Everything started good the first day we dropped off our suv with them. So we get the call that the truck suv is ready so we go excited right, dam we get there and not even ready like they said it was and it was a mess inside and out dirty and we gave them the suv clean and they expected us to take it like that? No no no!!! Then they lied about parts so I started to look very close at everyone now that I've seen what they try to do with us. So I find a lot of imperfections all over and they didn't replace most of the parts they had too and I was told they would change them. So another week passes by and more upsets wow what now right so we end up taking the suv home a day later the suv goes crazy on the panel light coming up and we decided to take it to the actual dealer and they found they they cut some wires and did not connect stuff back either so the suv has spent about 4 days at the dealer and we had to pay the dealer $450 for the work and inspection they did on it. They also found out that they did never replaced the actual skin on one of the doors wow scam and cheap these guys are seriously I made a big mistake going here!!! Straight scum and I almost got into a fight with one of the workers there because he didn't want to hear the truth of what I was saying to them because of the crap work they are doing there and they damaged other parts that where not even damaged. do not ever ever go to this shop, my car was in accident in Nov 2018 and my insurance sent my car here. They had my car from Nov 2018-Feb 2019, when i picked it up first all they told me that my passage side airbag works but the light would stay on because they don't do mechanical, i had to take it back because the horn didn't work, then i was leaving my mother's house and i put the key it the dash board flashed and the car don't completely off and would not start back up. My car had to be towed back to them which they said one of the wires went out and they fixed it (isn't that mechanical work). Fast forward to 2020 i go to the car repair by my house so they can look at my bumper on the left side, they take it the back to look at it and the mechanic come out and tells me there is a lot of stuff going on with my car, first there is not passenger side airbag at all, the radiator is not bolted down so its just in there and there are wires in there that are not connected at ALL. Please whatever do never never and i mean never go there or don't let your insurance company send you car ther. read more

I had gotten into my first accident and was pretty shaken up. The front fender and rim were too messed up to drive and a bystander referred me to them. Their tow truck was quick to show up and the folks in the office helped me tremendously to get through all that was involved with insurance and claims. When the repairs were finished the car looked like nothing had happened to it! I was impressed by both the customer service and repair itself. Now I wouldn't consider using another shop. read more

This is the worst place to fix your car they cheat me saying they were going to change my door skin and they didn't they put tons of bundle and plus they left cables unplugged which I had to take my car to the dealer to fix the problem they where never responsible to pay me back. It took about a week and a half to two weeks. They updated me with how my vehicle was doing. She informed me with the charges whenever I asked and with the changes my vehicle was going through. Long story short. Perla said that if I paid 100 percent upfront she would put a rush on my work. I paid and dropped my car off on 12/30. It is still not ready as of 1/6 and I was informed that it would be another day or two. This is unacceptable as this was not in line with what I was told. If you'd like your work done when you're told it will be, then take your car elsewhere because that won't happen here. read more

DO NOT EEEEVVVEEEERRRR USE THIS PLACE! I am speaking directly from experience that this place has a documented "reputation of fraudulance" -quoted from 2 State Farm agents. They wrote in that they repaired certain parts of my car to the insurance company, which were NEVER replaced or repaired. This company receives compensation for claiming they made certain repairs yet leave damaged parts within my car. I was forced to open a new claim, and this company has cost me over $1,500 in repairs that were never made to begin with. I was going to take legal action to have them cover the costs, only to discover that the manager has recently passed away. I have NO idea how this company is still in business. I HIGHLY suggest to go ANYWHERE else but here. Save yourself my misery- that I am still going through YEARS after my accident, due to a busted axle that was damaged and never replaced. honda had to reset the dash sensors and and the bumper clips n splash shield had to be replaced as it slipped n was dragging on the street as i drive. . this cost an additional 400 n the splash shield not being on right cld have let debris in my engine n cld have ruined my engine. this is getting reported to the ins co read more

Great team over at South End Auto Rebuilders!!! My car was in and out of the shop as Pearl said it would be. No Delay, No Hassles, No terrible customer service like at the other places. They stayed in communication with me from the time I dropped my car off up until I picked it up. My car looked fresh as the day I bought it.
