My experience with Sono Bello started with the consultation visit. While I feel the staff was very pleasant and professional, I was given some incorrect information. With the type of procedure I was having, I asked specifically if I had the procedure on Friday, will I be able to return to work on Tuesday? I was informed that I will have no problem returning to work. This answer led to my decision to go ahead with the procedure and schedule as quick as possible. I had the procedure. However, I was not well enough to return to work, but due to me not taking the appropriate time off work, I was forced to return or get written up. I had the procedure on Friday and returned on Tuesday. Fast forward to the consult with the nurse (same visit). They informed me it could take 3-6 months before I recover to 100%, but agreed I will be able to return to work after 3-4 days. When i returned to work, I was in no shape to perform the necessary duties and I thank God I have great coworkers because they did not hesitate to help me wherever needed. Not only that, when I went back for my 6 month follow up and informed them I was still having issues, the nurse then tells me, "Oh it can take up to a year for you to be at 100%. I am 1 month shy of it being 1 year for me and I am still having issues with my nerves not being at 100% capacity. I was also told that I will see the Physician at my 6 month appointment (last appointment before being released from care) but never saw her at that appointment. I only saw here during the consultation appointment and the day of the procedure. I advise anyone who is looking for any type of cosmetic surgery to be 100% certain it is something you want to do because the outcome just may not be what you are looking for. read more

Sorry for the long post .... I did not have the best experience at all. I drove 3 hours (plus 2 other trips) to have lipo on my legs and stomach and Abex with skin removal. I was told I would need 3 days recovery and be back to work. I was warned that my skin was not very elastic but never expected what I got. When I got there they gave me the 'cocktail' and I felt very relaxed but awake. They took me in and started numbing the area. Not at all painful. Then with a very long cannula started to aggressively poke and prod inside my abdomen etc to put in what I assume was numbing fluid. I can't even explain how aggressively. After an hour or so of this he started removing fat. I watched the fat removal process. Oddly satisfying. But then they gave me 'a little something more' because apparently I said I was feeling things. This completely knocked me out. I was in a 5 hour procedure then I rode home with my daughter never waking. I was mumbling at times and completely drugged up. When I got home it took 3 guys to help me in the house(I only weigh 145 lbs) as I still was not at all with it. I could not support myself on my legs. After having help going to the bathroom, I was put in bed. Never waking till morning. Recovery was hard. I couldn't stand up straight for a week and even then was somewhat painful. I have a high pain tolerance. After 6 weeks I felt like it was going good. I'm now 9 months out and my stomach is flatter but lumpy and the skin is still loose. My thighs are also smaller but I now have hanging skin and dimples where the cannulas entered. My cellulite is worse now because of the lack of fat to fill it out I guess. The worst part is the Dr told me my thighs might not be perfect but they should look better then totally sold me on the more expensive and in depth procedure to 'pull everything up and tight'. And now I have to live with the significant payout for minimal results. I had no idea how hard it would be or exactly what I was getting into. They were vague and overpromised. I cannot stress enough to know exactly what you're in for. Then I asked if there is follow up tightening of skin or anything. Well of course there is.... At even more cost. Thanks but no thanks. Sonobello is great when they are trying to sell you a service. You can get someone on the phone right away and the staff is kind, friendly and welcoming. However, once you spend thousands of dollars on a procedure, it is next to impossible to get any customer service. You can hardly reach anyone by phone and when you do, most of the time you get the call center. They will transfer you only for you to get sent right back to them. I just had an appointment cancelled for my Venus treatment the business afternoon before my scheduled appointment. I live out of town so I fly in for my appointments. It costs hundreds of dollars for an airline ticket to fly to my appointments so last minute cancellations after receiving a text to confirm my appointment is problematic. Now that I'm already in town, I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to even discuss a possible reschedule. This is in the Atlanta area. So if you are considering treatment, I recommend you research other providers and check their after care customer service. read more

