I thought this procedure would help get rid of some back rolls and spoke with the consultant Rnt named Betty at the Beverly Hills office I signed the paperwork and they took a $6500 payment having some anxiety and reservations in regard to the procedure. I was told that there were no refund since I spoke to the doctor. Hsu I had this procedure done in May and have never dealt with such excruciating debilitating pain. The areas felt like I had 3rd° burns and I could barely move but I wore the compression garment and went in a week later I was concerned with the fact that they never told me what excruciating pain there would be post surgery . I had incredible swelling in the abdomen and groin area and was an extreme discomfort. I went to Ucla and they suggested that I have a CAT scan just to see what was going on. I had called Betty several times and never received a return call and when I went to discuss with them the fact that they had never told me what excruciating debilitating pain would result from liposuction. It seemed that they ignored me and my complaint and said "everybody s different. I've had hernia surgery and double hip replacement and never had experience such extreme pain that it actually had me disabled for two months. I would not recommend this. They were not truthful and when I expressed my concern they just waved it off. Would I recommend the service never it would've been better to have 65 training sessions with the trainer and feel much better. I'm not happy with what the surgery was And there are residual lumps in the liposuction area when you think about doing this I would say no never read more

I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. in hindsight, the consultation was a joke. She lied about recovery time, made no suggestions regarding my areas of concern, or recommendations for other areas that might not blend with the area of focus. She clearly just needed to make the sale. The procedure was incredibly painful and the surgeon did a crappy job. He took too much fat from one side, so my hips are noticeabley uneven. My bell button now protrudes from stomach. My stomach is all rippled with scar tissue even though I followed the protocol to the letter. It took weeks for them to return my calls and I completed several client surveys and never heard back. I am seriously considering litigation. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND BUY I TO THIS. read more

Andrainne, Omar the nice nurse,and the doctor please forgive me I forgot her name. But she was very tentative in listening to my concerns about my procedure and dissatisfaction. I am happy to say I'm scheduled for a revision. This office has been very helpful. Not to say the Beverly Hills office wasn't, the staff was very nice and polite. After the initial review I was contacted by the main office in WA and spoke to Stephanie, who really took an interest in my case and listened to my frustration about my original procedure performed by Dr. H in Beverly Hills. I was then referred to the Ontario office, refusing to return to BH, where I met with Dr. G and was blessed to have her as my physician. She is absolutely amazing. One month after my corrective procedure and although still healing, I am happy with the results. Sono Bello lived up to the promise of making it right for their clients. I even called the consultant several times and she never returned my calls. I strongly urge you to see other body contouring facilities. My journey began in February, 2024 with their AbEX procedure. At my one week postop, I pointed out a large "dip" on my right hip. With every appointment thereafter, I talked about it and they made a note of it. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the deformity consistently. At my six months appointment, I was disappointed that I could not address my concerns With the doctor like I thought I was going to get to do. I had to wait another month. When I expressed my disappointment, Dr. Tsu told me it was my fault for not getting my hips done! You can imagine how angry and frustrated I was with that answer! To add insult to injury, I complained to the office manager and she accused me of raising my voice to her, as if that's all she heard! I did not raise my voice, but I was definitely tearful and angry and did not feel heard. I was also told that it would cost me about $2400 additionally to fix the problem that they created! I asked her if there was an arbitration process and she gave me the information and I never went back. Really didn't like my experience at this facility. Was expecting something so much better! I went with my mom for a consultation and let's just say we didn't even meet with a surgeon/doctor. Instead, we met with one lady who with no medical knowledge takes one look and says "yeah I recommend a tummy tuck" and goes on to give the pricing. Im sorry but what happened to a real surgeon/doctor seeing the patient and then being the one to with medical knowledge recommend a treatment plan There are so many better and more professional options in the valley than this place! My experience with the staff and Dr. Stafford was excellent! I went in for a Chest EX and lower abdomen minor lipo. I had the same procedure done