Here's a business in a downward spiral. It used to be they would prerinse the entire car, but now all you get is a little spray across the windshield, and that's about it. I haven't been offered an air freshener in months.They now close at 6 instead of 7 so its hard for me to get there while they are still open. I paid for the 14 dollar wash with extra stuff and when it was done my truck was still dirty and had bird poop everywhere. I had not even left and asked the 2 employees if they would let me go through again and showed them, they laughed and said it happens at every car wash place that they won't allow me to go through again. read more

I had a traumatic experience with an employee at the car wash on 16th street and Southern. My husband and I went to talk to someone about our membership. A young man was outside and we tried to explain the problem. He was not understanding our issue so we all became frustrated and we all raised our voices. He became angry and said he is refusing us service and went into the office locking the door. We then went to the back and went through the arm. It raised so we were going to go through the car wash. There was a small dark car blocking us from going further. We were wondering why the car didn't move when we saw the guy coming out angry and yelling. Telling us that he would not allow us through. He proceeded to tell me vulgar things. To suck his %^$×. Telling me I am an old bitch. He kept going on and on. Repeating and repeating waving and jumping up down. It was Nunbelievable. He said otherwise stuff as my husband tried to get the truck out of the small area we got stuck in. I left a couple of messages for a John to call me back with no response My grandsons went separately to explain what happened to us. My husband has a bad heart and was poorly affected. I was told through my grandsons that I was going to be reimbursed for a few months. Nothing has happened. This is an odd car wash. It has the potential to be great, but they self-sabotage, and by a lot... Pros: 1. Two types of vacuum heads for narrow crevices and for larger areas, a nice detail. 2. Compressed air for blowing out the your interior crevices that collect impossible to clean gunk, and for blowing water out of your mirrors on the outside, an excellent idea! 3. They open at 0700h which is about the only time it's cool enough to wash a car in the Arizona summer. 4. Lots of post-wash rags, and many of them are damp enough to actually be of use too. Negatives: A. One would think a car wash would, ahem, wash a car? Nope. The $10 "Economy" wash keeps a large horizontal spinner up against the ceiling of the car wash! This leaves a large swath of the center of the car effectively untouched and unwashed, like a stipe on a skunk. Asked the operator about why the car wasn't washed and he said the owner doesn't allow the use of the top brush on the basic wash! Crazy, cheap, and stupid. B. Post-wash grounds are never cleaned. Net result is that it gets so filthy that your shoes turn black, and then you'll transfer all that black muck from your shoes onto your car's carpets, which is gross. C. Almost no shade at the post-wash area because their architect was too intellectually dense to know that the sun moves across the sky at an angle. This means that there next to zero shade most of the day, making this car wash one to avoid when the sun is shining (which, in Arizona, is about every day). On February 23rd at about 6 p.m. I pulled into the car wash and my car had some frontal damage but nothing major as I pulled into the car wash the underskirt of my car caught their track and the guy kept guiding me forward it ripped the whole underskirt of my car off. When I asked for a manager to come down the manager of the carwash told me he would have to get with me tomorrow I told him my car wasn't driveable and he told me that I would have to wait until tomorrow. He also said that he reviewed the video of me pulling into the car wash in that my car was too low and that they were denying all charges to my car, so now I have to pay a deductible and fix my car on my own thank you very much Sonoran quest. They also do a pre-wash soak of the car before you pull through and dried clean without any spots. My first experience years again was not optimal however I typically do second chances especially when it's new Have been going back consistently because they worked out the issues! My most recent visit was OUTSTANDING! My car had lots of bird droppings on it and I purchased the premium package. When I started vacuuming, I noticed spots that didn't get cleaned off. I approached the young man who was working. (This was Saturday late afternoon just so managers know who helped me) he was extremely nice and accommodating- he let me run thru again but first he did a huge pre - rinse to get the spots. I was blown away by his extra effort and very friendly attitude! He wanted my experience to be perfect. Hope this young man gets the recognition he deserves from management! So I tried to go here to get a quick wash, I pulled up right at 8 am thinking it would be open since the sign says Mon-Sat 7 AM- 7 PM. It wasn't open though, so I figure maybe they were running a little late so I pulled in the frys parking lot to for a bit. I wait for 35 minutes and watch more than a dozen cars try to pull in only to turn around when they saw it wasn't open. After it was 8:35 AM I just left and went to Cobble Stone down the street on Bell. They were open and had the same we exact wash I was going to get. Two months ago I subscribed to their "Oasis" wash package where you pay $16.95 a month for unlimited car washes. The next day I changed my mind and tried to cancel this subscription online. I never received a receipt for this service. I thought that I would be emailed a receipt. Never happened. I also never receive a way to use the subscription, like some kind of plastic card I'd insert into the machine. Never happened. Since then I have been charged twice for a service I don't and can't use. Neither have any of my phone calls or emails have been replied to. The manager is never in when I call. This is not honest behavior and I strongly recommend you exercise care and due diligence if you're considering a subscription. I sure won't do it. I will say, the car wash service itself is good, just be careful about subscriptions. Now I have to contact my bank, go through an investigation, dispute the charges and hopefully block this company from any future unauthorized charges. read more

