Came around 8ish and they were still packed. But we didnt have to wait. They closed at 9 on a saturday and there were people waiting to get in around 850. Got the combo pho and they ask if you want beef belly medium or well. I chose medium. The beef belly was really good. The broth was flavorful, the tendon was soft. Im not really a fan of brisket in pho so it wss okay for me. Overall lots of meat and noodles. Price wise is decent. If you get beef belly pho its $12 only. Not alot of places have pho that cheap anymore i think. The thai tea is thai tea no complaints. Its hard to mess that up. For the kiddos they have chicken nuggets and fries. Seems like a decent amount of parking spaces. They even have xl ones too.

Pho sides, onions are pickled

Was in the area on Memorial Day and family just randomly decided to try this place after driving past and wow... have I never been more grateful for a spontaneous decision because IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! Usually I'll get recs from instagram or a friend's recommendation etc but this was pure coincidence and it was just so great. I came with 0 expectations and was truly blown away. First of all, they advertised their weekday $10 beef belly pho ? On a holiday?? Absolutely insane but yes please we'll take it thank you very much. And it came with pickled onions and veggie sides that they were more than happy to refill. ANDDDD pho comes with free broth and noodle refills ??? This $10 pho ??? In this economy???? Flabbergasted and grateful and awed in equal parts. And how can a place do Vietnamese pho ... AND lomo saltado .. AND fried rice?? And bulgogi???? I really expected it to be bad like jack of all trades can't beat master of one type situation... but no... everything was actually so good. Beef Belly Pho ($12 normally, $10 weekdays until 4 pm)-- Super tender beef, pho broth is super rich and flavorful and still BIG portion of noodle like this $10 does not mess around and skimp out on meat or noodle. Soupreme Pho ($25)-- Normally I assume the big bone is just for aesthetics and it'll be hard to eat or whatever ... BUT NO. SLIDES RIGHT OFF!! No meat left on the bone at all it's just... gone. I should've taken a picture but it was super tender and my god there was soooo much meat in that bowl. I feel like I ate so much and there was STILL so much left. It came with beef belly, thin brisket, beef balls and ALLLLLLL this meat on a bone. Super generous, super tender, just really really good. Filet Mignon Lomo Saltado ($25) + egg ($2)-- I have to say I really was impressed because I had ZEROOOO expectations we ordered this for funsies at this point of like yeah why not! BUT IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD. The fries are somehow not soggy and keep that crisp outside + fluffy inside texture and are coated in this super savory sauce. The steak is nice and tender. AND THAT GREEN SAUCE!! I COULD DRINK IT BY THE BOTTLE I WANT IT !! It just makes everything better. The rice was kind of unnecessary personally for us but if that was the only thing I ordered then yeah, the rice will help keep you full. Filet Mignon Fried Rice ($22)-- this place just really calling me out for my poor judgment because YOU GUYSSSS HOW IS IT THAT THEIR FRIED RICE IS BETTER THAN LIKE ACTUAL CHINESE PLACES. The wok hei in this is insane. Like garlic and wok hei overload. Just every bite is so smokey so flavorful so good. They even have an open kitchen concept like you'll definitely SEE your fried rice being made with the flames and all. We ordered fried rice just because we had family who didn't really like pho and it's like ohmygod good thing we did or else we would've missed out?? What a gem. It's so good. Easily would order again. And again, steak and the green sauce both amazing. No complaints just awe. Also just wanted to re emphasize the FREE NOODLE AND BROTH REFILLS?? The service is insanely good and they really just be offering things and bringing them to you immediately. It's so great. Would we have known about it? No. Same with their weekday $10 deal that we didn't see anywhere and yet they told us about it and even honored it on a holiday!!! Also the pickled onions are pickled super well. Very random I know but.. they're so good. You can just snack on them plain. Sweet and not too sour, no spice bite in the onions left. Sliced super thin too. I guess I'm used to having to order them at most restaurants so it's nice that it's just given here! And the bean sprouts are boiled too (which is actually how I like them so it works out great) Plenty of parking in the plaza. Definitely will be recommending this place to people!

