Great people to work with…read more This past weekend our bathroom faucet handle broke off at 2:30 am and water gushing out on top of the sink and around the floor. Guesses are the cheap plastic handle froze last week and finally broke off. I had to turn off the water outside to stop the geyser. We have dealt with MFRC in the past and trusted their work. So the next morning (Sunday) I called and left a message for them to see if they would fix our issue. I fully did not expect them to return my call until Monday. I received a call from Paul, the owner and he said he'd come out to fix our issue. He did so even though it was on a Sunday and this was out of their service area. He came out and replaced the damaged faucet within 15-20 minutes. Faucet is nicer than the one that was broken and metal - not some cheap plastic thing. Thank you to Paul and his wife Samantha for being great people.

I already tested the inverter and knew it was bad but since it was the weekend I thought they would know the area better for parts and get it done quicker for me. Nope, came out got the $120 call out fee and told me my inverter was bad. Then not much communication. I texted him and he said he was working on an alternative option for me on Saturday around 8 PM. I text back at 9:35 and 11:28 on Sunday because I hadn't heard anything and we were without power. At 1:22, I text that I was getting another service to fix. He answered quickly then blaming me and said he didn't work for free. Found a better service that looked at the problem, told me their plan, and got it fixed. I never had to follow back up with them they kept the customer informed.
