Vicky had an in-depth consultation with me (15+ minutes) and recommended me a customized treatment to help with years of clogged pores and closed comedones. She was both knowledgeable and friendly. I was hesitant to even get a facial anywhere prior given that my skin is extremely sensitive, dry, yet still prone to acne and closed comedones. She went above and beyond and even applied a numbing cream prior to extractions since she knew my skin was so sensitive. She has magic hands that truly removed years of closed comedones I could never get to budge (even with Tretinoin and AHA/BHA use). If you have complex skin and want a highly personalized facial not like any other spa giving one-size-fits-all treatments, go to Vicky! Her team also kindly gave me a bundle of samples to experiment with (from her product line) after my facial, which was so wonderful! It's not even been a week after my facial and the pinpoint scabs from the extractions have sloughed off on their own, and the skin underneath is the brightest and smoothest it's been in years. If you have heavy congestion like I did, just trust the process after extractions! They almost look worse before they get better since all the impurities have to be brought to the surface of the skin manually. 4 days later and the healing is done! The front desk staff have been consistently rude and unprofessional. If you ask why your appointment is running late or how much longer the wait will be, you're often met with attitude rather than a helpful response. Customer service should be respectful and professional, especially when patients are already waiting beyond their scheduled appointment times. As a customer, I don't feel that my time is valued, and the overall experience has been disappointing enough that I'm considering finding another place for my laser hair removal treatments.