Beef belly (bottom) meatball (top) with a healthy side of tendon

Call me brain blasted cause my taste buds were out of this world. Is it the most authentic pho? Nope. Does it have the best broth? No. But what does it have? Only the most niche, complimentary flavors to go WITH your pho you've ever had. And yet, it's so simple! Onions 2 ways: white onions with a little vinegar, and caramelized onions with some bone marrow. Don't play with me, you're gonna want to slap it on every bite of beef belly, tendon, or short rib in your bowl. Heads up, it's got a heartier broth than most. But it's ingenuity takes center stage. Make it a supreme bowl. You'll thank me later. Oh and extra broth and noodles is free (for now)

Who has the confidence (or arrogance) to put Lomo Saltado, pho, and bulgogi all on one menu? Soupreme does. And somehow... it works. The Lomo Saltado was easily one of the best I've had--filet cooked perfectly, tender with real flavor, and fries that actually held their texture instead of getting soggy. That alone is worth coming back for. I couldn't help but notice a lot of tables ordering the pho, so that's definitely next on my list. Did I mention UNLIMITED noodle refills?!!!!! Bold concept, but they're backing it up. Welcome to Whittier, Soupreme.

I really like this pho shop! Not only is locally-run, but they have unlimited noodles AND broth! Located in a shared plaza with Starbucks and The Stand, Soupreme Noodle offers a variety of dishes in addition to (what they're known for) pho. I started off with their Egg Rolls and Garlic Chicken Wings, and both were very good. I loved how crispy and crunchy both dishes were. For the main, I ordered the Brisket Pho and Lomo Filet Mignon Saltado. The green sauce was heavenly and the meat quality of the filet mignon was great. The pho had lots of brisket, which is always a plus! Staff here was very quick to seat us, and took the order very quickly. Food came out piping hot and fresh! Throughout the meal, staff went around to refill beverages and make sure the dining experience was on par. There's plenty of booths and table seating both indoors and outside. I'll definitely be back to get my pho and lomo saltado fix!

The host was welcoming and attentive. We were seated immediately. The restaurant was clean and had a great vibe. The star of the show are the cooks. They made the most delicious broth and the meat was so tender and full of flavor. Side garnish was fresh and crisp. Served piping hot freshly made soup lives up to its name Soupreme. Thank you Andrew! And the cooks!

My new favorite pho spot in Whittier! I've tried a few places but this place is by far the best so far in every aspect. The service is really great every time I've been and the beef belly pho is so delicious. The broth is very rich and has so much flavor. It's also unlimited noodles!! This place is relatively new and it's super modern and clean inside. My new favorite pho place!

Being Vietnamese, it's hard not to be a bit critical of the food you've grown up eating your whole life. One word to describe this place: excellent. The broth is clean and well-balanced, not overly heavy on star anise like many spots in the area. The ambiance is hip and modern. It's a newer restaurant, and it shows in a good way. The owner and staff are genuinely friendly and take the time to walk you through the menu. They'll let you know the broth and soup are refillable, though you likely won't need it. Portions are generous, and it's clear the owner values both quality and quantity without inflating prices. The hype is real. Definitely worth checking out.

First time trying supreme noodle. Definitely a location you need to check out. We arrived and got seated right away. They do have options for indoor or outdoor seating. With the outdoor seating you do have view to the street. We decided to try the mozzy sticks for appetizers. It comes with four and they were so good. It was like a mozzarella stick just wrapped with like egg-roll style wrapping super crunchy. As for the pho we tryed the beef belly and brisket both so delicious. The broth had so much flavor I did not need to add any additional sauce.