I paid $23,000 for complete abex and upper and lower back. The doctor did not wait for me to become numb from the local anesthesia. I told him that I was in pain. He told me that I was probably just feeling pressure. I told him no. It felt like a humongous needle under my skin. He still proceeded with the surgery. When he did my lower back, it was much more painful. I was screamed and cursed the entire time. He told me he had to finish, then proceeded to jab the liposuction tool under my skin. It was excruciating and terrified to have any types of surgeries in the future. He did not do the front, complete abex. Only the upper and lower back. I received $14,800 back out of the $23k. It has been 10 weeks and I still have burning sensations in the incision areas. I have reached out to a lawfirm to sue. read more

Dr Sobrino was wonderful, he truly cared for my well being, I was wanting an extra procedure and he truly said it would not be in my best interest for health reasons. He took great concern as my blood pressure was low and he would not do anything unless it came up, this is common for me so I asked if I could just wait and drink some water they said OK and it came right up. Then after the procedure he phoned to ensure that I was OK and the office was there whenever I had questions. Everyone was fabulous!! Its been four months and all I can say is WOW. I feel great, I have gotten so many compliments on how good I look. Yes I got the AB EX and I do have the scar but you put on some sexy underwear and you see nothing. I wish I had the photos for you to see - I waited to write this review as I wanted to ensure I was still happy - I am 63 years OLD and it was a game changer for me. read more

I should give this place zero stars however some of the staff are kind, shoutout to the post op nurse An. She always tried to do a good job. I had my first Lipo 1.5 years ago. I also had to have Sono Bello do a revision few months after because I was not pleased with my results. I am left with so much scar tissue, I need another revision probably but will never come back here. I wish I had done the proper research, while they try to give you a deal but they're only preying on people and their insecurities to be honest. I've been doing body sculpting which has been costly but it's not helping much with the scar tissue. I work out 3-4 times a week and eat healthy but I know I'm going to have to come out of pocket once again and get another Lipo. I found another place where I hope they can fix the mess that Sono Bello left. I'm sure some have had good results but reading the reviews most have been victims of being left with botched body. I hope you can as a corporation do something about the care you are providing. They're are too many unhappy clients for this place to still stay in business. read more

Worst office staff, especially KIELY HARRINGTON I took a consultation appointment. Something came at work, I pinged and I was told by her over written text that you can come at 2:30 latest. I showed up at 2:30, following the rules. She instantly told me we are rescheduling you. She got so agitated and told me 5 times I was late. There was a guy at reception who just repeated her. If you gave me an okay to come at 2:30, you should be okay with it else don't. She was extremely hot headed to be at any customer facing job. She gave me 10 minutes of consultation , did not have answers to all questions, did not offer best pricing plan (that I had to ask and learnt). Overall if this is the staff that is greeting you, this attitude from KIELY HARRINGTON alone is enough for me to stay away from this place. I have 3 other places shortlisted ; they already have me the comfort and great experience. I would rather go there. read more

I dont recommend going this route, my experience was horrible. the procedure itself was painful, your awake and they give you mild sedatives. there was a doctor that i never met that was working on me, when i thought it would only be the doctor that i had met with, i don't feel like he has much experience. the stitching had clumps of skin together. since they only performed 1 out of the 2 procedures, when i requested a refund i was told that a check would be mailed to me and after a month when i called to get status, they took it upon themselves to credit the financing part instead of a check like they stated more than once. overall, find somewhere else. read more

