And before I could get another word out she keeps going off at the mouth about how busy they are and how I could've just canceled the order if I didn't want to wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. But it's all good lol I asked a simple question. There was need for your employee to get that defensive. I understand it was busy, I also understand you acknowledge people when they are in your establishment no matter how "busy" you are. Almost 15 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged once is CRAZY! Then these clowns have the audacity to give me a bad rating and say that I'm unprofessional. I had the koobideh, which came with a perfectly seasoned skewer of kabob, though you can add a second if you're extra hungry. I've eaten in many Iranian restaurants, none of them were as clean, fast, friendly as this restaurant. Their food is originaly delicious. I had Chelokabob koobideh, with mast-moosir, which was just like the oned that I had in Iran, soft, with enough oil plus butter on the well-cooked rice. For a place charging these prices, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience and I wouldn't come back. The lady at the register was struggling and she didn't even seem like she knew how to work the damn thing the restaurant was clean. I will never go back here. Worst Mediterranean food I've ever had in Las Vegas and I paid $70 for all of the stuff that I got. I want my money back.

Don't feel intimidated by the super ethnic decor... Heck at least you know the food is authentic. Any lamb dish is awesome. Very moist and filled with their unique spices. Not too strong. Prices are super reasonable and portions are very filling. Bonus is it's a supermarket too and can buy unique snacks to bring back to the office. It's in the working class neighborhood and never felt unsafe. It's worth an adventure off the Strip.