Everyone should come try this spot. It's so delicious. Every food item was full of flavor. Even the unsweetened tea tasted good, the herbal tea as well but that one is sweetened . the vermicelli comes with a red or brown sauce ( I chose the brown one). And your choice of meat. The quality and quantity of dish is worth every si for Penney spent. The broth and noodles for their supreme pho was so good. Felt like I was eating a healthy lunch packed with flavor. Service was amazing. Everyone was friendly. Food arrived hot and no more than ten minutes to our table. The ambience is relaxing g and dun at the same time. For sure I'd like to come back soon (:

Very rarely do I visit a "hype" restaurant and agree with the hype! Let's break this down into a few categories: Location- easy to find yet, also challenging lol they're right next to The Stand burgers, and at a glance it's easy to miss them because they blend into their storefront Parking- plenty of parking in the lot connected to the restaurant Menu- short and simple with a bit of Korean fusion (and a random sprinkle of things such as chicken tenders to keep it interesting!) Pho broth- cleannnnnn. When you get your noodle/broth refill, definitely try their broth virgin style, before any meat gets added. The broth is clean, simple, and deep in flavor. Noodles- solid noodles that they make to order. You can also take a look inside their open kitchen to see how they cook their noodles to order ( and they have a nice waterfall of hot water that runs continuously with the noodles) Toppings- the usual extras you get from a pho shop however, they offer pickled white onions here that are so simple yet so addicting, and they boil their bean sprouts (which is actually the way you're supposed to do it so you don't risk getting ecoli) Viral menu item - their large rib pho that comes with all the meats plus a giant rib with bone in tact. The meat was super tender, the presentation was great, I would say it's worth the price point. Concept- the unlimited noodles and broth is what makes this spot worth the hype. No worrying about whether you're going to order a small or large. Service - this is where they get 10s across the board!!! The staff is super attentive, friendly, courteous, explains the menu thoroughly. Each time they interact with you, you can tell that they don't hate their jobs (a rarity in the service industry now a days) And last but not least.. they are dog friendly!!! As much as I appreciate the countless American restaurants that are dog friendly, finding a pho spot where I can bring my fur baby!? Say. Less. If you're in the area (or even if you're reasonably nearby) this is a must visit spot!!

This place deserves a 4 star for the portion size of their food items & the complimentary noodle & soup refill. Service was great but overall, I'm rating it 3.5 stars for the taste & quality of the food bc that's the highlight of my experience here. I didn't think the food was outstanding. The spring roll was fresh but tasted bland & rice paper was sticky. I had the brisket pho & the broth was rich & flavorful. I like that it was served nice & hot but I felt that the quality of meat fell short. It was served in shredded pieces rather than a whole piece & there were a lot of fat. I had to remove the fat. The spam fried rice was just okay. It tasted dry & lacking depth & flavor. The price is high too. Atmosphere is clean, modern with a nice outdoor patio seating. I don't mind giving this place another chance.

Yelp had an event at Soupreme Noodle recently. That's how I came to know about them. I read great reviews on their famous special Pho. I love Pho so here I am on a Wednesday night one hour before closing time. They are located at Whittier Crossing (small corner plaza) between The Stand and Starbucks and across the street from LA Fitness. What a great location! Decent size free parking lot. They have a back door, but it is preferred you walk around to get to the front entrance. Cool and nice front patio seating plus comfy inside dining. Restrooms are along the hall way to the back of the restaurant. Super friendly owners and staff. Amazing service from start to end... hats off to Andrew (Co-Owner), Daniel (Co-Owner), Meghan (server), Kyle (other server). They were all very hospitable and made sure I got everything I needed. Thank you! Their simple fusion menu covers Vietnamese, Peruvian, and Korean dishes. Shrimp Pho is top-notch! Broth is like no other... enhanced savory, rich, smooth flavor. JUST delicious at every spoonful! Five tiger shrimps were HUGE! Complimentary re-fillable rice noodles (dine-in only)... WOW, that's a first time ever for me! MORE PLEASE... thank you! BEST thinly sliced white onions I have ever eaten and they are PICKLED (even better)!!! Kid you not, I would come here just for the pickled onions. Dine-In: *Shrimp Pho with extra noodles on the house x 2 (delish... MUST GET!) *Fried Tofu Fried Rice (light and crispy tofu on top of delightfully well flavored fried rice... YUM!) Take-Out: *Beef Toro Pho (My youngest daughter loved every bite of it! She wanted more!!) *Short Rib Pho (My eldest daughter couldn't resist biting into the huge short rib! So good!!) If there is one restaurant that would get me to eat beef again, Soupreme Noodle would be it! Bravo for elevating Pho to the next level. Well done Soupreme, well done! Highly recommend to anyone who is a Pho connoisseur or first time trying Pho. I'll be back to try their Lomo Saltado dishes plus get myself some more elevated Pho and pickled onions.

