Completely discarded the emissions system on my vehicle which was damaged during the collision..Unaware until the car was inspected for smog/ check engine light..Willie was absolutely horrible in terms of resolving the problem...all due to the collision damage..Would not ever go there again..complaint filed w BAR..dont take a tricycle to this hack shop for repairs..multiple interior and undercarriage fasteners not replaced..They dont stand behind their work..Shop was paid, never completed job..Willie needs Ex lax..full of crap...NO stars...a middle finger is more appropriate for Sonoma Auto Collision read more

Just left here after trying to get estimates for fixing my trunk (wouldn't stay locked even though the latch was working). The guys here looked at the problem thoroughly and could diagnose the issue within 15 minutes. They fixed my trunk right then and there and ended up not even charging me for it! So my mom called me frantic and crying that someone hit her car while she was grocery shopping at seafood city. She didn't know who it was and she couldn't open her door. Mind you, I live in Sacramento... I have no idea where I should tell her to go for auto collision body repair. So I googled and I saw that Sonoma auto collision is open... so I told my mother to go there. As soon as she got there, mr willie approached her and I could hear their conversation cause I was still on the phone with her. He was really really nice and told my mother that it will only take an hour to fix it. My mother called like 15 to 20 minutes later crying again because she said it's fixed and mr willie didn't even charge her which is rare because anything that involves cars nowadays requires a lot of money. So thank you mr willie for having your shop open on a Saturday when the rest is closed and for being an angel to my mother and giving her an excellent and free service. Incredibly inconsistent customer service, employees are nice and personable, yet communication was severely derelict....w/ the big bucks spent at this mediocre establishment I had to periodically initiate updates via telephone...via me taking time off during my workday to get some idea of what was going on with my car....via taking precious time out of my life while second guessing why I decided to choose a place w/ ZERO yelp reviews...after ongoing delays my insurance subsequently became annoyed as well, thus prompting these guys to send my car to the dealer for a 2nd opinion (I.e., "we don't trust your work....take it somewhere legit please"-assumed subtext of said insurance company rep.). ...bottom line.......stay away from drugs, fast-food, pessimistic personalities, lawyers, the microwave while heating up food, and most importantly.....Sonoma auto collision. #firstandonlyreviewforareason #yourewelcome read more