twice elsewhere, and the doctor left me uneven and did not do the chest EX correctly. I decided to visit Sono Bello Beverly Hills and I am glad I made that choice. I am a professional publicist in the fashion industry so this review is honest and true I have always fought my double/triple chin/neck so of course I wanted to get this procedure done so I went on for a consultation with a "SALES" rep not a doctor for one then I was supposingly given all these discounts with 2 free venue laser treatments which btw they never gave me. I was going to change my mind the day of because the wait in the waiting room was always messy and long NOT to mention other staff members attitude were just so cares Salesman like - I was offered an additional $600 discount which I was never given. They ran care credit as soon as I walked in the door charging me an amount that was different than discussed. Procedure was fine from the nurse to the doctor however when it comes to follow ups don't even bother, they won't call you to come in for your follow ups especially if you notice something wrong . Score 1-10 Doctor - 7 Nurse - 10 Sales person 6 Pain - 4 Procedure - 6 After care - 4 Results 6 My results are good but not great for what I paid for meaning I will Have to go see a specialist again to have the procedure fixed!!! My neck and work they did is Crooked and now my face looks in even. They attempted to make me a jawline and define my neck area and although yes they sucked fat out , it's not proportioned Would I recommend this place? NO I suggest do more research and go elsewhere where they won't ruin your face. A few hours prior to that appointment I received a text regarding liposuction procedure and I reply that I'm not interested in liposuction but interested in coolsculpting. Immediately, I got a call from Jennifer who told me that they do not do cold sculpting because it doesn't work on their patients. Looks like false advertising. They are trying to lure people to their place promising a free consultation and advanced fat removal methods, but at the end, a liposuction surgery will be offered. WARNING! Sono Bello WILL NOT (and I suspect CANNOT) EVER USE ANESTHESIA. They give "relaxing drugs" and a local. I balked during the pre-op meeting upon learning this, the surgeon said in his own BH office he used anesthesia but due to his high overhead that would be beyond my means. I made the mistake of joking "Fine, we'll try it your way, I'll either end up with a body I can live with or I can go be with Doreen (late partner), either way my life will be better than it is." One of the nurses mistook this to mean I was suicidal, and called cops, fire & paramedics. No matter how many times & ways I told them I wouldn't do that, they cornered me, piled on top of me, nearly squeezed the breath outta me & almost dislocated my left arm yanking it out from under me. With all their weight on top of me I couldn't free my arm or manage to tell them what was wrong. I croaked in panic "Help! Can't breathe .." to a nurse who just stood there. Don't trust these people any farther than you can throw them. Oh, and I think it's very telling that after talking with the psychiatrist at Cedars, a 72 hour suicide hold became a 15 minute one! read more

Well I did a review elsewhere after my first visit w Lauren, to get pricing and set up a date and that went well, I felt that this was going to be a great experience . I previously went to LA Lipo and wasn't happy w results like I thought I would be, but after this whole experience I applaud LA Lipo for their care and service. Lets start at pre-op appt at Sono Bello Beverly Hills, the "nurse" asked if I was on any meds, I stated Omeprazole , she asked for what and I responded w , heartburn. She then asked if I was on any other heart meds. Obviously I said " heartburn is an esophageal issue not the actual heart. I then saw the doctor and that went fine. Before I left I asked the nurse if I should plan on getting lymphatic massages after and she said no, I thought that was weird but ok. Come to surgery day and I am getting ready to go in and the girls in the hallway sounded like they worked in a retail store, cackling and talking loud it was just not a professional environment . I had the surgery on a Wed and received a call from them Friday asking how I was, later that day I had a slight fever and elevated heart rate, I thought maybe a clot, or infection so I called them. No was available to talk at that moment ( I understood that) and that someone would call back, well they didn't and I went to ER, as I got to ER I called Sono Bella letting them know I was at the ER and the gal said " ok thanks for letting us know " and click. My son then called them and he was told the doctor would call him back , never happened. Finally on Tues 4 days after I went to ER I get a text saying the have been trying to get a hold of me. Really?? Well you just texted and now you're actually calling me and I answered. My phone was fine, I use it for work. To literally in this day and age say you tried to get in touch is ridiculous. You can call, text even email. That was when I was literally like WOW. I went to the 1 week check up that Friday as I wanted my 2nd garment and I