Decent burger combo at the outlet mall! The person helping us exchanged fries with onions in our order! This was a filling meal. My family and I ordered 4 burger combos for 5 people because we weren't that hungry but wanted to try this place. The burger had a decent amount of veggies and guacamole is a free topping for your burger. The burger station is like a subway because they would ask what we would like in our burger! Overall would come back if I was craving a burger. The food was well made and not too salty! Tasted pretty healthy and hearty :) I only had half a burger and some fries/ onion rings and was satisfied! This establishment is from Alberta - it's quite popular over in Alberta! The burgers are definitely well done, they cook these burger Patties to hell and back, and they suck every ounce of moisture in your mouth, that's how dry they are. I ordered a veg burger combo and churros. there were just 3 customers but it took them 25mins to get my order ready. They say unlimited toppings but they add just 2 or 3. Very poor quality burger. Fries were horrible shape and size. The churros tasted stale cooked in stale oil. I went up to the cashier and complained all he did was gave a sarcastic smile. It looks amazing from the mall, it sounds amazing when you're ordering, but then things go downhill a little. I was told I could go sit down and someone would bring our order to our table only to have the cashier shouting across the restaurant that the food was ready, no problem, I went up to grab it. Then I had to go back to ask where our milkshake was, apparently it had been served to another customer, no problem, they brought us one in a few minutes. They advertise fresh ingredients but the buns were your typical low end plastic bag kids birthday party buns that are flavourless. My wife didn't even eat half of her chicken burger because she said that "it tasted funny". Pretty average food and service. Don't be drawn in by the pretty pictures. read more

We were greeted by the Manager upon entering the restaurant, and continued to receive great customer service during the rest of our visit. The staff were more than pleasant, helpful, and ensured that we knew the status of our order. People need to realize that this is not a true fast food restaurant, and expect to wait 10 minutes while your food is cooked. We both ordered burgers and shared an order of fries. Not impressed at all. Firstly, your food is cooked to order, so expect the wait. No problem with that. I was never asked how I wanted my burger dressed and they just did the basic and wrapped it. I didn't say anything. I noticed many things during my stay. One thing is that there are many workers behind the counter looking like they are doing nothing. The cashier overfilled my drink cup thus leaving the sides all wet and sticky, which I had to wipe down before using. Not cool. There were smushed fries (major slip cause) all over the dining room floor and only after I mentioned it to a kitchen worker, they sent out a kid to clean it. The first table I sat at was greasy and with some salt(?) residue and it didn't sit even, rocked too much so I moved. The second table was greasy as well. I grabbed some napkins and tried to clean it as much as I could. Fries were not crispy/crunchy but more like a firm soggy. Burger was nothing to write home about. A kitchen worker was sent out to clean several dirty tables. I noticed them spray the cleaning solution on the table and wiping. Then proceeded to wipe the bench seats with the same cloth. ugh. Not a HAACP practice. After that I saw them wipe 5 more tables. It seems that the crew has no direction and food is "meh" at best just like 5Guys. I'll never return. read more

But then she didn't, she just shouted from the counter for us to get them. The restaurant floor was very dirty, unacceptably dirty in fact. When we received the burger, the buns were already soggy. The burgers tasted very bland and they were definitely not generous with the toppings. This is now a place I'm permanently going to add to my "never dine here" list. We've always walked pass this place and wanted to try and we should have kept walking. Paid a little over $18 for a "supersized" combo of BBQ Bacon burger and fries. Burger was nothing special, came with a 6oz patty and two tiny strips of bacon, seemed a bit smaller than a BK Whopper. The drink was on the smaller side, comparable to a regular at any other fast food chain. Not a lot of options for customization, like refusing to grill the onions. The fries however, were decent and not greasy. Horrible value for the price paid. I haven't felt so ripped off in a long time. For the price, could have gotten something at Fat Burger or 5 Guys. Save your coin and go to A&W instead at the food court. read more
