STAY FAR AWAY FROM SONIC! First off, what restaurant/business doesn't have a phone!?!?! Second off, I ordered a cherry limeade and wasn't even given the proper drink. I went back the next night asking for a replacement, since they don't have a phone, and they won't even replace a drink because "we aren't the same people that were working last night". The wife and I love coming here! The food is good "I was very surprised by the burgers!" Can't go wrong with the tots, and getting half off drinks with the app is always a major plus! The real bonus here is the service! Everyone is very friendly and always has a nice hello and a smile to match when they come to our car. In the last year that we've been coming here we haven't had any problems with the service. We did have one or two hiccups with the drinks but it was a quick and simple resolve and it was handled excellently. read more

Im disgusted I even had to give this place a star, Ordered food, their card reader was not working for my debit card, the dont have a chip reader. Manager came out after giving us our food and after food was already been touched and ate took all the food from my children of 1, 5 and 9. When you would rather see food in the trash than see a kid getting fed you are a real POS and there is a special place in hell for people like this. Never again I will go to this location. I went a month ago and forgot to write a review but- a friend & I ordered here and the person that took our order couldn't get our order right whenever she said it back. From drinks to food we had to keep repeating and repeating it. So she finally repeated our order right. So we sat down and waited for our food, there was a bunch of flies swarming around which was pretty annoying and whenever we eat outdoors never experienced a bunch a flies just a few not a lot. A lady comes out with our order. She forgot our straws no big deal she goes and gets it. We realized they forgot one order of food. It was my fiances food and him being nice was fine without but I wasn't. The person who took our order reapeated everything back to us how did she miss this order? Also I hole we werent charged extra for an order we didnt even received! We checked the receipt and we weren't charged but how ironic is that she repeated everything right after what the 4th time and didnt put it?? I dont even know. Will never come to this location again. Where do I start?.... we were the only ones there around 10 am. There should be no excuse s. They were not busy. I ordered a super sonic burrito and it was basically an egg burrito with cheese and tomato. Like 2 jalapenos, no tater tots! Our side of tater tots were old and cold . At least there was one thing fresh, my daughter's fries. We were already late for an appointment or I would have turned back and gotten my money back. This sonic can't do anything right. I ordered the Carhop Classic which is supposed to come with a quarter pound double cheeseburger but instead they gave me a burnt cheeseburger that was extremely dry. I tried calling the store 3 times and they never answered. Horrible burger and service! read more

The amount of food you get for the price it costs is ridiculous. They're so expensive & you get such a tiny amount of food!! They didn't cook my corn dog all the way through. They need to turn up the volume on their end too cause they can never hear what you're saying! The food is good, but service & amount of food you get suuuucks! What a mess! First of all the drive thru speaker is horrible! It makes it extremely hard to make sure they have understood you. That being said, I just went there and ordered a fudge cookie dough milkshake and a banana milkshake. They young woman handed one cup to me stating it was the banana the 2nd was the fude cookie dough. Well... what we ended up with was a cookie dough milkshake and a fudge milkshake. Ridiculous! Drinks are always made perfect...Blue Coconut cream slush with extra blue coconut & a soft salted pretzel are a must!!

Meh, service is okay, and the food is good although it can be a hit or a miss. Whenever I get a burger from here it always is squished with a pool of mustard splurting out of it. It looks nothing like the advertisements. It's a decent burger; I've had better before though. There's one time that definitely takes the cake though. One summer I asked for a large Cherry Coke with EXTRA CHERRY in it (meaning extra cherry flavoring), and I ended up getting a Cherry Coke with like 15 cherries in it. I just got the nastiest breakfast sandwich EVER from here.. I was the ONLY customer and I ordered the toaster breakfast sandwhich that was as equally awful looking as it was horrible tasting.. it was soggy - supposed to toasted and tasted like the grill was dirty & was not at all fresh.. .. I took one bite, threw it away and drove directly to Jack in the Box to get something else.. I also ordered the Cinnabon Bites and while the taste was ok, they were also soggy.. I did order the Chedd R Poppers and they were great- crisp and hot and FRESH! The person that waited on me was apparently the ONLY person working and it was certainly obvious.. she was rude and I could hear that while I placed my order at the menu.. I asked her about it and she said "I was try to 'drop' your order so you wouldn't have to wait..." well I did get my order fast but I would have gladly waited a few minutes longer to have had all of my order be freshly prepared.. Ordered 5 combos and we asked for ranch and they charged 50 cents for 2 which we didn't know they charged... so we asked for more then they said they have to charge us ..... I go probably 4 days a week a least. I'm addicted to their lemonades and I always go during happy hour. If there is a line you will be there for a long time. There is almost always 2 people working and o really don't understand why it takes so long. I have tried their food before and it's ok. This place has ruined my experience for this chain not only did I have an issue with there app loading money in a card and not being able to use the card, but apparently there sauces are a rare resource or something, I asked for ranch and BBQ sauce and got one ranch with a large order of the chicken strips. She refused to substitute my fries for tots saying she couldn't ( corporate later told me she was lying) and was very rude cutting me off during my order. When I asked her for the number to corporate she told me it was 1-800-Sonic ....which clearly isn't enough numbers... she even tried to intimidate one of the workers there when he tried to speak up and tell her she was being rude and unprofessional.. as I was driving away I heard her say "What a b****" I will not be going back to any sonic until I feel something has been done about her unacceptable behavior !!! read more
