There are pros and cons to this company, but the cons outweigh the pros. Pros: maintenance is very responsive and comes in a timely manner. The units are also nice and the fixtures are classy. Cons: I asked if I could extend our lease until the end of October (Lease ended July 12), as I relocated back to Chicago, and had tenants in the property I owned. We were told by Latoya Sallie that it would be extended to September 1. I was okay with that. Victoria sent me the extension renewal via email and I signed it electronically, but all the sudden it disappeared off of their portal (PRINT EVERYTHING), and nobody had any answers and acted completely confused. My lease extension was not honored, and they began showing the unit to prospective tenants. As a result, my 4 year old son and I have to live with a friend until October. THE WORST PART. The 4500 S. King Drive (I was in 2N) building is infested with mice. From December until July, I have caught 11 mice. Yes.... 11. And I am not a nasty person. I thought they would disappear once the weather warmed up, but I saw 2, and caught 3 within the last 2 weeks (it is currently July 9th). I started taking pics towards the end of the lease, but I should have taken pics of them all. I am upset about the lack of communication, and the ball dropped by Latoya Sallie, but I am honestly relieved to finally get out of this mice infested building. I could not relax AT ALL. Once they began showing the unit, I took the liberty of leaving a message to prospective tenants to let them know the building had mice. Petty? Yes, but I was pissed. Despite the mice issue, I was willing to stay to avoid the inconvenience and expense of moving twice in 3 months. I felt I was I good tenant. Paid on time EVERY MONTH, and treated the unit as if it was my own, but they don't give a shit about that. read more

For the past couple of years, my family and I have lived in a Southside Stories unit and have been quite pleased. Admittedly, the application process was lengthy and at the time, felt a little daunting. That being said, once we were approved for our unit and settled in, we've been happy. The unit and the building are well cared for. During the winter months, snow and ice are always cleared in a timely fashion and in the summer, the grounds and shrubbery are nicely manicured. When the need for maintenance has arisen, the team at Southside has been very responsive, working to ensure that the problem is fixed as quickly as possible. Aside from the property itself, we have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors. Southside has done a good job of bringing together people who value themselves and their neighbors, everyone working together to create a climate that feels less like an apartment and more like a home. read more

I am currently living in Woodland Park, and if possible I would give a negative review as well. I moved here the end of Jan. I live on the 6th floor, and in the short time I've lived here, I've lost count at how many times the elevators have broken down. People are stuck in the elevators just about every weekend. This can be proven because the Fire Department is called each time. I myself was stuck in it for over 10 minutes until the door finally opened. i recently obtained an emotional support dog due to a variety of issues from my Army time. Training is at times challenging due to the only authorized dog area is a bit of a distance from my building, however, I ALWAYS have a poop bag in my hand regardless in case my dog is unable to make it to the authorized area. Recently on one of these occasions as I was picking up the waste, Julian approached me while driving in his vehicle to chastise me that my dog is not allowed in the center park. I stated the situation, that my dog could not make it to the other area, but clearly I was cleaning up. The owner continues to follow me in his vehicle chastising me. I finally walk away saying nothing. As I'm eventually going back to my apartment I'm getting mad. So I walk over to where he was by his parked car... which was in a handicap parking spot... which is illegal. I proceeded to tell him that if he/they would pay as much attention to fixing the broken elevators as he does about me cleaning up after my dog, things would be much better. Of course it wasn't his fault... and that they are scheduled to be replaced in the FALL... 6 months from now! Needless to say he became upset with me because I was voicing my opinion. I explained that as a disabled vet it was extremely difficult for me to go up and down 6 flight of stairs when the elevators go out. Which another owner/staff person admitted to myself and others in the hallway the following weekend, that they do breakdown on the weekends because that's when they get the most use!! WOW... so that's the problem!! Two hours after this confrontation, I have received texts from "management" picking at everything I do. A doormat that has been at my front door for months was all of a sudden a problem... and it has continued with issues with my guests , etc. To say that my stress and anxiety is at an all time high would be an understatement. When I confront them with this they say they are just enforcing my lease... I've never broken my lease nor gone against it. The harassment is ridiculous. Since then I've spoken to several tenants with a plethora of issues as well with these owners. I now understand why people paid 3 months rent just to move out... I suppose the other negative comments here are telling as well. But I love how the owners come on here and disclaim ever single complaint... how it's always the tenants fault and not there's. Not once do they accept responsibility for any of these complaints... That speaks volumes. read more