Since there are multiple locations, we debated between the South Gate and Whittier spots because they're both about the same distance from us in Montebello. For our first visit, I'm really glad we chose this location. The shopping center is huge, so finding parking was easy, even though the area was busy. When we walked in, the restaurant was pretty crowded. All of the booths were occupied, and only a few tables were available, so we waited about five minutes while a staff member cleaned a booth for us. Once seated, we looked over the menu and ordered the egg rolls and garlic truffle fries to start. For our entrées, we chose the ribeye pho and chicken pho. The server was kind enough to offer me a sample of the salted coffee. I had already had coffee earlier in the day, so I didn't order one, but I'm glad I tried it because I'll definitely be getting one next time. Instead, I ordered the cucumber limonade. This restaurant is in such an obscure location, I can't believe I was going to a Burrito Track across the street for so many years not knowing this place existed. Friendly staff and prompt service. The unfortunate negative is it's location and I'm referring to parking. There must be 8 business crammed into this lot. With a bar to the right and a laudermat on its left finding a parking spot is like winning the lotto. Now layer in one driveway and you have to make a 3 point turn just to navigate to leave. The idea was to enjoy my coffee while getting organized--paying bills, planning calendar events, and having the opportunity to focus without any distractions from my usual surroundings. In search of the perfect spot, I turned to Yelp, a reliable resource for uncovering hidden gems nearby. Upon stepping into the coffee shop, I was immediately greeted with warm hospitality, setting the tone for a delightful experience. The ambiance of the place was truly captivating--it was bright and welcoming, infused with an aesthetic charm that instantly put me at ease. I couldn't help but be intrigued by the design elements throughout the shop, which added an inviting touch to its overall atmosphere. Before I settled in, I asked the staff if I could snap a few photos to capture the essence of this delightful space. They graciously welcomed my request, and I was shown to my table, which, quite uniquely, was designated by a number--a small detail that I found charming. As I browsed the menu, I encountered a small conundrum: I wasn't entirely sure what to order. I wanted to break the mold and try something out of the ordinary. My curiosity was piqued by their exclusive offering of Café de la Olla--a traditional hot drink that piqued my interest right away. I ultimately settled on a hearty plate that included rice, beans, and enticing potato tostones, accompanied by two beautifully cooked sunny-side-up eggs. As I waited for my order, I noticed the café was filled with the sweet sounds of old-school music from the '60s and '70s, which only enhanced the cozy ambiance while I sipped my drink. Now, let's talk about the food! I must say, I rated the café itself a solid 4 out of 5 for its overall charm, while the rice earned a respectable 4 out of 5. The beans were rich in flavor and received a fair 3.9 out of 5. The potato tostones, delicately bathed in a savory red sauce, stood out with an impressive score of 4.3 out of 5--these are a must-try if you visit! And as for the sunny-side-up eggs, they were good, but hey, eggs are eggs, right? Overall, the entire experience was quite enjoyable, from the delightful food to the warm atmosphere. A special shout-out goes to Ana, whose exceptional customer service made my visit even more memorable. The combination of fantastic service, inviting aesthetics, and satisfying food truly made for a perfect morning retreat. I can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a relaxing place to unwind and focus on what matters.
