I tried the combo pho and mozzy sticks. The pho - the reviews are true. It was one of the best tasting broths I've had in the area. It was just deep and rich and healing. The noodles were tender. The meats were great. I loved the beef belly, yum! Mozzy sticks - I loved the mozzarella was wrapped in wonton type papers and deep fried. Definitely gave a unique twist. The deep fried paper was very delicate with satisfying crunch! The mozzarella was good cheese. They offered two sauces, one being their garlic aioli and another being a sweet chili red sauce. I felt neither of them really worked for me. The garlic was too strong and took over all the flavors. The sweet chili didn't match. I took remaining mozzy sticks home and ate them later but they had become so salty, like the salt concentrated as they got cold or something. Peculiar. It faces Whittier Blvd so it's easy to find if you are driving along, but cannot see if you enter through the parking lot in the back. It's sandwiched between Starbucks and The Stand. I had a conversation with one of them, Andrew, about my first experience and the meat smell and we ended up concluding it was probably the filet mignon. In a matter of weeks, they ran multiple taste tests and switched to a completely different brand, and tonight, it was a 5/5. Truly incredible dedication. GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES: 5/5. They fry using tallow, so the texture is insanely crisp on the outside, and pillowy smooth on the inside. LOMO SALTADO: 5/5. So tender, so clean, so flavorful. My partner and I agree it's better than the one at SUP. PHO SOUPREME: 5/5. Meat lovers rejoice. I don't think anyone can complain about quantity or quality here. I love Pho so here I am on a Wednesday night one hour before closing time. They are located at Whittier Crossing (small corner plaza) between The Stand and Starbucks and across the street from LA Fitness. What a great location! Decent size free parking lot. I absolutely love this place, we recently had dinner there. Our son took the family to surprise us with great news. We ordered our food and before we got our dinner, he announced that we will be grandparents. We were so excited, that was our 5th time going there and my son's 6th time, we both love the place so much that my son decided to give us the news there, it was perfect. Saw some of my Yelp friends trying this place out, and decided to give it a shot. The foods that intrigued me were the extra unlimited noodles and broth for the Pho, and the Lomo Saltado beef. Both did not disappoint. I've been to all the small mom and pop authentic Pho places in OC, and my judgement of what a good tasting Pho is like, is compared to those places. Soupreme isn't just all hype, it lived up to that hype. Broth was layered in flavor, subtle, but rich in the broth. Meet portions were solid, not fatty, catering to western audience. I went with the Soupreme Pho and it was a big bowl, and the extra noodle and broth was just as good. I would wanted to try extra meat types so went with this style, but I still would go back to my standard Pho Tai. Lomo Saltado Beef was good as well. Fries were seasoned with the sauce, and steak pieces were tender to the bite. It's an interesting combo to have Peruvian food with Vietnamese. They also served Korean type bowls which I'll have to try next time. Staff was friendly, and looked like they love talking about the food they offered. The pride shows. Stopped by for lunch on Tuesday afternoon. They had good service. The employees are very kind and attentive. Service was really fast and swift. Highly recommend this place . The place can be described in many good ways AMAZING. Everything was really good, the meat was so tender and the broth was perfectly salted and light. The shrimp fried rice was so good and loaded with egg. The eggs rolls were crispy and perfectly loaded with meat and veggies. We sat outside and our server was still very attentive. read more

Service was great but a couple things went wrong. This was not authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It was Koreans appropriating Vietnamese culture. Also it felt almost directly influenced by Sup Noodle Bar. The broth missed the mark as it was extremely thick and salty. The broth was not hot enough to cook the meat it was just sitting in a warm bath. The meat quality though I will say was pretty good and the noodles were nice and chewy. We enjoyed our meal but a few things need to happen before a place with good food can be given 5 stars. Me and my wife both ordered the $12 beef belly pho and found it to be above average for the area which was a nice addition to our town. Sadly Whittier has a ton of Pho establishments but none of them make pho that would be even be considered decent in Westminster or Garden Grove. So with the bar being mid at best this place like I said is pretty good! The broth was savory and rich with familiar seasoning you'd expect in Pho but something was lacking which I couldn't put my finger on. The 4 star review is due to various observation's which can be things worked out after they've been open a bit longer. My first issue is the restroom was a little dirty with urine on the floor which can be addressed with regular cleaning. Our waitress was nice and quick to take our order but seemed to rush us as if she was running behind. We'd heard from a food influencer that theres endless broth and noodles but it wasn't brought up to us while taking our order. Our waitress also failed to check on us even once for refills or see how our meal was for the whole 45 mins we were there and we ultimately had to flag her down for our check after being done with our food for over 10 mins. I personally think in a crowded space of knock off pho restaurants this place truly has a shot at being one of the better ones if they can get a few things in order. I'll 100% return to try the vermicelli bowls, Bulgogi dishes and the egg rolls. *Ratings shouldn't be a punishment towards an establishment but more of a looking glass to how the paying customer truly feels about the business. Sadly we compare one place to another, establish judgement prematurely and sometimes don't even give an establishment a second chance. This new restaurant has really amazing food. They don't cheap out on the spices with their pho and it has an intensely flavored, fantastic broth. Unlimited noodles as well starting at only $12! The lomo saltado was surprisingly good as well. Crisp fries, nice caramelized sauce rather than a watery sauce, so they stay crisp. Super tender filet, cooked to your liking (medium rare for me). Egg rolls were fantastic as well. Really enjoyed this spot and will be back! read more