I have been a tenant with Southside Stories for many years. I rented my second apartment from them when I first moved to Chicago. They treated me like family from the very beginning. When I decided to move from their property because I wanted to live in another neighborhood, I talked with them to say although I loved renting from them I was moving... I had no idea the variety of properties they had. Needless to say they were able to show me another place in a Great location which I have been renting for approximately four years, and the rent is reasonable. I haven't needed a lot of repairs etc., but the few times I've called their response has been immediate. Let's be clear on the things that Jon is saying....in reference to my complaint of rodents in may 2016...I had already made a previous complaint in the winter of 2015. And you didn't hear another complaint after may because I had already decided I was not renewing my lease with this company. And there was no investigation into my boyfriend living with me. I told them the truth and we did the extensive application for him to be added to the lease and paid our money and in the end HE WAS NOT ADDED TO MY LEASE. First, I'm shocked at the negative reviews. I had no idea so many people had these sorts of issues with South Side Stories. My experience was drastically different. I rented with them for a year, I only moved because I moved out of state. My unit was impeccable. Maintenance was quick and resolved all issues the first time. Jon and Noel were very gracious, never had any friction with them. I did have friction with the property manager Jan, however. She was not the best with customer service and seemed to arbitrarily make rules up as she went along - or would pick and choose who would follow with rules/policies. It's my understanding she's no longer with the company. Again, I enjoyed my stay. Rent was a bit high but considering the professionalism and sheer beauty of the units (again, impeccably kept), I didn't mind any surcharge. I'm actually looking to lease with them again in the near future. I can honestly say, they're definitely one of the best rental property groups on the south side. read more

The worst renting experience I've ever had. 1. South side stories is clearly discriminatory. 30 days worth of bank statements, a home inspection at your current residence before approval. Really? It's excessive and problematic. When it was time to move out, I considered staying with them and went to view houses with Noel. After sharing the residences I wanted to view with Noel he told me that they'd be out of my price range. Excuse me? (To be clear I make 6 figures). 2. Had to have a conversation with Noel about how he was communicating with me after he threatened to give my unit of interest away when I was first moving in 3. Lived in the same building as a reality star from black inc crew. The noise was ridiculous. Made multiple complaints and the company did nothing Aweful experience and would recommend you like elsewhere. Insane how they treat people, particularly people of color. When we moved from our Lakeside home in the south suburbs, we wanted to live in a residence that reflected both our keen esthetics sensibilities and the standards we have as career professionals. To date, in the three years we have lived in Bronzeville, Southside Stories has yet to disappointed us. Initially, I was impressed with their inspection of our previous home and comprehensive application process which suggested to me, their care for their properties and tenants who reside there. Upon moving into one of their apartments, when we requested work orders they quickly responded with a Maintenence crew to my residence to make necessary repairs. Generally, the staff has been professional and courteous and when on the rare occasion there was a misunderstandings, it was resolved to our mutual satisfactions. My experience applying for an apartment through SSS has been a nightmare. To begin they require so much just to apply for the place (Bank Statements, all your previous landlords info, Supervisor email & HR department) They emailed my supervisor a long list of requests that he isn't even qualified to provide legally. They even went as far and asked my supervisor what days I get paid. They also combed through my bank statements asking me about personal purchases I've made over the past few months as if that was relevant to my rental application. The entire process was very invasive and offensive. I ended up withdrawing my application because I didn't even want to be bothered with a company like this or give them my hard earned money. The properties look nice but they are located in not so good neighborhoods so it's baffling why they act like their properties are superior than others. Honestly feel like they want to make it hard for African Americans to get approved and they are pushing us out of our own neighborhoods. Gentrification in pure form! I would not recommend anyone to rent from this company! Jon says this is not a bad neighborhood but crime reports are easily accessible. The entry code had not changed while I was there, however the tenants and the management team did. So unfortunately many people had the code to the building. However, staying in this building taught me the importance of ownership and now I own a home, paying less every month and I don't have to deal with unprofessional landlords that treat and talk to tenants like children. I just hope that the passcode is changed every time a tenant moves or an employee leaves the company. Second of all I actually knew the tenant who referred me and she WAS a section 8 tenant and was shocked at how hard of a time you all gave me. Everything cleared except for my prior landlords response so you can say that wasn't the cause yet you were not the person I dealt with. First and foremost I DO NOT work for South Side Stories. I am a tenant and have been one for 3 1/2 years. My family and I honestly have very few complaints when it comes to Jon and Noel and South Side Stories as a whole. I have read all of the reviews and I was in shock about how many people were so unhappy with the services that Jon and Noel provide. When my husband and I made the decision to sell our home and rent, almost 4 years ago, we initially looked in Hyde park and then settled on bronzeville. Grant it at the time, the area was MUCH worse than it is now. The application process IS a bit lengthy that Jon and Noel requires BUT it really didn't bother me or my husband. We chalked it up to the fact that they wanted to weed out the RIF RAF and we didn't mind. We were also required to let them come to our home to do a walk thru which was fine with us because we knew that we were not nasty people and our kids didn't tear up stuff. Once we got the approval to move in we were excited. The building that we moved in had only 2 other tenants in it at the time and so it felt quite empty but it didn't take long for them to fill it up. We have never had any issues with Jon or Noel speaking to either of us in a condescending tone or acting any other way other than nice. And believe me if they did, it would be addressed. I am HUGE on customer service and with them being in the customer service industry I believe it is important for them to show good customer service in everything that they do. Especially since it is MY choice if I want to renew our release when the time comes around. There have been a number of positive changes in our building since we moved in and I can't help but to think that I had something to do with them. I was very voicetrous to Jon about things that was going on in and around the building and he took my complaints seriously and we got quick results. Jon knew that, as a former homeowner, this was my new home and I wasn't going to let no one come in and tear it up and I believe he appreciated that. I know that they put a lot of money in their properties and as a tenant I felt like i am here and they are not so why not make sure they are aware of things that are going on in the neighborhood that will effect the building and possibly the tenants' safety and security. Now i will have to agree with those of you that have commented on the turn-over rate for the maintenance workers, it is insane. They have lost some GREAT maintenance workers that knew what they were doing over the years and the ones that are working for them now are questionable about their skills. But I don't really call for repairs or anything unless it is absolutely necessary so it is what it is. But even with the high turn over rate with the maintenance workers, every time I have put in a work order, Victor who is the head of maintenance makes sure things get taken care of. Whether it is me calling or emailing about a light out in the hallway on one of the floors or something directly in my apartment. In conclusion, Jon and Noel are not bad people. I believe they work hard, invest a lot of their money in their properties and they are very passionate about their properties and the community. They are residents of Bronzeville and they are very involved in the positive things that are happening around us. read more

