How their corporate office hasn't shut them down is completely beyond me. Either leadership needs to actually lead their team and prioritize orders or they need to find a new profession because why in the world would it take over an hour for 2 beverages that comes PRE-MADE! Had the same clueless kid come up to our car 3 times with somebody else's order, full on food and everything and NOPE, still can't get our beverages. Went to the door for answers and nothing, in the drive-thru and all I got was excuses when I saw them stacking up drinks instead of running them out to customers. No clue where that makes sense but why would y'all make slushees and leave them for 45+ minutes to deliver? Does that genuinely make sense to y'all here or is that just not clicking? read more

Absolute worst service I've ever had. Waited in line for 45 minutes with only 5 cars in front me. . Took 3 different people to hand me different parts of my order (only 3 ice creams and 2 sandwiches) and I waited 15 minutes after I paid to actually get the order. My wife asked me to get her burger at sonic, against my better judgment I went. Ordered her a burger with NO cheese and onion rings. In keeping with their normal service, got the burger WITH cheese and NO pickles!! Everytime I go there, the order is screwed up. Might want to look into this. read more

This place is terrible we waited an hour for them to give us our food that we ordered after charging our card. When they handed us our order they gave us melted ice cream that looked like milk and then by time we got our food it was cold. There was at least 15 employees working and all you heard was laughing and messing around. read more

I visit this location often, I love sonics food but this location doesn't have the same standards as other stores. This is not the first time I have had poorly made food. Today I ordered the super sonic burrito and from the first presentation it looked like it was smushed together it was also missing the tots in it and was carelessly put together. I did contact the district manager who's number was at the bottom of the Recipt. I am not sure who I was contacting as he didn't introduce him self over the phone. I was not looking for a refund but the manager did offer for me to get another burrito but I declined. read more

I asked Siri where the nearest Sonic was and she told me to go to this one. The funny thing is that I kept thinking Siri must be crazy as I drove past cotton fields, horse farms, and what looked like deserted homes... finally I came upon something called OLD TOWN Buckeye and yes, Siri was right.. there is a Sonic there! I am a huge fan of their ice. I know that sounds really weird, but Sonic has crushed ice, which makes any kind of drink so much better. If you like the old car hop, diner style food, this place has a lot to offer. I would prefer it had a better location, but the service and food were on par with any other location. I like to park and have them skate the food out, I like that they have the little order speaker at every parking spot, so you can be lazy and not even get out of your car. LOL. My fave thing to get is a toaster and tots and if i am feeling very evil, a banana split! They really have some good drinks too.. all sorts of mixtures. I would drop in more often for a slush if it weren't so out of the way. read more

That I have to drive there to order it in person and pick it up but that they will still give me the 1/2 price drinks in their app. So, I drive down to order and I'm told a completely different thing. Not only did two employees try to bring me someone else's order TWICE, but I never got my order. I waited 15 minutes for nothing. Sonic is always towed the line between reminiscence of the old school drive and type establishment and the modern take on milkshakes and other culinary affairs. Today I ordered a simple double cheeseburger with a side of tater tots and a small chocolate fudge milkshake. I got to say hands down Sonic has one of the worst burgers in Arizona. The meat was dry and flimsy worse than McDonald's burgers. Tater tots were old and cold. The saving Grace for Sonic is that if you like ice cream and you like milkshakes this is the place to be. The chocolate fudge shake was just what the doctor ordered.lol if it's one thing that I would suggest you do if you are having a craving for something sweet stop by Sonic and try one of their Sonic blast or one of their milkshakes you won't regret it. read more

8pm on a Friday night, normal busy rush no big deal, raining but it's alright. One poor guy busting his butt while everyone else messed around. One workers hanging out with some girl out front, one workers hanging out with her friends by their car, 3 workers inside can be seen from outside just playing on their phones. Once again this Sonic has failed. I have given it at least six chances in the past few months hoping they were just having an "off" day(s). I realize that this establishment is run by high school students with a supposedly adult manager so there's bound to be mistakes. The past few times we've ordered food which was over cooked, cold or tasted like yesterday's hold overs. Today my husband and I thought we'd enjoy just a refreshing dessert. It's kind of hard to mess up an ice cream order, right?! Well, we pulled into bay 3 a little after 2pm. It took about 3 minutes for someone to answer and take our order of a medium Hot Fudge Shake and a small M&M Blast. I ALWAYS request "easy on the M&M's!" I paid with my debit at the bay. Time goes by and we see other orders being delivered to people that came in after us. This is a major flaw in my book!! Finally, after waiting over 20 minutes I decided to get out and go to the door. A young lady finally asked if I needed help. I told her the issue and she goes back in to find the order. She comes back with our Blast and shake. I take one look at mine and it's once again loaded with at least a 1/2 cup of candies! I give my husband his Hot Fudge Shake and he tells me there is no Hot Fudge!! Waited forever in the drive thru, just for them to give me the wrong items. So then I went back, and told them I got the wrong order. They said they would bring out the correct order. 25 minutes later, still nothing. I asked for a refund because I was done waiting, and the girl said it would take 3-5 days for it to be back on my card. A month later, no refund. So I emailed Sonic. They're didn't help either. So all that waiting just for Sonic to steal my money. read more