Sono Bello Bellevue has some positives but also multiple areas for improvement. The first step of the process is to meet with a sales rep to get a quote on services. After you pay, then you have a pre-op appointment to get medical history, pictures, discuss surgery details, and meet your surgeon. The sales rep, Kiely, was very difficult to work with and had a short temper which was very odd. On surgery day, there was some mis-communication about arrival time and the front desk should improve on communication and clarity. It would be beneficial to have an easy to read document with arrival time, surgery time and estimate length, who the provider is, and instructions for the driver. The day of surgery came and my nurse Megan was exceptional. She was so kind, compassionate, and fun. My surgeon David Reitter who was fantastic. He has great bedside manner and explained the process throughly. I requested him. Honestly, the only reason I would re-consider this place is if I had my surgical care team again. The actual procedure (chin lipo) itself had about 15m of true discomfort and then it was smooth sailing. I would not recommend for someone with a low pain tolerance. the numbing process is absolutely brutal and I would never consider getting a larger area covered. The phone number process is weird since this business is focused on volume sales. All the office numbers actually route you through the US wide calling centers, which is very annoying. I have yet to schedule a post op appointment because the front desk staff is mostly unavailable and unwilling to work with patients. Overall, lots of mis-communication and lack of true patient education. I felt like at every interaction I was learning new things (After surgery I was told there will be a 6 month recovery plan and I needed to schedule a post-op appointment one week out. Showed up at 245 for a consultation at 3p as instructed by the office. 36 minutes after my appointment and had still yet to be seen. Office looks chaotic and no one has any idea of what is going on. Hard to think I would ever consider this disorganization. After meeting with the consultant, she explained some staffing issues that they were struggling with. I understand that with COVID, many business are struggling with that. All I would have asked for was some communication around that instead of silence for half an hour. Day 1, I find out that the abs and flanks are not two areas, but four areas. They break it up in the upper apps, lower Abs, upper flank, and lower flank (waist and hips). They advertise $1349 per area*, but that's false advertising as it goes on your BMI-and if you're near 30 you're going to be paying 2300. That's not including additional fees, like the Diamond Recovery kit, which is required. So I go in to meet the doctor and I'm in a bikini thing. He asked for permission to be grabby and I say OK. What I did not expect was for him to bring my bottoms down and grab my fupa. He gave it a shake and said this is still going to be fat. Rude and NOT an area he had permission to assess. So I do the procedure anyway, shrugging it off. At my one week visit, the nurse is telling me that they're really good about doing revisions, which is why the charge more than other places. Her comment surprised me because I hadn't been planning on at that point. I thought she must be seeing things that I'm not seeing. As weeks go on, the fat revascularizes and puffs out, although I've lost weight. Again, at my one month she tells me that they are really good about doing revisions. Well, now that the fluff fairy came, I'm up for revision and I see what the nurse means and how it would look better if we did a touch up. I would have considered adding on the bra roll at that point. So I go to the 6 month appointment and I'm at the proper weight and they tell me that they're not going to do it. They say that I'm good enough, and everything is fine unless I wanted more procedures. So, I felt kind of manipulated, that they had just suckered me in to all those appointments with a revision carrot-just to be declined. I imagine its either for pics for legal purposes or so that they could get their pictures to convince more people to spend money. After all of this, I wish I'd gone for the TT with lipo, which would have been more affordable than lipo and abex. I think people should consider getting on wegovy or doing that actual TT so they don't have loose skin. Overall, I'm irritated with how I feel manipulated. Most of the people are the office were super sweet, and I do look better though. read more

