We tried this for the first time today for lunch. Per our receipt, we ordered at 11:44. We received our first sandwich at 12:01, the next two at 12:05, and the fourth about a minute after that. The food was ok. It definitely wasn't worth the $12+ minimum per 6" sandwich and a 20 minute wait. Port of Subs is just as good for half the price and 1/10th the wait. We will not be back. read more

Ordered two sandwiches. Husband was not impressed with Reuben. Not much meat and almost no sauerkraut. I ordered the French dip. Only good part was the bread. I did not realize they put a house dressing on it, which I believe was thousand island, and which I avoid as I do not like at all. But it was an expensive lunch, so I wiped it off as well as I could. The Au jus and sourdough bun were good, not real impressed with the roast beef. Even without the dressing, I was not impressed by the sandwich. Expensive lunch for food that we did not care for. Service was friendly and polite. Restaurant was clean and had a good vibe. Expected better food for the price. Will not be back. read more

Listen, I don't give mediocre reviews too often but this place has potential but something was missing and I don't know really how to explain it, but I'll try The first time I went there, I had a roast beef sandwich and it was delicious sourdough bread with average meat and I didn't know if maybe I just ordered the wrong thing and I was gonna go try something else the next time it wasn't bad but the star was the bread. Next time I went back, I went with the French dip which I should've known to go with a different meat type, but that was my mistake Once again, the meat didn't wow me the actual dip was avg At the end of the day, I almost want to just order some of that bread and make my own sandwiches , because if we're just gonna rate a place on bread, I'd give it 4 1/2 out of five. I will not eat there again. I got the beef dip the sourdough bread was over powering couldn't taste the beef or au ju dip! I also got the clam chowder soup it was watery no flavor Campbell soup is thicker and has much better flavor. That's all I have to say about that. read more

Thought the first time they fucked up my sandwich it was just a fluke when I said "no veggies on my sandwich" and the lady still left tomatoes which I have an allergy to. Maybe she thought tomatoes were fruits...I let it slide and picked off all the tomatoes. This time today...I straight up said 3 times to the lady "no tomatoes and no coleslaw on my sandwich please".....3 times to her face. Welp sandwich was lacquered with the vegetables to where it took me 30mins with the plastic spoon for the soup to scrap off, creating a huge mess in my car and the sandwich had become fully cold at that point. Experience was completely unenjoyable and now regret tipping 20%. I will no no longer tip at your establishment even if only getting flatbreads that my wife loves. read more

This was our 3rd time at Sourdough & Co. (We even went twice in one day) & I'm pretty sure they just opened last week! I love how clean their ingredients are as well as the burst of flavors that you taste as soon as you take a bite! I wish that we had taken photos, but the food never last that long. We had the smoked brisket sandwich & the vegetable flat bread so far. They even sell sourdough baguettes to go & they will bake it for you. So convenient! This spot is a must try! This was my go to sandwich spot until I went there to use a reward that I earned from their reward program. I got up to the counter to pay.and nobody knew how to redeem it..A line formed behind me and one couple walked out. They finally called a manager and were able to figure it out. I got my food. Their employees asked everyone except me how everything was. They completely ignored me and could tell they were upset spending their time trying to figure out how to redeem my reward. If you have a reward program make sure everyone knows how to use it. Their food is excellent especially their flatbreads but they lost a twice a week customer. I will not return. read more

I have to say, a person from out of states this place is awesome! When I first walk in I got greeted with a smile by a young girl simran and she took my order. I ordered a tomato soup with bread on the side and a sandwich recommended by the young girl. The sandwich was delicious and the soup was super creamy. This is the best sandwich shop in Las Vegas!!! Go visit their brand new location that just opened in the Venetian food court . The sandwichs are exceptional. Im working my way through the whole menu, trying every sandwich! They have traditional sandwiches and speciality sandwhiches all served on the amazing sourdough bread. They also have bread bowl soups. Every sandwich comes with a side pickle. & the cookies are to die for!!!! They have a special heath candy bar cookie right now that is so delicious and the old faithful oatmeal and raisin i work in the Venetian and I have eaten at this location everyday since they opened it is the best option in the food court and the customer service is unmatched everyone is so patient and friendly and Jasmine, the manager is so kind and knowledgeable and gives the best recommendations. Ordered the "signature " Mac and cheese bowl, which states it's made with a creamy sauce. When it arrrived it was AWFUL, literally inedible . It was not a creamy sauce , more the consistency of day old oatmeal, stodgy and dry. I dare say the worst excuse for a Mac n cheese inhave ever tried. I tried to tell the girl at the counter, discreetly as there were others customers present that it was really bad, and she laughed. I said no really, it's so bad like Indont think you should be selling this" she giggled again and went back to her screen. No offer to replace with another item, no apology, just laughter and a blank stare. $10 for a bowl of food that we threw away. Would absolutely not recommend, the actual bread was good but the other things we ordered (we also had a very tasteless soup) were enough to warrant that but the laugh in my face when I try to get it fixed was purely insulting. Very clean place, kinda smoky inside, presumably coming from the kitchen. Plenty of seating. Kind workers! Brought our order out and mixed up something and even forgot part of it. They were apologetic and quick to fix it though. It was $60 for 4 members of my family to eat lunch... 3 small sandwiches and a small pizza and a sourdough baguette... and to be so honest, they did not taste that good. All together, we got the BBQ chicken pizza, the french dip sandwich, a turkey sandwich, and a cracked black pepper turkey sandwich. Nothing very special about them. Not my favorite sandwich I've ever had, but my cracked black pepper turkey one was pretty good. 6.5/10. Thanks a bunch though! Small place and just a few workers were there so it was a little bit of a wait for our food, but nothing out of the ordinary. All in all, I probably would not come back as it was not really my cup of tea. Don't let this stop you from trying Sourdough & Co. though!!
