They provided a loaner without question and due to the delay in his vehicle being fixed; offered to wave cleaning fees if we needed to take our two large very furry dogs anywhere (which we did not). But as the proud parent of many pets and a 10000% animal lover I couldn't stop gushing over their large and multiple dog parks! Dan was the most knowledgeable, responsive and easy to deal with. Dan gave me an excellent price and even knocked a bit more off it once we did the deal. The car is excellent and Dan had the oil changed to the right special oil the BlueTec requires (he knew all the details about where to get it at 25% off and shared those with me as well) plus he had an O2 sensor replaced and he was straightforward and no-nonsense (i.e. no sales games). He provided a great price, the best of the three cars and great service. As the previous review says, he told me what he knew (Dan is a diesel Merc driver too and worked for Mercedes for years so we both appreciate their excellent diesels) and let the test drive and CarFax do the rest. He told me what he could do on the car and I said that was fine and I'd be in touch the next day with the details. When I had a problem with the process of getting everything signed for the loan, Dan said he had dealt with them before and to just come pick up the car and we will get the rest of the details ironed out the next day. We did that (DocuSign and LexisNexis said they thought I was deceased) and the plate came the week after with a nice note from Dan asking how I was enjoying the car. Dan is a consummate professional, honest businessman and basic nice guy. I'll be sending friends and family to him and checking his site whenever I'm in the market. I won't hesitate to come back if he has something I'm interested in because his inventory is high quality and fairly priced, plus he is great to deal with.

If you want an easy way to get approved for financing and a car, this is the place. However, don't expect any good customer service or loyalty to its customers. They have an option where you can make part of the down payment delayed, and I had to use this option. I had to be a little late on the down payment, and they turned the car off, and it sat in my driveway for 4 days, knowing that Uber is the only way I can make money, and I could have made the money if they had just turned it back on, but they refused to, and it did nothing for 4 days. I told them my only income was from Uber, and they really didn't care. It was almost as if they purposely wanted the car back to resell it. Keep in mind, this is after having three different car loans with them, and it's sitting in my driveway for 4 days, and they were very unsympathetic. Overall, I don't recommend them.

The inside was clean on the surface, but every nook and cranny hides red dirt, which is clearly visible when you see it in person. Their photographer earns his money, because you can't see anything in the pics. They sell vehicles without inspecting or servicing them. Honesty is not a catch word here, Volume is. Never buy over the internet. I won't again. I bought the warranty, but I keep hearing that it's worthless on a used vehicle, as they seemingly deny each and every claim.
