This is the SLOWEST Sonic I have ever been to. My wife and ordered 2 basic burgers and we waited for 34 mins to get our burgers and they were WRONG! We then hit the button to get it fixed and they took another 13 minutes to answer our stall...... I then talk to the woman working inside and she said that they only have 1 cook. I am not as upset now knowing that they are VERY under staffed. This needs to be addressed and FIXED BY THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT. Lack of leadership for sure. read more

It is sad how much this place has fallen. The happiness and smiles are gone from the servers. The food doesn't take much time to get and always comes to me hot. I am sure because those items are friend and maybe refried. That is what they do best. The fries and tots don't seem to get salted anymore, burgers are either bland or way too salty, the slushes seem like there is more syrup than years ago. I personally don't love the intense artificial flavor. The shakes are really sweet but also a great treat. Sonic isn't really "bad" but, it has lost its fun and charm. Way too many times on the menu and all of the limited menu items coming and going. I am sure it is annoying and makes it hard to deal with supplies and demand. read more

The food at sonic is very consistent. I enjoy using their app to get my drinks half off and often there are deals on food as well. The people who work here are always kind, helpful and quick despite being extremely busy. This is just a regular sonic so there is no eating inside but there is ample parking. read more

The Tuttle OK location is terrible. They are always out of something. Most of the order screens are broken and every time I have bee, there is a pickup truck in the drive thru with a guy walking around like he's visiting people who work there. Not sure how it is still open. read more

Took 20mins for my simple order. I had to repeat myself 4 times. They messed my order up so I made 3 different transactions because they don't listen. I'm pretty sure every single worker there is high because my server, Brayden, had bloodshot eyes, slow in response and slow in movement and looked panicked. Basically your typical Sonic drive thru. The wait time was a bit much, and although they had the new screens to put the items on the screen, they didn't work? And the credit card machine didn't work either. The coke was flat, but the tator tots were great. They had cones in a lot of the drive ins so that was weird. I have been here several times, and only because it's one of few options to choose from after a long day at work. I have gotten friendly service but unfortunately this sonic has no pride or doesn't expect much from their employees, my order has been wrong numerous times anywhere from forgetting bacon to receiving cold tots and melted shakes. read more

This Sonic has the absolute worst service. After waiting a few minutes after pushing the button, I waited nearly fifteen minutes for our food! To top that off, our food was cold when we received it. When I notified our carhop, he didn't offer an apology--he simply reached into the bag, withdrew a fry, held it in his fingers, and said "ummm". He walked back inside with our fries, and brought us a new bag of almost equally cold fries. For all I know, he put them in the microwave for a few seconds and served us the same fries. I paid with the Sonic App, so good luck on a refund. I am disappointed in our dining experience with Sonic today. Management (conveniently) remains hidden from sight and provides no training in how to handle a customer complaint. Thanks for taking my money. read more

I'm about over this sonic! I've been going there for close to 8 years and have not had much trouble.. however in the last 2 days they have over charged me and gotten my order wrong both times! We questioned the manager about the over charge and she gave some stupid reason and assured me our order was made right.. (the ticket said they put pineapple in our drink) We went home to find out there was indeed pineapple in the drink. Thankful we do not have a pineapple allergy... today we went back only to get home to find they had messed our order up again!
