I am a senior he swore and yelled at me when I complained because he drained my insurance company. he told me I should get plank flooring it was not installed correctly and I am handicapped he told me I could not use my rollenater. it was falling apart . Hit or miss experience with Roia appliance company. We used them twice for different issues. One…read morewas for the washing machine and the other for dishwasher. The first time, we called them because our Samsung washing machine was leaking. They found the problem and thought they'd fixed it but it still kept happening. So they came back for no additional fee and fixed another part that eventually fixed the problem. They charged 150$ for the diagnostic fee. The second time, we called them because our kitchen aid dishwasher was not working. They charged 150$ for the diagnostic fee again and said the motherboard was fried after a power surge, and that the part was unavailable for months. We called kitchen aid and had one of their contracted technicians come few weeks later. They said that something was wrong with the motor pump. They said both parts were available, and they'd have the motor pump fixed in a week's time. Only thing was we had to pay for their labor again and for the part time. So totally, we ended up spending 600$ and could've bought a new machine itself. Overall, they respond quickly and send someone out fairly soon. Sometimes they're helpful, other times not.

Even though I was on automatic fill-up, I was at a quarter of a tank and a big storm was forecast so I phoned Petro in advance to request the tank be filled. They didn't come, they didn't call, and after a half hour on hold, finally advised me to put diesel from the gas station in my tank and permitted me to phone another company. I called several and no one would help because they were flat out with their regular customers. Only Taber took pity and fit me in their schedule. They came immediately and charged me a very reasonable price. When Petro showed up five days later, able to only to top off the tank since Taber had filled it, they charged me nearly twice as much per gallon, stating that because I hadn't locked in a price, I was at the mercy of their going rate. I was saved by Taber and not taken advantage of--what more could one ask for? I am a dedicated customer for life!