Moving comes with its fair share of challenges especially when your moving a considerable distance across state lines so I was pleasantly surprised and optimistic when my first phone conversation with Noel included hearing their company's emphasis on being a positive contribution to the Bronzeville community. Although one of the apartment homes I originally inquired about was no longer available, the additional one I wanted to see and another one I discovered after further review on their website were both very nice upon my on-site viewing with Noel. He preferred to give a guided promotional tour before answer some of my detail related questions which was fine. And, I was truly impressed by the nice finishes that they select for their condos which have more of a contemporary feel. It's clear Noel takes pride in their homes and offers nice quality to a level he himself expects. He also was great with my daughter and allowed me to focus on managing my toddler. The incentive promo was also appealing considering if I applied within 48 hours I would get the month of December free and also free up holiday funds. However, I ultimatey chose NOT to select them as landlords and property managers because there supposed interests in a mutual fit was actually more heavily weighted in their favor. When Noel mentioned their application is 18 pages and very thorough I was not deterred because I also clarified as to whether or not it was based on multiple factors or just about the money and credit score like many owners whether private or via a company. He assured me that the "vibes" mattered and between him and I that was never a problem. I started the review process which went nearly 3 weeks and had me nervous due to my deadlines for moving. John, his business partner and husband while very direct also was rude at times. I strongly he suspect he hung up on me but gave him the benefit of doubt for the possibility of a poor phone connection which I do experience at times. Ultimately, Noel tried to salvage my interest in the their homes which I greatly appreciated but the reviews here in combination with my own experiences and my co-applicant's frustrations (that she may speak to for herself) during the LENGTHY application process which was almost more stressful than when I purchased my own South Loop condo years ago made me trust my gut in not moving forward with signing the lease terms they presented. You all should also note that while I did apply within the terms of the promo they were not going to honor one month free and were requesting a deposit that was considerably more than what I had ever been familiar with even after consulting with other professionals. We found a home in the same neighborhood with little time to spare and a lot of flexibility from a landlord who clearly wanted to partner with me as much as I wanted to partner with her to be a member of the amazing Bronzeville community. read more