Thank you very much for helping my wife and I with a predicament ASAP. Someone threw rolls of white paint at our car while we were driving. We have a monthly membership with Sonoran Express and thought to go there immediately for any chance of getting it off. As soon as we arrived, three workers saw the issue right away without us saying anything. I've never seen anything like how these guys jumped into action immediately. They worked tirelessly to power wash our car and scrape off whatever paint they possibly could before it fully dried and before going through the wash. They upgraded our wash free of charge to the best possible wash to help clean and get everything off. They also told us to go through again free of charge and let us in to work on it once more. The vast majority of the paint came off due their diligence, efficiency, and work ethic. I know their care for what we were going through and immediate action saved us from having to go to a paint or body shop. I've never had such amazing customer service before. Someone named Drew was one of the men. I believe another guy who helped was a manager with a black shirt and the other had a big hat that also covered his neck. I wish I knew all of their names. I can't thank these guys enough. We used a clay bar that we had at home to scrub off the rest. Thank you all so much, truly. I have had a membership here since they opened about 5 years ago. Attendants are great and professional. Always willing to help. Vacuums are amazing! So....why the 1 star? I've taken advantage of the upgrade specials from time to time. Problem? They didn't cancel the original plans TWICE. I have been double charged for a total of 22 months! I was directed to the manager when I brought this up to the attendant. I left a voicemail for Brandon and he text me back 5 minutes later. No phone call, just a text. Letting me know he could only refund the last 3 months! Because their system only goes back that far. No apology. When I told him this was unacceptable, he said I could bring in my statements and he would forward them to owner to see what he says. I tell him I am not comfortable leaving my bank information and that he could send me the contact for the owner and I will schedule a time to meet up to discuss. No response. After spending hours on the phone with banks to get archived statements and gathering "proof" , I return to the carwash, only to be told that he just left 5 minutes ago. "Just call him, I'm sure he will come right back" they say. WRONG! I call him. No answer. I text him. No answer. The attendants call him. No answer. This is unacceptable. My experience here with the attendants has never been less than Amazing. Always smiling, always professional and always going out of their way to help everyone. When presented with the issues, the attendants were the ones to apologize for the mix up and assured me Brandon would fix it. Brandon hid behind a text and dropped the ball tremendously. The next time we went, it was open, we paid and drove the car through the wash and when we went to vacuum and dry the car, they shut it all down and said they were closed. I drove my truck through their carwash a handful of times. Along with many others. I drive a very expensive truck. Their carwash ripped off my lightbar , dented and scratched my cab. Scratched the entire rest of the truck. They said they aren't responsible because my lightbar was loose.... who do they think they are??? No one stopped me and told me I can't go through. There is a sign that says that they are not responsible if it happens yes, but how can they tell me it happened because it was loose ??? Seems to me they are making up excuses to avoid a claim. i just brought my car in for a wash kid at the gate sold me a monsoon pass thought it was a great deal for just a quick and cheap way to keep car clean during this season so much so I went to get my wife's car to get the same monsoon pass when I got back totally different story new kid at the gate tried to sell me something I didn't want tried to tell me that I didn't just get the same thing on my car the first attendant I dealt with came over and explained it to him and the kid go an attitude with him after my wash I had to go looking for him to get my pass and he still had an attitude about the hole thing arguing with me about the sticker so now I will be bringing both my cars somewhere else to get washed read more

Price seems to be average for a car wash I did the $7 extra special wash, but there is a $3 option too. The car came clean but the mirrors did not get touched.
