After recently installing an expensive Orbi mesh system (made by NETGEAR) in my home to amplify my network's Wi-Fi signal throughout the house, I was experiencing very challenging network connectivity issues with two wireless printers. No matter what I did, or how I configured them, I simply could not succeed in getting either of these printers to connect to my new mesh system, which essentially creates a new, and faster, network on top of your existing Wi-Fi network. I spent countless frustrating hours, including multiple tech support calls with printer manufacturer technicians, trying to resolve this issue on my own, but to no avail. I'm a very technology savvy individual, and my inability to solve this problem was particularly vexing and dismaying. Finally, at my wit's end, I called Martin Duran of PC Idiot in Ventura to see if his company performed house calls, and Martin referred me to Blase. Blase is extraordinarily responsive; within 20 minutes of calling Martin, I was on the phone with Blase describing the problem, and on that very same call, I set up an in-home service appointment for the following afternoon. I texted Blase my address and printer model numbers after the call so he was prepared for his service appointment. Blase is extremely personable, experienced, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He arrived right on time, and he got to work immediately...first on the PC and printer in my home office, and then the PC and printer in my father's office. He knew exactly what to do and how to resolve these issues, and he worked deliberately and efficiently. The entire service call was 90 minutes in duration, although it would have required less time if he didn't have to wait to uninstall and reinstall printer drivers and software on my father's old PC. Once the work was completed, I cut Blase a check, he wrote me a receipt, and he was on his way. All in all, I am extremely happy/pleased with Blase's performance and the outcome, and I highly recommend him for any beguiling PC or network connectivity issues you may have. He charges clients a flat hourly rate, so there are no additional trip charge fees for gas/mileage, as there are with some service providers. If you've ever experienced PC-related issues, then you know very well how frustrating and time-consuming they can be to resolve. Blaze was amazing. He came to my home and was prompt and very knowledgeable. He installed my new computer and monitor and connected it to my printer. He repaired my laptop that was having several issues. He also helped fix my TV and Home Theater problems. Blaze drives to homes so that's convenient. He seemed to know what he was doing but seemed irritable and short-tempered to someone like myself who is not technology savvy. He could take better care of himself, he looks like a skeleton especially in the face which scared my daughter whom he would stare at making her uncomfortable. But I try to be understanding since Blaze has autism. It's great to see someone with his condition to be in the workforce. read more

I am not a very computer savvy person,...so when my computer flashed a blue screen for a few short seconds and faded to black, I didn't know what to think. In talking to others, this meant only one thing,....my computer and all of its contents were gone. I lost my son a few years ago and it was actually his computer that I was using. I had saved so many things on that computer,...his photos, his blogs, things I could not bear to think of losing. I sent an SOS to my friends for help and two of them immediately responded with Blase. I called him on a Sunday afternoon not expecting to hear anything until Monday. However, my phone rang just a few hours later and instead of waiting for a call from Blase on Monday, I was now waiting for him to take a look at the computer because he had an available appointment. He arrived on time, was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately knew what went wrong and within less than two hours, all of the data from the computer was now safely stored on another hard drive. During our conversation, it became apparent how smart he was and how much he enjoyed being able to help people like me.
