The original follow up email said the ordered was messed up by one of their "warehouse employees" and I had two options: 1) resend the items purchased 2) issue full refund Before I could respond, they sent me another email saying the package was damaged upon delivery, and will issue me a refund with 3-5 business days. That did not happened. Since the fiasco, I have emailed and called multiple times without any response! Huge disappointment from Texas!!!