Stopped back for a couple of blasts. This place has horrible customer service. We sat at the window of the drive thru for 18 total mins for 4 blasts. At the 8 minute mark they handed us 2 said the other 2 would be right up and closed the window. 10 mins later the other blasts came. No apologies, nothing just opened the window said"here you go" and was gone. They came outside to serve at least 4 cars behind us while we waited for ice cream? 2 first 2 blasts were nice and melted as we were taking them home to our children. This location is terrible! I have been here many times in the last 18 years. I have had tomatoes put on my burger after telling them I am allergic to them. I have had items missing in my order multiple times. Tonight was the last straw. I will never eat there again! After ordering on the app telling them we needed it asap (fully knowing it would take a little while), we drove over from our home 10 minutes away. We checked in and waited a good amount of time. After checking to see if it would be coming out soon we were told it would. We waited for 15 more minutes and checked again as other people had gotten their orders that had arrived after us. We were told again that it would be out. We ended up going up to the door, checking in again another time and then finally called corporate after waiting 50 minutes for 3 lousy shakes. I have worked in several kitchens myself and know how stressful it can be and that it can get busy. But if a kitchen is running right it shouldn't take that long to get an order out to someone no matter how busy you are. UGH!!! I've been craving to go to sonic for FOREVER. I wanted to get a Blue Raspberry Nerd slushy. But it wasn't slushy. IT WAS COMPLETELY MELTED!! I was so disappointed. It was my first time going to that sonic too. It literally was BlueRaspberry syrup when I got it... i was so disappointed and sad. Every time I've gone there, I have waited 30-45 minutes just to have my order taken. Tonight I sat 55 minutes after pushing the button to get my order taken. Then it was messed up. Items missing. The food was cold, one burger had dried out bread, and was cold, the onion rings were still cold in the middle.... shakes were melted or never frozen. As we rode in the back seat of the car down a street in Buckeye that I can't remember the name of, I saw a bunch of neon glowing around a building in the distance. I asked the man driving, "What's that off in the distance there?" He looked slightly confused for a second. "With all the neon?" The neon was pretty much the only thing you could see across the dark desert night. "Yes." "That's a Sonic," he said. Now, I live in Chicago. I see commercials near everyday for Sonic, but there aren't any within 100 miles of here. Why they torture Chicagoans with images of yummy food, tasty drinks, and ice cream desserts that we would have to travel for hours upon hours to get, I know not. Here was my chance though. I could finally have some Sonic. I asked him to stop there, and he did. It's a 50s-inspired drive-in! I don't see too many drive-ins around anymore. You pull into a spot next to a menu with a speakerbox. You place your order. A person who works there brings it out to you on a special tray that goes over your window. Very cool. We got burgers and a corndog and sundaes and other stuff too. It was all good. The service was good. I greatly enjoyed my first Sonic experience, and I look forward to getting to one again on future travels. read more

My NYE resolution was to stay away from fried foods. I tried, I really tried. That was until someone popped the question "What do you want from Sonic?" It was a co-winkie-dink or maybe a sign from fate because I was looking at a Sonic coupon flyer (the ones you receive in the mail) and I was wondering what the burrito with the Frito's tasted like. Sign or no sign I was going to stick to my resolution. I responded, "Nothing, but thank you for asking." As Fate would have it, I received my utmost fave fried junk food in the WWW! A corndog. I scarfed that puppy down, chewed on the crunchy batter that is stuck to the stick in no time flat. I *heart* Sonic's corn dogs! PS - 2pm - 4pm it's happy hour! Drinks half off! On a Friday I went in at 11:23pm and they close at 2am.. so the employees there are closing early for what? Omg I hadn't had sonic in forever! Short of opinions, my group decided on sonic. We used the drive through window because we were in a rush. It was FAST, FRIENDLY, and spot ON. I have given this specific location 5 tries. The first time we ate here years ago it was pretty good. 2nd through 5th time it's been the exact same experience. The quality of the sandwiches/burgers are atrocious. I don't know if we are unlucky and show up before the food spoils but, the lettuce is always like boiled cabbage and turning brown. It's never been fresh. I don't think we are paying for presentation or if presentation is a big deal but, it looks like the cooks balled the sandwich/burger up and tried to flatten it back out like a piece of paper. The place constantly forgets items... sauce, ketchup, straws, napkins, etc. It's different every time ( so it's like a surprise! Yay.). I stopped getting ice cream drinks here because they do it the same everytime. Toppings encrusted in the bottom of the cup covered in vanilla icecream. Oreo shake? OK so oreos on the bottom... vanilla icecream... and then just not mix it properly. What's the point? The only redeeming quality is the staff. They are very nice and courteous. the place just needs to reevaluate their quality and standards of preparing of food. Regular drinks are great. The "real fruit" drinks are great. read more

I ordered online went, parked waited for a whole hour to end up calling and they didn't even have my order ready or even acknowledge that there was an order for me.
