Last night, I had the pad thai and for an appetizer we had the curry dumplings and chicken tenders. My boyfriend had a beef dish that was also extraordinary. The flavors are wonderful and the presentation is stunning. The We loved the server, she was extremely sweet and checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was okay. My one complaint is that the man who took our order seemed agitated and like he didn't want to be taking our orders. I felt like he didn't want me to have modifications, but I have a peanut allergy. And, my dish still came with a side of peanuts. Other than that experience, this is my favorite Thai spot and has extremely delicious food. read more

I chose this place to take my coworkers because we were gonna have time to eat lunch out. This is a little hole in the wall, but I heard it had really delicious Thai food. There were eight of us and the gal who served us was very kind. We started with soup and salad that was yummy. We all had variations of dishes - I had PadThai and others had curry, and others had different types of chicken dishes, and all of it was very good. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because it smelled a little strange almost like something was wrong with the pipes, but everything else was great, and I would get their food again. read more

Green Leaf Thai really had me questioning my life choices--mainly the choice not to order a second Rangoon appetizer. Those things were creamy, crunchy little pockets of joy. They looked so simple, but they tasted like they had no business being that good. I should've ordered a whole tray and called it a day. For my main dish, I got the basil eggplant and orange tofu with their bomb brown rice. The flavors were so on point I briefly considered standing up and giving the chef a slow clap. Truly restrained myself. Then came the mango sticky rice... and listen, I should've taken a picture because it came out looking like it was ready for a magazine cover. The purple rice they used? Gorgeous. And honestly, I liked it way more than the usual white sticky rice. It felt fancy! On top of all that, the waiter/waitress who helped us was genuinely one of the sweetest and most attentive people I've met in a long time. Their kindness made the whole experience even better. I recently went back and based on the experience and dish I would return. The staff was nice and attentive, I ordered the Spicy Rib Eye Salad. Loved every bite was an explosion of flavor. They served me complementary shrimp chips which I appreciated it but didn't eat since no longer eat shellfish. We took my mom here for her 99th birthday and all was superb. The food is one of the two or three top Thai restaurants that I have dined in. The owner was friendly and beyond gracious. He comped us a few things. Not to be missed are two of the desserts: Thai Coffee Crème Brulée and their killer, house-made coconut ice cream. The lighting was a bit bright, but the restaurant wasn't terribly busy so it was perfect for conversing without screaming, nor did we have to compete with loud, unwanted music. read more

Updating my review- I continued to try this place since it's very close to us, and let me tell you, now that we have kids, we LOVE it here because they go way above and beyond . They give them rice first (right away because kids are typically impatient), then they have crayons, activity books, and often times would give them stuffed animals so the kids can be occupied and the parents can enjoy themselves eating. I really appreciate the hospitality. Any restaurant that would go above and beyond like this definitely deserves a five star. Amazing, hands down everything was on point. We started with Thom Yum soup, followed by chicken pad Thai, fried rice and chicken yellow curry. We also tried on the house shrimp chips with an amazing fish dipping sauce. They also offer an array of small hot sauces to accompany the table. I stopped by on Fri, 12/22/2023 for a lunch with my former coworkers at around 11:20 AM. Parking: The restaurant has its own parking lot out front and I was fortunately able to get a spot. The interior is pretty spacious. Since we arranged for an earlier lunch, it was no problem getting seated. The menu was a little overwhelming since there were quite a few pages, but I opted for the Lunch Special Pad Thai - Med Spicy with White Rice - $13.95. the food was plated beautifully and also came with a small salad, which was crispy and had a tang to it. The Pad Thai was also delicious. It does come with some blackened tofu (which has this distinct taste) so next time I think I'd ask them to take that out. However, the portions were decent for the cost and I quite enjoyed every bite. Customer Service: The ladies were so nice! They asked us if we were ready, graciously answered any of our questions, provided us the check and boxes almost immediately. They had a smile and a great attitude. Also, when we asked one of them to help us take a photo, she offered to take a few pics and even arranged us around for the best shot. She was so kind and I so appreciated that! Restroom: clean with two individual restrooms Payment: Unfortunately, they were only taking Venmo, Zelle or cash. However, payment was super simple. My coworker paid the bill and I just venmked her back. The waitress just asked to see the proof of payment and we were on our way. All in all, great restaurant. I was in the area and stumbled across this place. It didn't stand out and just blended in with the area. Once inside, it looked like many other similarly themed restaurants. It was quaint and it had a type of charm you get from a small business. What makes this place great is the food and service. As you can see from the photos, especially the Pad Thai, the presentation is way above what you normally get at a restaurant in this price point. And if you can believe it, the food tastes better than it looks. My son even claimed that the chicken he got was one of the best he ever had, which is high praise coming from a guy who never has anything good to say. As with many of my reviews, I recommend trying this place because I had a great experience. Although I wish they had beef options for the pad see ew, the chicken was still quite good albeit a little dry. My wife's curry was delicious with just a good kick of spicy and seasoning, and the chicken in there did not have the same dryness. We finished our meal with a mango sticky rice which was AMAZING. Had another amazing dinner at Greenleaf Thai. I thoroughly enjoyed the garlic ribs and I NEVER eat ribs in public, but these sounded so good I couldn't pass them up. Will definable have them again. Came with two beautiful skewers of fresh grilled veggies. Husband had orange chicken with white rice and devoured the entire plate. Love the assortment of hot sauces they brought us. The service is the best and I love the decor. Parking is easy and since they have their own parking lot you don't have to drive around looking for a spot. Convenient and reasonably priced.
