Upon arrival we had to wait a few minutes longer than start time, but it was because agent ensured we were able to tour without any other group issues! We had John T as our driver and this was one of the best tours we have had in a very long time! We laughed so hard, we literally cried. He was knowledgeable and funny and accommodating, and we would recommend this tour and John T to anyone even thinking about it. In terms of difficulty, there were moments that were a little harrowing, but we were definitely at ease with our driver. The views and experience more than make up for it though! Please do yourself a favor and utilize this company and ask for John T. Because we booked more than one tour with them, they even accommodated a deal for us on our next tour! Such a great time had by all!!

We had "Andrew" for our guide and he was informative, courteous and pleasant to be hosted by. Took various photos for us using our mobile phones which was nice. I'm happy I called anyway because I was able to book and it's Nov 23 ! So call anyway cuz we all know the internet is not always accurate and I prob miss read as well. Their office is great w a couch, couple chairs, restrooms, outlet to charge phone. Get there early cuz Ubers can be quick or delay in Flagstaff winters due to rain and snow. I got a comfortable ride to Camp Verde, an hour away. I wish they went into Prescott but we can't always get what we want in life! I'm blessed that my Prescott friend is picking me up in CV. I've also taken Groome in the middle of nowhere Montana. This is a great comfortable transportation company that gets you there in any weather, rain and snow. My drivers have always been pleasant. The office guy in Flagstaff is an absolute love. I missed my first shuttle and had to call about 6 times with questions and changes and he was above and beyond courteous and helpful to me. Always be sweet in life cuz you catch more with honey than being spicy! For an extra charge, Groome can pick you up around Flagstaff, if you don't want to chance it with Uber! Happy Travels!

Wow. This was not a good customer service experience…read more I called and very politely and calmly asked Liz if I could speak with her supervisor regarding what she said was a credit-only policy rather than a refund policy. My trip is still more than five weeks away, and plans changed because a friend offered to personally drive my teenager to the airport instead of having him take a shuttle at 2:00 a.m (which makes me extremely nervous as mom). Liz refused to provide her supervisor's contact information and would not allow me to speak with a manager. I asked a few times (again, very politely and calmly) and then she told me she would be ending the call instead of letting me speak with her boss. That was disappointing and left me feeling like there was no way to escalate an extremely reasonable request. I am not changing his trip to Flagstaff. Only the one from Flagstaff to the airport because of it being at 2:00 am. After reading several other reviews, I'm also concerned about reports of last-minute cancellations. The combination of those reviews and my customer service experience does not inspire confidence. Extremely frustrating to be denied any opportunity to speak with someone who would actually review the reservation and have authority to make something other than a black and white response without even trying to understand.

Clint defies the boundaries of "person", he is an experience: expansive, expressive, empathic and deeply spiritual. He is a wise and knowledgeable teacher, trustworthy and easy to respect. Time with Clint is to enroll in courses in geology, geography, sociology, psychology, spirituality, history, archeology, botany, medicine, philosophy, religion, art, the ways of indigenous peoples and basic life skills...you will go places few others have been, could never find your way or understand the significance of the sacred earth under your feet. You will not just see Sedona, you will feel her. All of your senses will awaken to her stories, her gifts for you, her love and healing. And Clint will hear what you say you need/want and surprise you with answers to questions you probably didn't know you asked. The wisdom, the truth of your Sedona will come to you with Clint as your Guide. We had the honor of a day with Hopi guide Robert Wadsworth and a healing with his brother Donald, a Hopi Shaman, for a specific medical condition. There were healing ceremonies in sacred spaces waiting to happen, as we came hoping to find hope and peace...we received all of that and more..love, healing and spiritual growth. No matter how old, fragile, sedentary or young, agile and physically adventurous you are, there is a Sedona Sacred Experience for you and your life will forever be enhanced for the journey with Clint. Words will never be enough testimony.

I found Clint shortly after we booked our trip and from the beginning he was a joy to work with! I didn't quite know which journey we wanted, but I knew we wanted to see Sedona from a local, non-touristy perspective, understand the significance of the land and renew our vows. Clint took in to consideration all these factors and designed a wonderful journey that involved splashing in the sacred waters below Cathedral Rock (his special spot by the water far away from the tourists), the wonderful Amitabha stupa and of course his lovingly hand made medicine wheel where he performed a special vow renewal ceremony for the two of us. We left the evening feeling healed, blessed and ready to celebrate more and more anniversaries to come. Thank you so much Clint for the unforgettable experience!

The people in the know, know that in late September and into October the beautiful Aspen trees change color to a beautiful gold. We were blessed to see some Elk deers and the wrestling golden leaves at the Aspens. Basecamp Review- For Restaurant- Drinks Only-…read more As we were coming down from Snowbowl we decided to stop in for a drink. The cuteness of the restaurant was so inviting- the restaurant looks like a log cabin with outdoor lighting streaming from it. The restaurant is nested at the base of the hill up to Snowbowl, and next to the Basecamp hotel. We settled in for a couple of drinks outside- Outside space is sprinkled with some comfy lounge chairs, outdoor firepits, games and more. All with a beautiful view of the sky, mountains and forest. This is a very relaxing place to enjoy the beautiful sky and some drinks. And the staff at the bar were super friendly. The drinks are also very reasonable in price. Given our good experience with refreshments, we will surely stop in for another one! Cheers and thanks for the great experience!
