I swear -- every time I take my classic Volvo in it runs better than when it was new. And, they're good about finding parts (although it gets harder by the minute). Stuart is my go-to guy for Volvos and I swear he invented them -- he knows more about them than most mechanics and has saved me a ton of money with that knowledge. Additionally, he works on all brands-domestic and import with equally successful results. All the mechanics are top-notch in whatever they do. Rates are reasonable and fair. I had a leak from the power steering lines, they fixed it and told me that they positioned the line a different way so it wouldn't happen again, they lied and it's the exact same way and would start leaking again in no time. Then they stripped the threads on an exhaust manifold bolt going into the engine block, they stripped it and jammed it in there hoping I wouldn't notice. When I went to work on my car the threads and bolt are stripped and cross threaded. It won't go back in. I'm also upset that the lowest rating I can give this place is 1 star. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. After driving 100 miles our car broke down in Denver. The only fortune we had was we were introduced by House of Muffler & Brakes to this repair shop. Mr. Roc took care of us and told us what problem it could be after I showed him the video. Towed our car to Southeast Automotive, the car got fixed the next day. I was preparing to pay somewhere between $500-800, as this car might have some other issues. The final bill is $316 including towing fees. Wow! Got our car back last night, rans perfect. My one experience here was just ok. I bought new tires from Tire Rack and their web site recommended Southeast Auto for installation. I called SE. They said bring your car in at 1130AM, which I did. They said it would take about 2 hours to mount the new tires. But it took 4 hours to get the job done. The owner was pleasant and did apologize, saying this Friday was a bad day for the shop. Still, 4 hours to mount new tires seems far beyond what I have found at other shops. Price was reasonable at $80. read more

My front driver side window on my truck got off track and the window fell behind the door panel. They were able to put it back up but said the glass needed to be fully replaced which would cost so money so they disconnected the power to the window. I took it to another place, they fixed it in 5 minutes with no charge. Go somewhere else! read more

Ordered tires and wheels for my 2016 4Runner SR5 from Tire Rack, and they recommended Southeast Auto, Inc. in Denver, CO to install the tires. I sent email to Southeast Auto and Roc responded to my email promptly. I picked up the tires and wheels from Tire Rack local distribution center here in Denver and dropped the tires and wheels at Southeast Auto and schedule an appointment for installing the tires. Alex, scheduled me in for the next morning and only took them about 40 minutes and they also programmed/paired the TPMS sensors for all 4 tires for me. No need to go back to Toyota dealer and pay them extra $$! Reasonable charges for great service and friendly crew! Alex thank you for all your help. From 2011 until 2014 I have gone through multiple batteries frequenting places like Firestone and Acura dealer and Gaylord's Garage with no fix. I was recommended to Roc that he would be able to diagnose and electrical pull that is killing my battery/alternator. Sure enough 4 hours later he found it was the blue tooth. I know that this normally costs 2k at Acura but rock fixed it and off I went up to the mountains spending no more that 600. Its amazing and unheard of since prior I have paid up to 2300 aggregate prior to seeing Roc. read more

I have gone to Southeast Auto for years. I have trusted Roc. Things have changed over there though and it is not the same as it used to be. I had almost $1,000.00 worth of work done and my car did not work right. Manny and Alec said they would fix it and had me drop my car off. After having it most of the day, I went to pick it up and Manny told me that he had decided not to do anymore work on it. That was it. I eventually got my car fixed at another shop. I talked with Roc and while he says he is still in charge, he is not there often when I have called and you are not cared for at Southeast Auto like he was in charge. I told Roc I could not use the shop anymore because of the poor service and he could not of cared less. read more