thought I would see the doctor that maybe he would want to check his work and see if it all looked ok, but I say the heartburn girl. She asked me how old I was?!! First off I have been here 3 times and you are looking at my chart. She asked if I had questions and I did but I wasn't about to ask her especially after she told me to massage the areas where there were lumps, I reminded her she previously told me that massages were not necessary. I went in for consultation and the sales rep was very nice and very understanding. This procedure is something I have been wanting to do for some time now and I am finally at a point where I felt ready not only physically but mentally. When I showed up for pre-op I was happy and I was positive about everything. After sitting with the doctor right away I was no longer feeling the same way. The Dr. didn't ask me question, looked irritated and in a bad mood. He began by belittling me and told me most doctors would refuse to operate me because of my weight, Now I know I am over weight, but I also know how hard I have been working out for the last 3 years going to the gym and exercising 4 days out of the week, meal prepping, and just trying to stay healthy and consistent. And I get that maybe he sees this often and right away categorized me as a person trying to get a quick fix. He continued to tell me he can not make any miracles and if I want change I need to make changes in my eating habits and my exercise because he didn't believe I work out as often as I stated. He continued to huff and puff as he examined every inch of my body in disgust. Not once did he ask what I wanted to do, what my goals are or anything. Once again I know I am over weight but I am willing to work on my body and make changes, the only think I wanted was for my overhang to be reduced to relieve the pain I feel in my lower back and allow me to live a healthier lifestyle and continue my fitness journey. After our consultation my cost of the surgery went up because there was more stuff added which I understand, it happens. I paid those additional charges. The night before my operation My fiancé, and driver tested positive for covid, I was already feeling flu like symptoms but did not test positive yet. I called and left a message early in the morning, i called back because at that point i wanted them to be aware of the situation I was having. Once they opened and I finally got thru they still insisted I go. I told them I would not be able to go as I didn't have a driver and I was already feeling ill. They then cancelled my appointment. a few weeks later I get a call from a different rep and they basically told me I am not allowed a refund as I cancelled last minute and if I choose to re-schedule I will pay an additional 10%. First off I cancelled for my own health reasons and also trying not to expose anyone else, second of all adding more money on top of more money for this surgery. How is this type of service even justifiable. I am taking this as a sign that this is not for me because 1 I am not comfortable with the person that will be my doctor for the procedure and 2 they way they want to charge for something out of my control is upsetting. I had my lipo in October I had my belly fat and arms and back rolls done, at my pre op the doctor said he wasn't going to make me look skinny and he wasn't going to be able to take the marshmallow gooey stuff. I laughed because I thought he was just trying to be funny. I even told him just make me look better. The procedure was very painful I felt a lot of the pain when sucking the fat out, I still remember telling the doctor it hurts. Post op the only difference I've seen it was the fact that they cut my excess skin but I'm truly not satisfied with the results I paid 15k and my belly doesn't look any better. I've followed a strict diet 1200 calories per day which I can't always meet. I usually only eat about 1000 calories. I work out every day for at least 30 min Just wish I would of paid less for the results I got. read more

Well hello. It's been 7 months since my procedure. I'm very disappointed st the results. I expressed my feelings to the manager and nurses when I was there for my 3 month visit. I was told it would take 7 months before swelling would go down. Really? I paid for upper/lower abdomen, inner thighs, bra rolls and the fat that hangs over the top/sides of the bra for $10,000. All procedures were done except the bra fat in front(near the arm pit). Needless to say, the only area that I've noticed some difference is my lower abdomen. There is indentations on my inner thighs and some deformities around my navel. The bra rolls? Still there. I'm so dissatisfied and hurt that I spent my savings $10,000 for nothing. I have an appointment with the doctor on Friday to go over all of this with him. I only pray for some answers and not the run around. read more

