Waited 20 minutes for someone to answer. Another 40 minutes for our food. We had to call someone for our order. When it finally arrived food was cold and our slushee and shakes were melted. We had to send it back for new ones. This is the worst Sonic I've been to. Never again. read more

Not sure how much of a review I can give, seeing I never got a chance to try their food. Went there yesterday around 5pm. I was there with about 8 other people. Since our kids did not want to eat in separate cars, we decided to order at the walk up kiosk and eat outside at the tables. Well, we pushed the button to order and........nothing for 5 minutes. We then said something to a employee coming on his shift. He said he would tell the workers inside we were trying to order, another 5 minutes........nothing, I banged on the window.......nothing. The only reason I stayed so long was because my Cub Scouts were begging to eat there. Until even they realized no one was going to help us. Ended up going to McDonald's. just love the drinks. the food is always messy. the dinner boxes look like the food was just thrown in. they take FOREVER to serve the customer. it's always packed bc of the wait, not the food! last time I got a shake n it melted all over me bc they covered the GIANT holes in the styrofoam cup w stickers instead of replacing the cup! This is probably the worst sonic I've ever been to in my life. They take 10 minutes to even answer headset. And then you have to wait 30 minutes for food that's probably cold anyway. The people are extremely rude here and don't care about you so they don't even make it correctly. So you have to wait another 10 minutes to receive your CORRECT order. Just don't go here. read more

This is the first time in a long time I ordered from sonic. My husband and I went through the drive thu it looked dead so we asked in the speaker if they were open. No one answered so we pull up further and an employee was out so we asked what time they close. He said 12 it was only about 9. So ok we went back through the drive through placed our order then got our food and left. They got my husbands order wrong and when I went to eat mine it was such lazy work I was very disappointed. Bread was soggy and soft and the whole sandwich had literally the worst taste. And tots were super cold. I got a number 4. I don't know if it's this night time crew but for sonic to be completely dead having one customer you couldn't get any of it right? I mean I guess our drinks were right. Anyways, I called them to see if I could get a refund on only one sandwich and they couldn't. She wanted me to come back but I was already on the road heading out of the city so now it went to waste. The worst drive thru I have personally ever been through. I specifically requested my four meals be bagged separately and by the time I waited for my food I recieved two bags that was stuffed with my food. The young girl at the window also closed the window on me while I was talking to her. She was so rude and didn't even realize she didn't give me my drinks. Her attitude was unbelievable and I am disappointed with the people that they hire there. read more

This place use to be so amazing. I use to love this place and it's delicious treats. But tonight it's like this place went from happy land to hell! I ordered three items one slushy and two shakes for me and my coworkers. We waited 45 minutes before we finally found someone to ask about our order. I told them my name was Heather as I clearly am speaking with a high pitched women's voice. So they came back out to let us know they had called our order out already by name and by the order. But they called out for Kevin not Heather and got the order completely wrong so we had no idea it was our order. So we then asked to speak with a manager and the girl server went to the kitchen and yelled very loudly and rudely so all customers could hear her and said "Sean they want there drinks for free now". As if she couldn't just walk over and ask in a normal voice. Then the manager didn't even have the respect to come out and tell us himself that they would not give us the drinks for free or give us a discount all they would do is remake the drinks that they said they already through out. So what they were going to give us drinks out of the trash unless we said something!!!! Management "Sean" is horrible along with all other servers and there customer service really really shockingly horrible. I hope someone trains these little kids how to run a business properly and soon! read more

This location is the worst Sonic I have ever been too. I understand we went on a busy Saturday night but when we placed our order and it took 25 minutes for it to finally come out and that is because we went inside to find out what was going on is uncalled for. Once our food was brought out the car hopper didn't have ketchup or straws for our order. Had to go back and forth twice after bringing the food to us. Come on get it together. On busy nights you should have people working so you are not coming out with cold food. Never going back to this location again!!!!! read more

Good food, but the drive thru is extremely slow. They could really learn how to speed things up.

I been here several times. very fresh,affordable & delicious food the drive in with roller skates is fast & at a decent speed when busy the roller skate employees have great customer service but on the other hand the drive thru is very very slow busy or not busy ,u guys should speed it up during lunch times for people thst go to work..the drive thru window employees are horrible especially the women ..their very impatient,rude, snotty, they make you feel less than as a customer read more

i went to sonic today and love sonic, i use to work for sonic... Its fun, so just like everytime i go something always wrong there... I don't go often, so i wait 30min for my food, i walk in and ask whats the problem... Thos young man just open his mouth ... Told him i was leaving, so i went to another pull up... And said can i get my food, she said a rootbeer flot, i said my food.. Lol she brought a spoon... so the young man bring my food the ored was completely wrong... 3 drink and two chili cheese tater tots and one jalapeno cheddar jalapeno... I told him, I wasn't paying for the extras.... hold on it gets better so we start eating this stuff and you can tell on their tater tots and the jalapenos that they haven't changed their oil and I don't know how long.... now I went there about a month ago and I got two corn dogs their corn dogs look like they had been out for a while and they decided to refry them... I called the manager to tell the manager about this and she said she was short-staffed and yes the oil needed to be changed.... straight up I'm sorry to say but Sonic California is making the South look bad read more
