Went to this Sonic a couple of nights ago and had the worst service. They got my order wrong and when the manager came to the window her excuse was "I'm a new shift manager and I'm training new employees and another new manager." All we wanted to do was pay for the things that they missed from our original order and she just kept saying that she can't give us anything for free. She wasn't hearing us that we wanted to pay for what was missed on our order and she just kept saying that she can't give it to us for free. Maybe some further training for these workers and managers would be helpful. read more

I've tried this location 3 separate times now with months in between to hopefully allow something to change, and it never does. Terribly slow service, apathetic staff that doesn't care about their service and food that's never been correct or is often cold. The last time we came they stuff 4 meals into one bag and it broke spilling everywhere while they tried to cram it through the drive thru window, so we had to wait while they tried again. Tonight we heard them fighting over the intercom with each other, and then waited for 5 minutes before eventually just driving to the window for service because we got no response after asking for someone to answer the intercom. Once to the window, the girl responded with, "oh, yeah, that dumb things broke and doesn't buzz to let us know someone's at the drive thru." Only problem is they can clearly see vehicles at the box waiting, she just never asked to help us. Sorry, Sonic, but this was your final shot with our family. Hopefully you can right this ship, cause it's sinking. read more

I'm not a fan of their food. It reminds me of the cheap food you used to get at the drive-in movie theater. You have to wait a while to get your food and they want a tip to bring it to you. read more

The management and workers here are so incompetent they can't even get a order right the first time they gave us a small Tater Tots instead of Chili Cheese Tater Tots that we ordered then when we went back in to ask for them they gave us Chili Cheese Fries then they forgot marinara sauce for Mozzarella Sticks. I mean c'mon it's not difficult to put chili and cheese on top of Tater Tots and make sure there's marinara sauce. They need new management and new workers here asap or it'll just keep going down. read more

I want to love Sonic--really, I do. They offer great milkshake options, delicious ice cream slushes, interesting drink mix-ins, and other things I genuinely enjoy. Sure, their burgers aren't particularly appealing... but there are enough good items to make me want to come here. The problem is their service. It is awful! The wait time is atrocious; the staff has NO familiarity with their own menu (they've argued with me and told me they don't have items which are prominently listed); asking for custom changes (eg, no mustard) is a complete waste of your time since they will ignore your requests when they make your food; when you point out errors with your order they will not offer to make any sort of correction (they won't even acknowledge that a mistake was made!); and on and on and on. Every time I come here, I tell myself never to return... and then after a few months, like a glutton for punishment, I return in the hope that things have changed. Sadly, they never do. If there is a restaurant on the planet that offers worse customer service than this Sonic, I hope I never have to eat there. read more

Expect at minimum a 20 minute wait for anything, regardless of how you order. Fries are always cold. Not left out cold, but like they were cooked then put in a fridge then put in my bag. The drive thru speaker they never can hear anything you say. Oh, and today there was a kid wearing sweat pants serving food. We caught him picking his nose & then grabbing someone's food to hand out. This is the worst business I have ever experienced. They need new management desperately. They don't know how to run a business. I was stuck in the drive thru for 1 hour and 25 minutes, then had to go and knock in the inside door to ask them when I would be getting my food. We love Sonic in Arizona but have been so disappointed with this location. Tonight I waited in the drive-through for 30+ minutes and received 3 instead of 5 chicken strips with no receipt to go back with. Just went through the drive thru and this jerk kept cutting us off while we were trying to talk! And then we he gave us our food and said nothing and shut the doors before we could say something and then we waiting for 2 min until he finally looked at us again and we just said can we get some sauce and he gave us ONE for a large tots and large popcorn chicken. Worst experience ever.!!!! We pushed the button To order 4 times, each time the person inside would flip the switch to show the order was taken because he did not want to answer. When he did we ordered 2 med. Oreo shakes. It took 45 min and when they gave them to us not only were they mini's, but there was only oreo's sprinkled in the top, nothing mixed in. WORST experience EVER!!! went with a few family members. We ordered drinks and a few items... everyone else received their orders and mine hadn't come out after 10 mins. long story short: I had to remind them of my order three times over the speaker system and once just opened the door to the kitchen to ask where my order was. All 4 times they apologized and said it would be out in a second (I waited at least 45). i was hangry! !!!! finally got my order and left with an apology and a free drink voucher. got in the car with the family and opened my order to see half of it missing. never going back!!! place is filthy and speakers systems noisey and inaccurate. drink and food NOT worth the hassle read more

My husband and I stopped here for some shakes. Every stall was empty, but the drive-thru line was crazy, which doesn't make sens to me, but whatever. I ordered the "Chocolate Cheesecake" shake and my husband got the "Peanut Butter" shake. I few minutes later the waitress skated up with our order. She forgot to give us straws and spoons, but came back with the spoons. The Peanut Butter shake was awesome!! It wasn't over powering or anything, it was perfect. Unfortunately for me, my Chocolate Cheesecake shake tasted a little off. It was lemony and tart. It seriously tasted like a Lemon Meringue Pie Shake (I don't think they even make one of those.) On top of that, my shake was very melted. It didn't have any body at all, it was ice cream soup, which was very hard to eat with no straw.. Anyways, good prices & nice workers. Came here today with my friend. She asked if there were beans in the chili. The worker said no there are not. Then she went ahead and ordered a hot dog with chili... then after a minute he said "there are beans in the chili. I was being sarcastic." How unprofessional!! There is chili that doesn't have beans, it's not that strange of a question. My friend has diet restrictions... maybe you should rethink "sarcasm" about that kind of thing. read more

If it were possible to do 0 stars i would. This Location leaves the Sonic name with a bad taste in your mouth. Me and my wife went to the drive through and waited 30 minutes for someone to at least come on the radio and say even something like hey just a minute. But no nothing. Then we decided to give them a second chance and pull into a stall. After pressing the red button we then waited another 5 minutes. The service here is a complete joke. read more

Stopped by for a shake and a burger. Ended up getting a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich that was better than any chicken sandwich I've ever had (even better than Chick fil-a). Didn't realize that shakes were half priced after 8pm which I ended up getting a Reeses Banana Custard which was really good. Sonic is not typically known for stellar dining experiences - but this was our worst sonic experience ever. We parked in a stall and had to press the button 3 times before any one answered. Order came out after what felt like eternity - with small two kids in the car this was maddening. After about 20 minutes someone emerged with our food - and the order was wrong. We realized this, unfortunately, too late and had to call again for assistance. After another 5-10 min someone finally answered and we explained to them our issue and she said she would be out to the car. She came very quickly and remedied the issue very expeditiously however the damage had been done. I would have given this place 1 star if it had not been for this manager's speedy response, but I absolutely cannot go above 2 stars because of the wait time and wrong order. read more

I've been three times this past year and each time I've cancelled my order and asked for a refund due to a 25 minute wait and each time the manager told me they were training new staff... well it appears they train new staff to be really slow.
