My eyebrows were starting to starting to look like a caterpillar after 2 weeks. After coming here my eyebrows look perfect. I have been going to Sonu for over 7 years now! Not once has she ever messed up my eyebrows. In the past I would go in and she it would be her day off and I would need them done so I'll settle with another person that was working (this was when she was at the orange mall) my eyebrows would come out crooked or something was wrong. Gosh I hate writing a bad review but I just had my eyebrows done and said not to thin, but because they don't speak English my eyebrows are almost gone. If i could give 0 stars i would. I had gone to Sonu Threading twice before with no problems, but this time caused me weeks of pain and $60 to repair the skin on my upper lip. I went for an upper lip waxing and the wax felt hotter than normal. It wasn't until after I left and I was in my car that I looked closely in the mirror because i was in more pain than I normally am after waxing. It was then I saw the two massive chunks of the top layers of my upper lip skin that had been ripped off my face, covering my entire lip up to my nose and meeting in the middle. When I called back two days later then said nonchalantly that the wax may have been two hot and didn't seem to care that they had caused me two weeks of extreme pain, difficulty covering up the redness and scarring at work, and $60 in addition to the money I paid them for the "service" for a doctors visit and medicine for the burning and scarring. They didn't even offer a refund for the original service that they had made such a terrible mistake with. Will never be back. read more

Came here to get my eyebrows done the lady that did them took her time and left them just the way I wanted them simple clean. Also while I was there got my nose pierced pretty quick and painless downside to it was no options for nose rings to purchase with them. They have other services too like eyelash extensions yet to try it out. Good place to go if you want eyebrows to be done last minute. read more

took so long for me to build up the courage to trust someone with my brows since moving here but i finally did and i'm super glad. sonu threaded my brows exactly how i wanted them and somehow managed to make the individual hairs appear thicker. also got my upper lip threaded and she took her time getting every last hair. better than the last place i went to and surprisingly cheaper. read more

I went in for an eyebrow thread. The process was quick and virtually painless, and my eyebrows looked fantastic! I am normally very sensitive to pain like this but it didn't hurt nearly as much as the other places I've been to. Very friendly staff as well. All in all a great experience! read more

I am honestly so upset with my last visit. This had been the 3rd time trying this place out, mind you my girlfriend spoke so highly of this place that I decided to try it out and returned to accompany her. The eyebrow treading is okay nothing out of the ordinary, she does take her time I'll give her that, but after my experience today I won't return. Every time I've gone I've waited 20-30 minutes, this time I waited almost 30 minutes. There was only one lady working, which is usually the case, I waited twenty something minutes just for her to say I'm gana go in my break now and left everyone just sitting there. This was soooooo unprofessional! She saw each of us walk in sign our names and never cared to mention hey just FYI I'm going to take my break after this person I probably won't get to you until after my 30 minute break ! Ugh I was just so upset. It's such an inconvenience for your guest to just leave them sitting there. I get it you need a break, but at least give your guests the courtesy of letting them know how much they will be waiting, because I'm sure not everyone had time to be waiting for an hour to get they're eyebrows threaded. read more