This company is beyond disappointing. The rent is extremely too high for the quality of the neighborhoods they are renting in. In addition, the lack of communication between tenants, staff and management is ridiculous. Once your lease ends, they raise the rental unit price over $150 which is insulting once you've dealt with bullets flying across the front of the building, gates that don't open and security cameras that don't work. Don't be fooled by the sales pitch of "up and coming" or the local additions of retail stores coming to the area. Take your chances elsewhere... This company is not worth the headache. read more

as with some other reviews, if i could have given them a negative number i would have. my short experience with them (recently purchased building), end of july 2016, everyone was given a 5 day notice (august 2nd to be exact). in addition, south side stories were going to increase our rent by a minimum of $300 and we're already paying above $1200. moreover, they wanted us to move from our current units and reapply at their other properties and pay a $60 (per applicant), a application fee, and they were going to do upgrades to our current units, and we'd have to reapply to get back into our original unit. how absurd is that!! in addition, due to the tenants being up in arms, noel spoke with me, and stated, our rent would remain at the current rate until november 2016 (conversation mid august), and i can make a proposal on how to gradually implement the $300+ increase and any upgrades would be made while we're still occupying the unit. this can all be verified per my email correnspondance or thier lack of thereof regarding this situation. in speaking with other tenants, he was doing the same. now this was the beginning of august 2016. fast forward to mid august, everything was still an organized mess. tenant's were moving out by the end of august 2016 with the exception of those that had a current lease with the previous owners, they are safe for now! now, move forward to the last week of august, around the 28th, we receive an email stating our rent was being increased by $100 dollars for september 2016. we all knew that is against the law because they did not provide tenants a 30 day notice of increase. so of course we paid, because we were caught between a rock and a hard spot, and distressed about this entire situation. based on my own personal interaction with both jon and noel (my opinion) south side stories are the following: -highly unprofessional -ineffective internal and external communication -disrespectful -hostile if things are not done their way(telling a tenant, "they have plenty of lawyers on hand) -highly unethical with their practices (increasing rent w/o a 30 day notice) -deceitful, they continue to deny anything that was told to tenants -make your life a living hell because everyday you come home, there's always going to be some drama -biased on who they want to reside in their units, which is against the law (housing discrimination) -keeping senior citizen's on "edge" every single day -when a minister states he doesn't appreciate the tone and manner in which they speak to him, you know it's problem this email could be endless, but why waste another moment with this. please beware of south side stories. there must be some truth in these reviews, because it all can't be coincidental read more