I began researching "non invasive" liposuction for quite some time. I didn't want the down time of of actual liposuction..... knowing what I know now I should've just done it. I'm Latina F38 years old, 5'3 132lbs when i had my "consultation" at the Pasadena office with Nicole 11/2021(she IS NOT a doctor) this was not the surgery center. I was starting my "lady time" feeling bloated and insecure. let me clarify, I'm not over weight. I've been an athlete for more than half of my life. First joining the gym when I was 16 (Bally's in Downtown LA) then went off to do 5 Marathons,8 triathlons an 1 Ironman, competed in a bikini competition where I placed 2nd And I consistently go to the gym. I know what living a healthy lifestyle consists of. my first meeting with Nicole was pleasant (I mean they want your money, so why wouldn't it be?!?) I stated to her that I was getting married in 7 months and I had a few troubled areas that I was interested in targeting. With age, fat pockets settle and they're just hard to get rid of. Feeling bloated and uncomfortable she practically made me undress and touched my troubled areas which was fine but gosh did I feel gross. she proceeded to say we can target upper and lower abs as well as the hip area for the lovely price of $8k being that I had visited another location in Beverly Hills (Elite Squlpt) that wanted $17k this sounded a bit more reasonable. I mentioned to her that I wanted to go to Squlpt in Thousand Oaks first for a consultation at their location. I could see that she didn't like that, she offered me a procedure date that was within a week or two and then said it was all se had (sure..wink wink) I told her I needed to think about it and that's when the hounding started. I received multiple text asking for payment in order to hold the "surgery" date. Finally I gave them my card info, since my bank has a daily limit that kept asking for me to call my bank to increase in order for them to take full payment. I should've taken that as a sign (ugh!) I'll say that once payment was made, I never heard from her. Fast forward to finally seeing an actual doctor, for pre op. i don't even remember his name TBH. He took pics, weighed me, looked at my troubled areas and said ok. That's pretty much it. Day of surgery at the Beverly Hills location, I got in at 6am. I was escorted by a nurse to a room where I undressesed and was given a gown, my body was marked by the doctor, the nurse gave me pills and I walked into the surgery room. As I started to feel the effects of the pills, The doctor rubbed a liquid all over the areas where I was marked. I felt a lot of tugging and then I don't really remember much after that. To be honest, I was fine the day of, a bit loopy but otherwise ok. They wrapped a waist trainer on me with pads for the leakage. The following day was a bit worse in regards to soreness. I leaked for about 3or 4 days. If you don't workout, if you don't know what true soreness is I would highly suggest you CAN NOT return to work the following day as they lead you to believe.I know what soreness is and this was a bit more than I'd like to admit. Especially if you're heavier and they remove more fat than they did to me. I followed all of their recommendations, I wore the faja, I kept moving since I hate being a couch potato. i did the massages...... that's where I realized that I wasted $8k The massage therapists said to me, that I didn't have any residual fluid, and that I should ask for my medical records. I was trying to be patient but To be very honest I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of results. I have 6 disgusting scars that ARE bigger than a fingernail, they took out 1200 milliliters which equal 2 freaking pounds. I wish I could say all 2lbs were fat......but no! That includes the liquid that was put into my body. I get my records in a couple of weeks and then I'll see the exact amount of fat that was removed. Looking back, I would do actual liposuction. You end up with the exact same scars and you get better results. Heck, I should've gone to Mexico for the same price and received a hotel room and round the clock care. Please please shop around, don't fall for the "non invasive" "go back to work" nonsense. Unless you cant handle the anesthesia of course. Laura did her best to walk me through it, but the procedure itself is inherently lacking. Probably most alarming is their refusal to commit to any verifiable results; all is subjective. Haven't had my procedure done yet, but so far definitely not happy with how things are run. Wish that things were made more clear during booking. You only get to speak with a sales consultant, who is not a doctor, then once you pay for your procedure you meet the doctor. I didn't think this was a big deal, until I met I met with the doctor after already paying in full only to have him tell me he recommends more lipo areas than what the consultant and I agreed upon. Which obviously means more money. So when I reached out to my consultant and let her know that I was pretty frustrated and asked about getting money back minus a deposit I was told that the entire procedure is non refundable. So needless to say, I'm having the procedure performed this week. Hopefully the procedure goes better than all of these initial interactions. I will mention that the girls at the front desk, and the nurse and doctor were all very nice. I just feel like the way things are done is very shady. If you are thinking about getting a procedure done please make sure you see an actual doctor before making decisions and certainly before paying.
