I live on Bill Lundy, & its raining today. My fiancé & i wanted sonic for lunch, so we go in town, & go to sonic. My fiancé ordered my food & asked the girl Taylor who took our order & he said if my chicken sandwich #10, if it had tomatoes & or onions. She said no, so we got the sandwich. i get home & i open the sandwich, & i took a bite & all i taste is onions. Like onion rings. i opened it & smelled onion rings. So i leave the sandwich as is, & call sonic, this lady answers she doesnt tell me her name, i proceed to tell her my problems with my food, & she gets this attitude & DEMANDS me turn around & come in, when i have already made it home. Im so unhappy with the lack of customer service at this sonic. You guys will NOT be having my service any more. I feel like i shouldnt even rate this one star. Have a nice day. read more

I only go to this Sonic if I'm craving something only they have. They tend to be slow even when they aren't busy. When you go through the drive thru, you may or may not get your order before the people who ordered after you even if your order is something they can do quickly like a drink. They don't always give you your change. Sometimes they have to go back inside to get you your change even if your order is like $7.25 and you give them $10. They really could do better. Their food is good though. read more

I just went to Sonic in Crestview and the service was terrible. I pulled up to one of the kiosks and it was out of order. So, I backed up and pulled into another kiosk. Well wouldn't you know... it was out of order. So I tried another. I ended up on kiosk #20 and pushed the red button to order. After 10 min I pushed the button again. Well, I finally gave up after 27 min watching two guys on a smoke break I drove to their drive thru. Mind you all I wanted was a root-beer float for my wife. While I'm waiting in drive thru I notice several kiosks powered off. When I am able to order my root beer float I'm told their ice cream machine is broken. I only wish I could give ZERO star. read more

The ice cream was good but the service was slow!!! It took 10 min to get two ice cream cones! And I would have understood if they were busy but there were only two other cars so it was honestly unacceptable for the two cones to take this long! read more

My daughter and I frequent this sonic very often, and today at about five after two, the older blonde lady running the drive thru was completely nasty for no reason. She was obviously having a hard time hearing me, so I told her I would just get the condiments I needed from the girl that brings my order out. She bursted out yelling at me as if I had disrespected her, when she was the one who was out of line. I just can't believe her actions. Worst customer service ever... however the young girl that brought our food was very pleasant and apologized for the cranky woman's actions. read more

Every day after school I go through the drive thru. I always order a Peach Sprite with a medium order of mozzarella sticks and ranch sauce. The employees never put adequate enough flavoring in the sprite and if they even bother putting a sauce in the bag for the mozzarella sticks, it's always marinara sauce or ketchup. Yes I understand marinara sauce is the usual sauce for mozzarella sticks but what the customer orders is what they should get. read more

Received an extremely small portion of fries. I spoke with the owner about it, to which he basically smiled and told me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. Stated that I would not be back, and will share my experience with Sonic corporate, he told me not to waste my time since the complaint would come straight back to him. If I could give a negative review I would. I ordered my #5 and received a #9. I then sent back my incorrect order to get a correct one and received the same incorrect order. So I sent it back again to receive the corrected order again and finally got my #5. I then asked for the manager and asked for my money back. He said he couldn't do that but he could give me a coupon. I'm not from here. I don't have a sonic near me. I don't want a coupon for a place that can't seem to get my order correct anyway. One of my favorite fast food restaurants. I've always loved the milkshakes and slushies since I was a little kid, and they have good burgers, tots, chicken wings, etc. However, if you come here PLEASE ask for LIGHT ICE. You will get a cup full of ice with maybe 5 sips of a drink if you don't specify. read more

My husband, our friend, & I pulled in to a stall & we put our order in, paid for it & everything, then pressed the button again to put our friends order in. We pressed the button three times & nobody answered after 10 min & then our food came out. The woman ended up writing down his order on the back of our receipt & went back in but I didn't open my bag before she left, so I Found that I had no fries (which I paid for). Another person came back & I told him I didn't get my fries & he looked at my food (Which I was already eating, bc I was hungry. Duh) & asked if I had my receipt. I name dropped the woman who wrote our friends' order on the back of our receipt & He said okay & I waited another 15 min so I went up to someone who was outside already & explained the situation, name dropped her again, I just wanted my fries‍ she said okay & I waited another 10 min so I called the store prob 3 times & the woman who answered was the first woman that brought OUR food & I explained what happened & she just said "I'll get it out to you" & hangs up.