But as soon as you are beyond that, the truth is that communication with the tenants is less than savory, and it takes forever to resolve maintenance issues. We had to call for a simple maintenance repair three times in a row before it was 'somewhat' resolved. Further, the monthly asking price does not correlate to the diminishing surroundings. I've been a tenant with SSS for going on two years. When they first acquired the property I loved that it was immediately updated and remodeled within the first 3-4 months. They offer a 24 hour maintenance hotline and the owner himself replied and both of my issues resolved with 2 hours. I wouldn't recommend any other landlords in the city of Chicago. They are reachable...relatable and friendly. They are very active in the community and are open to ideas and suggestions. I have had very limited interaction with office staff but the owners are highly selective, so I know they hire nothing but the best. I'm shocked by the negative reviews but I realize that no one or no business is perfect. That being said, before you make negative reviews try to sit and talk with them whenever possible and see if the issue can be resolved. I love my city. My family has been renting from Southside Stories for going on 3 years and have never had an issue. They are pretty expedient when it comes to fixing any problems that may occur in our unit (usually in about an hour or two most problems are resolved). As far as quality goes they are the gold standard. Our place is beautiful and really does capture the essence of the area we live in (bronzeville). 5yrs ago I was a newly single mom of a 2yr old looking to move to the city to start our lives over. I worked with many leasing agents to find the perfect unit for my son and I as well as our English Bulldog and VOILA! Edgar showed me a unit that in a building that had 3br/3ba, top notch security, an elevator and all of the upscale finishes my little heart desired. I navigated the paperwork and the REAL paperwork (cha ching!) and moved in. Who knew that I'd move into a building where my neighbors became our extended family. SSS has been a pleasure to lease with over the years. They are not cheap but hey, this is Chicago - what is? They take great care of the building and if there is ANY issue, they address it immediately. I'd recommend them to great renters that love cool neighbors and a dope management team. My husband and I have rented from South Side Stories for six months now. So far I would conclude that the rent is definitely over priced. The space is beautiful, however, we pay $1385 for a one bedroom. My biggest complaint has been rodents. I was doing some work while sitting on my sofa one afternoon and I saw a mouse run past my living room floor. I was shocked and afraid! I immediately left my unit and remained at a family members place until my husband got off of work. For the next few days it was a nightmare as I attempted to get someone from South Side Stories to respond to me. I sent emails to the property manager and filled out three maintenance reports. I even contacted the office and spoke with a representative who did not assist me but directed me to fill out another maintenance order online. Furthermore, my husband and I purchased traps and poison. We placed peppermint throughout the house as well as purchased rodent lights to place in our unit. Days passed and we caught two mice in our kitchen area. When the technician came we were not home. I contacted the agency's contact person who communicated to me that a hole was found behind the stove. He stated the hole was filled and poison was put down. Moreover, I was relieved that the issue had been resolved but outraged regarding the process. These apartments are hyped up so much, I would think that holes and spaces in which rodents can enter would not be an issue being as though they are promoted as luxury style apartments. Other than the rodent issue as well as other quirks, I am fairly pleased with the unit. I do no wish to remain here long term, however, I am grateful that our unit is nice and I do feel safe in the building. I have rented with South Side Stories for the past 3 years. Thusfar my experience with them has been nothing but positive. They've been always very professional and responsive to any concerns, needs or work orders that have been placed. I very much appreciate their presence in the community and the provision of safe, above-average housing. I've always felt safe in and around my building. I feel every precaution has been taken to appropriately vet tenants and make the building, apartment and surroundings very safe. In terms of the rents-you get what you pay for. And as far as I an concerned, it's been worth every dime. Do not rent from Southside properties!!! I wish I could give less stars. Save yourself the headache and go some where else. The application process is so intrusive. My husband and I were looking at an apartment on Indiana, we met with Noel on a Saturday to view the property. We made the decision on apartment and we requested the application. This lease application was 18 pages!! They wanted more than a mortgage application. I was put off at first and didn't want to proceed but my husband insisted so we gave them all of the required info. ( I.e 3 months of bank statements, all previous landlord info, even if you previously lived with a relative, and a $60 application fee per person along with this 18 page application per person.) after we submitted the info that's when everything got strange. The request for more info wouldn't stop. The first request was for 2 more months of bank statements from our savings account. So I gave them the two additional months. Then we were asked for a tenancy form from our current landlord. Ok fine. Then I received a call from Noel telling me he needed more financial info. He told me that he needed the info on all of our finances. 401K, any IRA etc.. Because he can't move ahead with our application approval, and since one of our pervious landlords did not respond to them we will need a home inspection before we can move ahead. They are so rude and condescending. Look its your investment you can do what you want but let's be real, you are not renting in the best neighborhoods. We have the income to pay for the apartment, this apartment is less than what we pay in current rent. We have never been evicted and we have good credit. So what's the problem? I think that they feel like you have to do whatever it takes to prove yourself to them and show that you are willing to jump through hoops to live on a block with abandoned apartment buildings and vacant lots. I also think that they found out that people are more willing to go along with their crap after they have paid $60 per applicant and they don't want to lose their money. We decided to withdraw our application and look elsewhere. There are plenty for apartments in crappy neighborhoods that will rent to you without all of the hassle. I don't care how many luxury amenities you have we're not on the Gold Coast we're not even in a ok Chicago neighborhood. Hopefully they will get what's coming to them and no one will rent any more of their apartments. If you love abuse apply for one of these apartments. I've been diligently looking for a new space upon seeing an ad for their property located @ 355 E 45th I decided that I would look further into the area as I have several friends that live near by. this place mentions that its a block away from Hadiya Pendleton Park. I took interest to this as this was a major story about Chicago's gun violence. In my research I discovered the most horrific information about this management company. Not only do they rent to this girls parents they recently told them that they had to move because they no longer fit the criteria to live in their property anymore. I was appalled to discover this as that family has gone through so much in losing their daughter and now the one place where they find solace and peace they can no longer have that as it is being snatched away from them just like the fools that took their daughter life. To top this off as I mentioned South Side Stories uses Hadiya Pendleton Park which was named in honor of the slain teen in their advertisement as to attract people to the property. How dare you use their daughters name or the park in your advertisement and put the very parent and son of the slain teen out of your property where she once lived. How insensitive can you be? That family has suffered enough!! I'm sure that the mother can't fathom someone else being in her daughters room or that space at all. Im sure there are memories in that space only they can cherish and now someone else will be in this space. As nice as the photos are of their apartments I wouldn't dare rent from people that only think of themselves and not other people. I discovered that they have been living in that building which was recently purchased by south side stories long before south side stories took over the property. When Hadiya was killed the neighbors in their building and in the neighborhood came together in support of the young girl by putting purple ribbons throughout the neighborhood which was her favorite color to show support to her family. The neighbors band together to look out for each others children including the Pendleton's son who now goes to high school in that area. I couldn't bring myself to putting anyone out of a space that I know they cherish so dearly. These people require you to give your information to them as if your buying and not renting from them but why would they require that from a current tenant? A tenant that throughout all that as happened to them remained humble and loyal while struggling to maintain some sort of normality. I'm sure during the most difficult time of the Pendleton's lives they suffered some setbacks and shortcomings as a result of this tragedy. I mean how would anyone feel if their child was murdered? would it be business as usual or would it be a mourning phase and a time of bereavement? Im sure the Pendleton's lives were turned upside down and I'm sure thinking of themselves and their adult responsibilities were the least of their concerns during that time. I'm sure South Side Stories didn't take any of that into consideration when they asked the Pendleton's to move. These people don't deserve this. They are good people who worked hard for everything only to have it snatched away. I hope that the people of South Side Stories never have that tragedy happen to them or anyone close to them but know that Karma is REAL. I will continue to look elsewhere for a space I can call home but I won't be renting from these insensitive people. read more

