I worked with Holly at the Westgate Hotel and the experience was smooth from start to finish. When I arrived and was getting set up, she introduced me to her assistant right away. That kind of early coordination sets the tone for the whole day, and it did here. Her assistant was genuinely helpful throughout, stepping in during the father-daughter first look to get everyone in place, and then volunteering to help wrangle family members during formal photos. That last part is more valuable than it sounds. Large extended families in a noisy ballroom are no joke, and having an extra set of hands made a real difference.
