The toasted sourdough baguette they use is so tasty- crusty outside and chewy inside. I had the caprese and overall it was very good. I didn't pay that much attention to what was on it as I incorrectly assumed it wouldn't have much mayo or similar spreads. I will definitely adjust the condiments on my next visit. read more

Lunch today was another fabulous sandwich ... this time was a ham & cheese with extra House dressing. I did though ordered it as a cold sandwich to eat in, but when it came it was hot. I didn't complain since it was still delicious and the bread was fresh. Will make sure next time that they really know to make it cold as it did state it on my receipt. read more

Our first time coming into this establishment. The ambience is welcoming and the workers are kind. My partner and I had the Garlic Pesto Turkey sandwiches and OH MY. The flavor was amazing between the pesto and house sauces! The bread was soft yet crunchy and fresh! Overall, I'd recommend for a good sub. One thing I did forget. They did mix up our sandwiches order initially, but upon bringing it to their attention, remedied the problem quickly. Meh food and poor service. Staff did not read my order notes for a pickup order and therefore did not modify the order as desired. The next time I was in here I asked them for only half the dressing and to toss it for me as I was dining in. They didn't understand what it meant to toss the salad and instead toasted it and gave it back to me without dressing. Had the worst sandwich oder and customer service experience I have ever had at any deli. No sandwich or name called after 15 minutes of waiting for an eat in order. Lady tries to convince me the order showed as cleared in her system, and someone must have taken it. Btw, there were only a handful of existing customers finishing up, so it was not crowded. I explained that nobody left with my sandwich since it would have had to be in a bag, not a plate. Regardless, I only requested that they consider comping me a sandwich in the future as a sign of goodwill. All I got was crickets from her and one of the sandwich makers and preceded to wait for the redo that was never done to begin with. When it did arrive, it was the least amount of meat inside a nicely toasted roll since the dollar days at Subway. If you order carry-out, check your sandwiches before you leave! We've tried this location multiple times because of convenience, but we'll probably have to go to the Nave Drive location from now on due to the consistent mix-ups when ordering multiple sandwiches. The Vintage Oaks location is clean, has plenty of parking, and is set up like a typical Sourdough and Co location. This time we ordered 1) a 6" turkey and cheddar with lettuce, tomato, and a little (light) mayonnaise, 2) a 6" ham and cheddar with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar, and 3) a Greek salad. We were the only customers there and it seemed to take a little longer than it should have (okay, maybe they are making sure it's perfect?). The woman behind the counter was pleasant enough, the order looked accurate on the screen and I gave a 15% tip upon ordering. When we got home, the sandwich marked "ham" was actually the turkey, so I handed it to the hubby. The sandwich marked "turkey" was actually ham (no big deal, just marked wrong, right?). But the ham sandwich had mayonnaise on it (I hate mayonnaise), no onions, and no oil & vinegar. My hubby's turkey sandwich had lettuce and tomato and no mayonnaise. My daughter said the olives tasted funny in her salad (could have just been the type of olives she said), and she pulled everything off of it except the ham, cheese, and lettuce (lucky for me, I used the onions for my sandwich). On the plus side- the sourdough bread tasted fresh and would be the only reason to go back to this location. However, if we do go back, I will be looking at each sandwich before I leave the store (I shouldn't have to do this). read more

I had a turkey sandwich and thought it was fine. It worked to eat half there and the other for later. The bread is good and the sandwich was loaded properly. What brings this down is outside the restaurant and the immediate area. It was full of dog poop that no one seemed to care or obviously pick up. That's a hard pass for me. read more

Great experience!! They got all the great sandwiches and good prices. I got the turkey and roast beef and it was the best sandwich. Don't forget to add the garlic pesto sauce and fresh mozzarella. The veggies were super fresh and meats were tasty with good flavor. Bread was nice n crunchy, freshly baked, pretty darn good!! Lastly, the freshly made cookies were yummy and soft. I liked it so much that I went back the next day and went with the Pastrami and Turkey all included, super delicious again. The place is super clean and with a friendly staff. As someone with gluten issues, I find that Sourdough & Co's sourdough (made with a starter) works for me and doesn't bother my stomach - which is AMAZING. They also have a GF wrap option. Employees at this location are really nice and accommodating. So glad they added this location! read more

I used to come here to get my favorite Artichoke chicken flatbread because its the best in the menu but now they have changed the whole staff. i dont see the girl Meet and slim guy AP they were very sweet and welcoming and i dont know the reason of inefficiency and late orders . i was really disappointed from the new treatment as a customer.