I have been renting from Jon and Noel since 2011 and my experiences with them have all been positive. I have lived in 2 of their properties and both are well maintained. Both units are beautiful and well worth the cost of the rent. Jon and Noel have been more than accommodating to myself and my son over the years. Due to our severe allergies they have the building cleaned twice a week and have a no pet policy on my entire floor. When I email work orders they are handled immediately. Jon and Noel are more than landlords they have become friends. I truly appreciate knowing that all of my needs are taken care of with South Side Stories. I would also like to acknowledge Dewey who is a miracle worker when it comes to finding a solution for anything that goes wrong in my unit. Lastly I would like to commend Brittany who I have watched grow in her position in the office. She goes above and beyond as well!!! Job well done South Side Stories. read more

South Side Stories Property has been fantastic to my sister and I. We recently rented our second condo apartment with the company. Their properties are beautiful on the outside and inside. The properties' lawns and plants are consistently well manicured. The lobbies and hallways are aesthetically stunning because of the light fixtures and artwork. The units are modern and I really appreciate the amenities and appliances that are included. The lobbies are cleaned by a professional cleaning company very often. They are accommodating. They even allowed us to move in a little earlier. In cases of an emergency, there is a 24 hour hotline. During the winter, they have a company to remove the snow immediately from the walkways and parking areas. I have reported issues and they have sent their service men to make the repairs without delays. I love both of the condo apartments that I have rented from them. I would easily rent again with South Side Stories Property. They are a great management company that provide great service. read more

I along with my family have been renting from South Side Stories for 3 years now. We are very HAPPY an SASTISFIED with the service that Jon Mickelson and the south side storie team has to offer. They are professional, prompt an are attention to detail. They take care of their tenants and their properties. My apartment is impeccable as well as the grounds around the building. They not only listen to any issues/concerns that may arise, they work with you to rectify the problem or come up with a solution to assure the tenant is satisfied. They take the safety of their tenants very serious. If something in yo apartment or around the building needs to be fixed, you put in s work order and the problem is fixed in a blink of an eye. I would recommend South Side Stories to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home, building well maintain, professionalism, an overall great company to rent from. I would have given them 5 stars, but that would leave no room for growth, and we all can approve on something. But, I defineltely give them 4 1/2 Stars. read more
