I hate writing bad reviews of small businesses, but I have to. This place is absolutely…read moredisgusting!! The food isn't fit for a hog. I had ribs, pulled pork, and sausage. All 3 were gross. I've brushed my teeth w times and gargled with mouthwash and still have the taste of that nasty sausage in my mouth. And my stomach is "flippy". I will not be surprised if I get food poisoning. The collards were also gross. The beans were average, at best. I've eaten BBQ all over the country, and this place is the worst of them all. I don't know how they're still in business and I cannot believe all the good reviews are legitimate. You don't have to be a BBQ connoisseur like me to know what "yuck!" is. I literally feel like I'm going to vomit. If you want good pulled pork and sausage, go to BJ's in South Tampa. If you want great ribs, go to Kojak's in Seffner. They are the best in the area. (I included a picture of their ribs for comparison) If you want great brisket, go to Mighty Quinn's in South Tampa If you want great everything, Johnson BBQ in Plant City. I really hope the owners of the food truck go to some of these places and learn how to cook because I hate having to go to Tampa, or farther every time I want ribs.

Inside they ended up replacing the old bar that was in there in favor of an along the wall style with plenty of chairs. He is the only waiter I remember having more than twice on Main Street which is really cool. I give props to the owners for this. The food is really good. The location is great. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because they really need to add a few items. Like pulled chicken, Mac and cheese and Cole slaw. Also 4 potato wedges as a side is kinda ridiculous. Aside from that, all good. It's nice to have smoked meat back in the harbor.

We ordered lunch for the office. I tried to place the order online, but there is no way to specify a time. I called at 10:45am with 15 orders to pick up at 11:30. Sierra took my order and was friendly, helpful, and repeated the whole order to make sure it was correct. We arrive at 11:30 and they were putting the order into bags. Cold items were separated from hot orders. Gave us extra sauces to make sure we had enough for all of the food. Got back to the office and everyone's order was exactly correct. I was so impressed with the friendliness and the accuracy that I will not hesitate to place an order there again. Actually looking forward to going there and dining in for dinner. read more

Service at this location is so rude, I get it Togo so I don't have to deal with them but even when I pick it up they give me dirty looks because I choose not to tip on Togo because they don't serve or wait on me. At that point, all of us should have had our food refunded or at least some type of discount, but nope. Never offered. After an hour, when I went and asked the woman who took my order how long it would take, she said "in a while. I don't know. We're busy". Guess what. That's your JOB to know. They never gave anyone a receipt, just asked us to give them our names, and when we would ask how long it would be, they asked for our name and then asked what we ordered. Seriously? IT SHOULD BE ON THE TICKET WITH THE NAME I JUST GAVE YOU!!! FYI, I gave them the name "YO" to make it easy to remember but apparently, it was too difficult. There were over 30 people waiting and the crowd was getting angry!!! Finally, another woman showed up that got things moving. Whoever you are in the red shirt, thank you! I think we'd still be waiting if it wasn't for you. You should have been there an hour before then. Now the food. Remember the easy to eat part? Obviously it's a food truck, so no crab pliers given. The other food truck actually cracked them before serving them so people could just peel them open. Nothing done here so it was impossible to eat (big crab legs were easier but still not ideal). Had to take them home to eat which defeats the purpose of a food truck. The blue crabs had almost no meat in them. Complete waste of money. The crab legs were actually big and at least tasted good which is why it's 2 stars and not one. Based on the service alone and lack of care to try to make things right with customers, I'm leery to even go to their physical location. Too much competition around to not take care of customers the way they should. Very disappointing and had such high hopes.

And they give you a choice of regular or spicy. I must caution you that you'll probably need one of those plastic bibs and about 20 napkins and even then it's still very messy. But it is so worth it! The snow, crabs and shrimp were drenched in that spicy garlic butter sauce. As were yummy boiled potatoes, and corn. Everything was so good. There, Clearwater, brick, and mortar location. We have had Wagyu at several restaurants before, and while this steak was good, it honestly tasted more like a quality regular New York strip than what we expected from Wagyu. My granddaughter ordered a plain steak and cheese sub with only steak and cheese. When the bill arrived, we noticed several unexpected upcharges. My sister's two recommended sides each had a $2 upcharge that was never disclosed. While $2 per side is not a huge amount, it would have been nice to know beforehand, especially since those sides were specifically recommended by the server. There was also a $2 upcharge on my granddaughter's sub because the waiter suggested adding extra cheese since she was not getting the other toppings. Again, this additional charge was never mentioned. The same happened with our margaritas. The waiter asked if a certain liquor was okay, and since we are not tequila experts, we agreed. We later realized there was an additional charge there as well.
