The upcharge policy just doesn't add up, and it feels like a bad deal for customers. The food is generally good, but they could definitely back off on the salt. Also, I'm not a fan of their yams--they're almost like mashed potatoes, which is not the texture I expect. On the other hand, I really like their potato salad.
