Fresh bread with ravioli in mushroom sauce
    Renee J T.

This little shop takes pasta to a whole new level. It's mainly a take out but there are two comfy chairs I think you can sit in and enjoy your pasta Owner chef run The day I visited three ravioli choices with 4 sauce choices I opted for spinach feta ravioli with mushroom sauce Made fresh while I waited The front case had some tasty looking pastries I'm never one to pass on a pastry and got a cruffin Pasta was piping hot delicious the sauce was creamy savory a perfect accompaniment to the ravioli The owner chef mentioned she put bread in too Oh my goodness I don't know where this bread was from but it was so good and so fresh I soaked up ever last bit of sauce with it. This was one of the best pasta meals I have ever eaten, seriously! The only thing was finding parking on a side street but do not let that deter you this shop is 100% worth it. Saved my cruffin for breakfast because after my pasta dinner I was too full for another bite. The cruffin deserves it own review a house made flakey pastry not too sweet a perfect breakfast treat I will for sure be back

What an awesome new spot! This spot followed me on Google so I just had to try them out. They are mostly focused on pasta and sandwiches. They also have sauces made in house. I tried their spinach and ricotta ravioli with marinara sauce and their Nutella cruffin. The pasta was very good and clearly homemade. They use a great amount of filling. The spinach tastes super fresh and the ricotta is pretty creamy as well. The homemade tomato sauce was also very good. It's simple, nothing crazy, but just well made. Topped with some tasty cheese too! They also give you 2 pieces of bread with your pasta order. I'm not sure if the bread is made in house, and it was just okay. Personally, I'd prefer the bread be served separately from the pasta (like not in the same container) since it got very soggy. The cruffin I got was super delicious. I've never had this dessert before, but it was so, so good. Great amount of Nutella. Perfectly buttery and crispy on the sides. Nice and softer interior. Great. All in all, definitely check this place out. The prices are super fair and the food is very good, and clearly homemade. Great pasta and desserts.

Ordered the fried gnocchi through Uber Eats after seeing it as a new restaurant available and so glad I did! The marinara sauce is sooo good, and I'm picky about my sauces. Also came with fresh bread which was also yum. Excited to have this as a new ordering place!

Wonderful hole in the wall! The ravioli had a deep flavor and perfectly cooked pasta. Made fresh as soon as we ordered, came out piping hot. The hostess was friendly and provided great suggestions for what to choose. Overall extremely happy and would come again!

I was in the area on business and decided to try this restaurant on a whim. This restaurant's quality is tremendous. The pasta is absolutely phenomenal and don't get me started. If you're just passing through the area, do yourself a favor and stop by for some top notch eats. I almost forgot to shout out the family operated staff, they are fantastic and you can honestly tell they have passion for what they do. I may be a couple hundred miles from home, but I will come here again.

Beautiful interior. The food is tasty and well priced as well. In particular, I recommend the caprese sandwich. Finally, the staff are quite friendly.

Getting a spot in a class is very hard since they are limited to 6-8 people, but if you get the chance I absolutely recommend it. The classes are 2 hours long each and are extremely intimate. Bryan and Justin will meet you at the door and will introduce you to their workshop. There is a spread of antipasto to snack on which was curated very well. Each person gets to make 4 (four!!) dozen raviolis each. The class is extremely informative and fun. I personally haven't ordered any of their ravioli drops before, but from eating the batch I personally made, I know I will in the future. Highly recommend ordering their raviolis online or taking the class if it's available.

It is a very cozy Italian restaurant that's serving homemade Italian food like your Nonna would make for you. We showed up on a Tuesday night and it was packed. It was around six or 6:30 in the evening and when we first got there, we were told it would be about a 20 minute wait before a two top was available. But the host came back and asked if we didn't mind sitting by the kitchen they could see us right away. We chose to sit by the kitchen, which honestly was probably the best option because it was actually a little bit quieter because there was a very large party that was celebrating a birthday and they had live music going on so it was hard to hear when you were in the main dining space but back by the kitchen it's a little bit quieter and we could actually hear ourselves talk. My husband got the penne with meatballs and the penny was nicely cooked with a beautiful tomato Bass sauce and the meatballs or some of the best Italian meatball he's ever had. His only complaint was that there were only two in the order and he wished there would've been three. I got the spinach and ricotta, stuffed ravioli, and by far one of the best raviolis I've ever had. The ravioli are large so there's only about five in a dish but they're packed fully and the flavoring and seasoning is absolutely spectacular. It's got a beautiful sauce like accompanies it and the chew you can definitely tell it is handmade pasta/ravioli. Our server, Emma was absolutely spectacular and was so kind. We truly enjoyed our experience here and would highly recommend anybody to check it out if you're in the area. But we also do recommend make your reservations ahead of time. This place gets packed quickly.

The waitresses are friendly and have great recommendations. I got to try their linguine rustica (essentially the clam pasta dish), a cappuccino, some cherry soda, and soup of the day, as well as complimentary bread. They got that bread out very quickly! Very soft, and served with quite high quality olive oil. The bottle has both olive oil and balsamic! The soup of the day was quite good as well. It was some sort of beef broth, I think may a beef and bean soup. Chickpeas in there as well. Next time, I might try the salad. The salad they have as a side is so good, an amazing portion and seems so fresh and tasty. The mains were excellent. Very good pasta with clam sauce. Lots of clam meat and a flavorful oil based sauce. My friend had some red penne with chicken and enjoyed that as well. Great portions, pretty fair prices. Finally, great drinks as well. Very memorable cherry cola that I believe the company is owned by the owner's son. Real cane sugar, very good. The cappuccino was great as well. Definitely come here!

We had reservations for 5pm on Friday, but decided to sit in the bar area to experience the cool red lighting. We ordered a few different items: Oysters: these were great, easily some of the best oysters I've ever had in Pittsburgh. Not a single piece of shell found in any oyster. Super fresh. Great stuff. Scallop Crudo: probably my least favorite dish of the night, ate the whole thing but wouldn't be something I'd get again. Scallops were almost slightly (metallic?) in flavor. Steak tar tar: delish. Very fresh, surprisingly light in flavor. Paired great with the chips. Grilled cabbage Caesar: honestly my favorite dish of the evening. Flavors were perfect, texture was soft but crunchy. I was tempted to order more but had to restrain myself. Half roasted chicken with rhubarb: totally lived up to the hype. Chicken was perfectly cooked, loads of flavor. The creamy farmers cheese on the bottom paired great with the sweet/tartness of the rhubarb. Easily the best chicken dish I've ever had. Rye shortbread: this was our dessert. Greatly enjoyed this. Flavors mingled perfectly. Overall, great experience. Service is top notch. Drinks were good and we were even given free champagne since we were celebrating. Can't wait to come back again. For appetizers we ordered the peach bruschetta (special), the pistachio and pesto pizza without the pork, and the insalata salad. My favorite was the brussel sprouts and carrotts app. We also ordered the lasagna which was different. It had cinnamon and nutmeg. I was expecting classic lasagna. The seafood spaghetti also was not what I expected. The spice was nice, but I didn't like the texture of the pasta and the seafood was very fishy. The pesto pasta was good but needed salt. For dessert the boomba was the best! Tiramisu was mid. Again, cinnamon and a fresh flavor that didn't provide the traditional flavors I anticipated. The wine from the package store near by can be ordered and brought to your table. Paid for separately and via an app.
