meat lovers was good and the spicy one was the best. The pizzas had a nice dough but there was a little too much crust for me for a 12 inch size pizza. The prices are a little expensive for what you are getting so I'm not sure I'd go back.
