It's all beautifully decorated, so you'll enjoy the experience for more than just the gelato. Most of their locations are in Oregon. What makes this place stand out from other ice cream and frozen yogurt places are their fantastic deals on pints and quarts. Pints and quarts are always your best deals when coming to frozen treat places. They were selling 3 quarts for $25. Note that pints (which are half the size of a quart) go for $10-$17 at other places. What's even better is that you self serve your own ice cream so you can mix and match to your heart's content. This special deal doesn't include toppings though. There's 8 flavors to choose from and I don't know how often they change. They range from tart, pineapple, vanilla, cotton candy, blue raspberry lemonade, watermelon sorbet, chocolate, and cherry amaretto. Some of these are dairy free. The shop is quite small but packed full of differing toppings and choices. Service was quite friendly as well. Overall a must go to place if you love frozen yogurt.

On multiple visits, the worker has also sighed heavily, taken a deep breath, and rolled his eyes while I was ordering, even when the order was simple. Other people I know have experienced the same thing. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes customers feel like an inconvenience just for ordering. The wait times are excessive. It can take up to 30 minutes just to place an order and close to an hour to receive a drink. Having only one person running the shop is clearly not working. At this point, the pricing, service, and wait times do not match the experience being provided. After multiple visits, nothing has improved, and there is no reason to continue coming back.