I would say to take your monies and go where front desk folks can answer questions, and the manager can handle a hypothetical question without taking offense and choosing the EASY WAY OUT which is cancel your paid for services that they have over charged you for... My appt was at 945am, I arrived at 10 due to an accident which Sono Bello stated they were notated they were letting office know. The girl at desk stated I would have to wait until another appt was finish that they took ba k at 1008..so my question is if I get 15 minutes, that if I was there then I would be inside my appt that I was late for.. The sales rep makes it seem like this is a walk in the park procedure, and you will be given meds to help with the pain and anxiety. Well, let me tell you, first thing is Please, Please save your money and don't waste your time going to this place. The results are TERRIBLE and not to mention I got an infection after the first surgery. After not being satisfied with the results, I was told by my original surgeon, "Sorry I did everything I could do for you." I had my back fat done and there is no difference at all, the doc said, "well that is skin, nothing I can do about that." To the results of a flat tire shape around my stomach now. The Office Manager came in to say, "I think you should have a second opinion with our medical director" so I did, and he said he could do another surgery. The catch was I had to sign a satisfaction surgery agreement, basically saying I release any and all lability and agree not to make any statements, written or verbal criticizing the business!! At this point this would have been my third surgery at Sono Bello, and do you really think I want to go through that again, with the potential of something serious happening to me? Let's not forget the pain and suffering you must go through all while having 3 kids under 5, heck no. The Prices are outrageous, they give you false hope, show you pictures of people who are obviously skinny to begin with, who have had the procedure done to make it seem like you are going to look like that, when in actuality YOU'RE NOT. The results were initially fine after a low risk neck lipo, and I'm under 40 years old, but then abnormalities in my skin began to show near my jaw line not close to the surgical incisions. I was told when I went back in that it's unrelated to this surgery because they didn't form at incision sites. Turns out to be a bacteria infection and new surgeon told me it's 100% from the neck lipo, for me to have no other procedure ever and the bacteria forms during the healing process, my plastic surgeon said it's a result of the neck lipo, a bacteria forming from the healing process in the neck. Maybe sono bello tools are not sanitized, I don't know but sono bello and my surgeon agreed that it had to get cut out. When you first go here you do not meet with the doctor, you meet with the sales rep Who has no prior knowledge of surgery. And when I say that I mean they did not go to school or take any CE courses I met with Liz Who said she was giving me a friends and family discount and I paid up front than I met with the doctor he was a nice guy but he totally change the price. At this point what are you to do you can't get a refund form them, it's in the paperwork you sign. my results are half assed even people that went to Mexico have better results than me, I am going to a surgeon now trying to fix what they did so I paid a sono Bello $14,000 and now it's $18000 to fix it. The service at Sono Bello could have been a lot better. My original surgery date was changed more than three times becuase the doctor's kept having "emergencies". To compensate for this, I was told I would receive free Venus treatment. I never did get this treatment. The dates for the follow-up after surgery was one week, one month, then three months. However, somehow I was scheduled for one week, then two weeks and that was counted as my month follow-up. I feel this establishment is not as professional as they claim. I would stay away because I do not like so many miscommunications especially for surgery purposes. read more

I have had 2 consults with Keily. She's not terribly friendly, not enthusiastic at all. She definitely does not follow up, she sends out random emails but then I never hear back. Thankfully I decided to check reviews before I get my work bonus next month. I was about to go in and drop 12K until I see how terribly and scary the doctor sounds. As a Registered Nurse who worked in the hospital in med Surg and surgery, I know for a fact that these doctors/surgeons exist. I definitely believe that man told her he would stick it in her colon if she didn't stop moving. I'm sure he meant on accident but that's not even the point. The point is that every qualified doctor/surgeon should know that everyone has different pain tolerances and tolerances to medications. It makes me SICK to read that comment. As someone that works in healthcare I also know that there are healthcare workers (can't call them professionals when they act that way) that will just leave the job unfinished because the patient was in pain and he "couldn't" give her any more meds. Don't know what he did , but I'm still swollen and the pain was worse than with regular lipo. From my first appointment to my last procedure, I was treated with nothing but care, respect and kindness. From the reception area and front desk staff, to the consultation, nurses and doctors, there's not one person who wasn't professional, on time, but most of all, kind and compassionate. I was afraid of doing this for a long time - I'm a body shamer and have been less than kind to myself for years. I was afraid of walking into a boutique of "beautiful people" who'd cast sidelong glares at me, but found it just the opposite. It's a lovely office with very normal people, who are focused on patient success. Communication is absolutely clear and every procedure is explained in pure transparency so your expectations aren't exaggerated. A special thanks to Becca and Morgan who took excellent care of me during pre-op, both procedures and post-op, and their encouragement, humor and hugs. I give them a 2 star if not I give them 0 because the staff was friendly on the day of my lipo. My results left me with a lump in the middle And a dent. I reached out and with all the back and forth of not getting a response from the staff I quit calling. I wish I never went to them. I don't like the fact that their follow ups are not with the doctor who did the lipo so I was not able to address it with him during that time. Disappointing in every way I experienced. The only thing easy was an appointment. I went in to enquire about the thin air program. While they have all the tools, it just seems very sales focused than patient focused. They dont have facts correct even about the competitors which makes you feel if the person you are talking to does care or not. I met with a consultation specialist who explained me the same things in a brochure. On the phone I was promised a person who knew a lot more about the program but that was not the case. She barely knew anything about how the diet post the procedure work. I found out more through the website than the representative. They charge $$$$ for thin air however dont have a dietician in house who can guide you. All they have is an app to give you info. read more
