- Terrible Service at Sonny's BBQ on Commercial Way** I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Sonny's BBQ. As a regular customer (twice a month) who works 85 hours/week and deserves a good meal, I was treated poorly. **Issues with my visit:** - Ordered the all-you-can-eat turkey, chicken, pulled pork with fixings, but service was slow and unfriendly because I was dining alone. - Had to wait 20 minutes for refills on food and drinks. - Received cold, old french fries and had to wait another 20 minutes for fresh ones. - Table was cleared and hostess tried to seat another party while I was still there, having just returned from the restroom. **Main complaint:** Sonny's advertises "all-you-can-eat," but staff seems to resent customers who take advantage of this offer. As a paying customer, I believe I should be able to enjoy my meal without attitude or rush. **Will not return due to poor service.** read more

Went here a few days ago with my family for the first time and we walked away very satisfied. Their menu has such a variety and they had a summer menu. I tried the corn dip and omg was it amazing, so much flavor and the chips were seasoned perfectly. The prices are reasonable and the service was great from April. I had some of the best ribs ever. I knew when I walked in it was going to be a great experience. The host was smiling and very polite. Then our server came over with the best smile and laugh. She told us about the daily deals and we ordered the pork and rib comb. It was so good, the ribs were so tender the meat fell right if the bone and the pulled pork was sauced to perfection. The new Prime rib sandwich is delicious, a long with the skillet potatoes they serve now.
