So I just them come out today 01/07/2014 to install a New Head unit in my car as well as the Rearview Camera. Sam was very friendly over the phone and very prompt to come out ( Called today and came out Today). The kit I needed for my car was not available at most shops(Nissan Titan) but he managed to get all the parts needed and still make it out before it got dark. I've been texting Sam for a few weeks now about a couple of different quotes for my car. He was always very patient and answered all my questions (I had PLENTY of em). I brought my Kia Telluride in today to get a front and rear dash cam installed. I went with the Blackvue 590x and it is a good system. I spoke with Sam and his team and he had it installed within an hour. It's a very clean set up with no wires showing and no damage to the headliner or A pillar. Front camera is tucked behind the rear view so it's not instructing much view while driving and the rear camera is nicely set up as well. Sam is honest and that's important to me. The price is fair. I called Sam on a saturday and he was able to come out the same day. I drive a Infiniti G35 Coupe and got a Pioneer Avic-8000NEX installed. The installation ran into all sorts of problems but Sam did a great job of working through all of them. First, after installing my backup camera and all the wiring for the radio, Sam plugged in the unit and it wouldn't power on. He double checked all the lines were connected correctly, which they were, and eventually connected it directly to the car battery only to find out that the UNIT was DOA (dead on arrival). So, naturally i'm pissed that I cant finish the install. Sam called his Pioneer connection and was able to get me a replacement unit for around the same (very good) price that I bought it on Amazon for. I had to RMA the bad unit. Sam picked up the new unit on the following Monday and came back to my pad to finish the install. Things were going smooth, the new unit worked! Then....while configuring the steering wheel controls....the volume down and all the down buttons didn't work. Sam was troubleshooting this again for a while, calling Metra's tech support, but it was closed. Instead of wasting time, Sam came back the THIRD day to finish the install and so he could call Metra's tech support line to troubleshoot. Turns out that on the steering wheel control, one of the wires was NOT CRIMPED properly by Metra and came out of the receptacle. Sam was able to put in a good work around and was able to get everything working. Sam did a great job with the wiring, capping off connections, using high guage wires for robustness and quality, and running the wires VERY cleanly through my car. He is a definite recommend to anyone i know looking for custom or aftermarket audio/alarm installation. And to top it off, his price quote was exceptional. read more

He replied within an hour! I told him the exact equipment I wanted, the car it was going into, etc. Within half a day he got back to me with an estimate, which was less than Best Buy...and Best Buy doesn't come to you. In fact, they wouldn't even order it from another store. They wanted me to drive to another store, buy the stereo, then bring it back to them and have them put it in...a week later. Just had Sam install a Navigation Lockout Bypass on my brand new 14' Toyota Highlander, Sam wasn't totally familiar with this particular modification so I shared the instructions I found online (toyota nation forums) and he was able to easily understand and feel confident in himself (obviously i wasn't) that he could knock this out for me. Imagine finding a local car stereo installation service where the cost of the compatible equipment is lower than on Amazon and the installation can happen at home or at work! This was a dream that became reality after I randomly found Sam. He helped me select a Pioneer AppRadio 4 SPH-DA 120 model (with CarPlay) for my 2008 Dodge Caliber SXT replacing a Kenwood DNX6980 model, which was no longer compatible with my iPhone 6S. Then he offered to install it at my home or at my work during a given time window (he was actual early - take notes cable companies!). It took him and his partner less than one hour to install my system. Luckily for me I already had a double din bezel that fit the new system. He then stayed long enough to explain the system, set up my iPhone 6S via Bluetooth and lighting cable. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced with auto electronics. I recently purchased pioneer Avic 8100nex and was looking for someone to install the unit and my 2006 Chevy Silverado SS.. A few local shop to get some information regarding installation. To my surprise my truck requires modules for the On Star, Bose system and steering wheel control . I didn't want to lose all these options due to an aftermarket unit ..
