When I realized what the hard black seeds were, I noticed it everywhere!!! AGG I had a huge mouse problem. I called them but they couldn't come out for several days. After 2 days I decided to buy some poison. Fernando called me 5 days later. The mice had already eaten my bait. By day 6 they were smelling in the walls. He found the nest and disposed of 6 dead mice. He tried to act like he is a rodent expert. "I can smell mice" "I understand them" OK mouse whisperer... He tried to say I had an infestation for about a year. No, I believe its a couple of weeks or a month tops... You have a huge huge infestation. They're everywhere!! I was informed All he is able to do is to put glue traps and snap traps. Per law... ummm I can do that on my own. In fact I think I killed them all with poisoned bait! He looked in my upper closet in my room. "What are these Bags?" "Do you use them?" "They're suitcases" Yes I use them when I travel. Well mice love these things you should toss them. Its clutter?!! "What about these Blankets? You should get rid of it" ~~~ Well totally untrue. Yes I had mice but they all died in the wall from my poison, which is illegal for pest control people to use. Personally calling pest control seemed pretty worthless. What I wanted are those huge station I see outside commercial buildings. I was hoping they go in but don't come back out. What I found out is they can only charge you a ton to put down snaps and glue boards. He offered to clean my small 500 sq ft home of the mice droppings for $1200 which wouldn't include the whole space but the small kitchen area. He seemed a little pompous.

Mance, (owner of Rapid Pest), came to my home this summer. He spent two intense hours thoroughly…read moredestroying the termite colony in our large old dusty attic. He had a powerful tank that pumped a whole bunch of non-toxic termite-destroying chemical. He soaked all the wood in the entire attic...which is the best way to make sure all termites are killed. This also prevents the termites from being able to come back. He promised that he was going to spray every square inch of my attic to "make sure that no termite is left behind". I am sure that there is not one damned living termite left in my house. We had a termite colony in our attic for years, but i never took care of the problem because every time i consulted a big termite company, they wanted to charge so much. Every termite company uses the same approach: they send over an inspector/consultant who always gives a phony marketing presentation and a shiny brochure and a big fat quote. I once almost went ahead with tenting because a salesman had convinced me it was the ONLY solution. This was stressful because it would have been a logistical nightmare. Another time i had a company spray my attic but they were doing such a bad job that i told them to stop and leave. It was obvious they were cutting corners because they were very quickly spraying a few areas in my attic. That is NOT the way you get rid of a colony that has been living there for many years! I went to craigslist to find an alternative. I found Mance's name. I liked talking to him because there was none of that fake corporate marketing crap going on. When he came to my home, he did a full search of my property and gave me a great price. A big benefit of using a small company like this is that you have the owner of the company doing the work himself....so the quality of work is very high. There is so much false marketing out there in this industry. For services like this, small companies rule over the big corporate expensive rip-offs. I have since used Mance two more times at an apartment building i own in Hollywood......once for termites, and another time for fleas. I had a major flea infestation this summer because i had nearly ten stray cats living under and around the building. Mance safely relocated the kitties....and zapped all the fleas.

I was told in the agreement that we had 90 day guarantee. when I reached out to him via text, he would write how he was hoping to never hear from us, especially my sister and father. he has cancelled on us twice after my father had moved things around the house. I have tried to remain professional, while he has continued to show how unprofessional he is. I sent him a picture of the ants but he denied it. He then suddenly told me his license is provoked. if there is anyone out there interested in hiring him, I guarantee this will be your biggest regret and waste of money and time. I would rather pay much more than to have to deal with him. he did not get the job done, was incredibly disrespectful, lazy, and unprofessional. THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! We are not going to do the work because the buyer for the house I sold did not request it. I'm not having my seller pay for something they did not do and I'm not going to have them do any more inspections on anymore listings I have because of that fee. I do understand that termite companies usually charge for inspections they wind up not doing the work on but they give free inspections to real estate agents because they want to earn the business.
