It's not healthy but they do have some easy fast food if you want burgers or hot dogs or ice cream. It's not my particular first choice but it'll hit the spot late at night if you have a craving like my fiancee often does. I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic location. While placing my second order, this employee in the picture became visibly impatient when I was unable to immediately provide the size of my order again (he asked me on my first order and he got impatient that he had to ask me again!). Instead of just asking me again, he responded with a sarcastic laugh that made me feel disrespected. After he laughed sarcastically, I mirrored what he did. Seeing what I did, he then refused to take my order and repeatedly told me to leave the restaurant with high voice. He got sarcastic because of a delay and made it worse by refusing to take my order and asking me to leave. Customers should be treated with professionalism and respect and help in ordering if they need it. Showing impatience by being sarcastic, refusing service and yelling at a customer to leave ("I will not serve you; there's the door!") is unacceptable. Being an Asian, this treatment is not uncommon to me. This person showed disrespect and expected me to just bow. When same attitude was given to him (as a reaction), he couldn't take it and showed more rudeness. When I asked for his name so I could report the incident to management, he refused to provide it. We stopped at Sonic because I just needed a quick meal. I refused to go to the other Sonic's we passed because I've had issues with their service and the fact that they mess up orders, but refuse to take accountability. So I thought this location would be a different situation. I ordered a double cheeseburger with groovy fries. The guy at the window was friendly and handed me my food. We got all the way down the street when I opened my bag to see like literally,8-10 fries. Nothing was groovy about these fries. I searched the bag to see if they fell out, but nope, nothing was there. Not to mention they were so crispy and dry. They may have given me the last bit that was left, before making new ones. I might as well have been eating potato chips. So we went back. When I entered I was polite and asked the girl at the register if I could have another fry, and she looked at it and said well what's wrong with it? I asked if they normally only give you that amount with as high as prices are nowadays? She told me she wasn't sure. I jokingly ask her if she would be satisfied, and she said probably not. She got me another fry, but she had to explain it to the manager. The employees should be able to make a decision as simple as correcting an order. While waiting something told me to check my burger. So I noticed it was not a double cheeseburger it had one patty, and the lettuce and tomato I asked for were almost non existent!! So they fixed that to. I'm not trying to give anyone a hard time, but Sonic is consistently messing up. They take forever to give you your food, and when it's their fault they want the food back (which is weird), and they don't offer you anything for being inconvenienced. A free drink or something cheap could change the situation!! The whole taking food back shouldn't be normalized because that makes me wonder if they're giving it to someone else. Take the loss and move on. They said the owner likes to see the food waste. But writing down what was wasted should be sufficient. Is the owner taking it home and eating it or something, lol? I mean how petty!! They fixed my food, but it took 10 minutes. I'm not mad at the staff, because they were polite, but some changes should be made. Other than that, this Sonic has an indoor area to eat in which is nice, because the others I've been to don't. Ordered four separate meals two out of the four came out wrong. Requested plain and came with everything on it. Then got an extra sandwich that I was charged for but never requested. Sonic is a cool eat in your car with roller skating servers. Drive through option is also fast. Quick, clean, nice variety of fast food and creative great drinks. *Mozzarella sticks are a neat treat with whatever dipping sauce you want. *Burgers are good. I love adding jalapeños. Depends on who makes it depends on how much mayo, mustard and ketchup they put. I make sure I say very light because I have gotten it and all I could taste was mustard. *Tots are good. They also have fries but tots are a treat. Good but a bit salty. *Hotdogs & corn dogs are kids favorite. *My favorite right now is the chicken strips. If u want a cheap meal it's great for their deals. We love the late night 1/2 priced shakes and even the 1/2 off drinks during happy hour. Today was the $0.50 corn dogs and was well worth it for the kiddos. I ordered ahead of time on the mobile app to get the deals they have on the app like the special priced french toast and the 1/2 price drinks. The everyday deals the the quarter pounder burgers and the chicken tender sandwiches are reasonably priced too. We decided to eat inside to sit and enjoy. The service here is friendly. But they had to go back twice to take care off our missing orders. They apologized but good things we sat in and made sure our orders were precise. They missed one of our slushes and our tater tots. I've been to this Sonic a few times over the past few months. I've come in for breakfast, dinner, and shakes. The place is typical of any Sonic with pull up stalls to order. There are a few tables available if you want to park in a stall and order and stay on the patio instead. Sonic is another typical fast food service place. However, they do have more options when it comes to desserts such as shakes and blasts that their competitors do not have. On my most recent visit, I had the foot long coney, along with a peanut butter shake. Even after getting home to eat it, the coney was still nice and hot. The peanut butter shake was also great, but had to use a spoon instead since the straw wasn't cutting it. The wait from the time to order and then receive the order was all less than five minutes. The best drinks ever! I absolutely love their strawberry limeade! Came here to get a chili cheese dog and decided to only get an oreo sonic blast and my cousin got a strawberry milkshake. Good food but the slowest service ever! We ordered food inside but drive thru obviously takes priority as we watched cars go by repeatedly. Watched them make my shakes and then I looked at them as they sat on their back counter while they made the food. Typically this wouldn't be a problem if they were quicker with service but it took 30 minutes to get my food so my shakes were melted pretty bad by the time I got them. To top everything off, as we were getting ready to leave, we realized our order was missing a few items. The staff was frazzled and it looked like they had one cook in the back. I tried their buffalo boneless wings! YUCK! The chicken had to be the worse part of the chicken or some chicken pieces fused together to make chicken like nuggets. So went awhile ago and the cashier was rude a manager offered a 10$ gift card which was nice. I didn't go back for months. I went back the other night as I was craving a shake, they gave us the wrong shake (couldn't see until we drove off). On top of it I'm annoyed that the commercials show a clean cup with a nice swirl of whipped cream and what you get is a cup with syrup on the sides and a pitiful small dollop of cream just enough for the cherry to sit on. This USED TO BE the Best place for shakes. NOT ANYMORE! they used to be filled to the top with a good amount of whip cream and a cherry. Now, the last few times we've had them , they barely fill them, only a tiny little drop of whip cream and sometimes no cherry... also the containers are very wet and sticky when you hold them ... sometimes they aren't mixed well in the cups either.
