I went to Southern Pacific brewing for a birthday party and it was super fun! They have a gorgeous brewery with an outdoor space with lots of benches and tables. I believe getting the tables is first come first serve rather than reservations. They have amazing party trays, including this loaded, nacho tray that was amazing. The prices are super good and decent price prices for sure. I highly recommend southern Pacific growing, especially for a large group! We also brought a cake and they were okay with that. I highly recommend their chicken wings and their fries are awesome too especially as the party tray.

I came here for a special private event talk and it was my first time here. Hidden on quiet Treat street on a Tuesday night, I saw green benches outside on side walk, a sign and opening of gate door and I ventured in. Wow this is a warehouse turned into a bar and has been here over 20 years. Special event had some catered food like Fries with Aleppo sauce Cobb salad Cesar salad Southwest salad Brussels Sprouts with apricot and orange glaze Chips & Guac housemade guac, chips, jalapeños Nice clean well lighted place upstairs you can rent out for special lecture event but you will be competing with the warehouse industrial fab on ceiling so bring a microphone . Over all a good venue. Food was good and my favorite was the Brussel sprouts and Cesar Salad. This venue is family-friendly. Guests under 21 are permitted daily before 7pm. All minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Dogs are welcome outside on their patio.

Large brewery great for large groups with two levels and an outdoor space. They have light bites, beer on tap, cocktails and even Jell-O shots. I tried the Tommy Margarita, mezcal cocktail (on the sweeter side, a bit too sweet for me) and manhattan and enjoyed the drinks. Ceilings are high but sound is centralized and it gets loud, especially when they host large events. I enjoyed the indoor trees but note the leaves do shed and if you are tall you might bump your head on the branches :)

This is my 1st stop on my personal brewery tour. I tried their hef beer. It was good. Kinda a little to lemony for me. But it was refreshing. We also got their onion rings and they were delicious. Not to much batter. They also have a vending machine that distributes card games and other pocket games.

I really liked this place this is my 4th time coming and I like the food and that there's alot of space to watch the world cup. The beer is awesome and their mcheladas are fantastic better than most places I love micheladas and I appreciate a good house mix.

Wide open interior, and a nice tree.

Run of the mill beer, unfortunately. Not bad, but wouldnt come back for it. Positives: I wasnt hungry, but oh man did the food look and smell good. Nice staff and cool interior too.

Cool spot we popped into! The bar is inside a huge open warehouse-style building with real trees growing through the floor, tons of natural light, high ceilings, and a really cool indoor/outdoor vibe. Great place to grab a drink and hang out. We already had dinner plans somewhere else, so didn't order food, but everything looked and smelled amazing as they were running plates out - especially the garlic fries and nachos! We could smell the garlic from across the bar (so good). We just had a Hazy IPA, which was great. Would definitely come back and try the food next time.

What a neat and hip place to hang out! Chill vibes. We were here for a function; perfect for a gigantic party or several at the same time. They have so much space. They even have an indoor elevated platform for parties too! The drinks and fries were good too. I recommend the cider and the sage fries. The people there working were also very nice and answered questions. Chill vibes. It is tucked away in The Mission, and parking looked like a pain. Many people just got rideshare over.

The ambiance is great for large groups. I enjoyed a non alcoholic margarita. Th service was quick and the bartender was friendly. They have a good selection of drink options that aren't beer which is really nice for a brewery. Overall nice experience.

Beautiful and chill spot. The beers were super cold and the lady who helped us was super sweet helpful. She had made the best Michelada I'm a huge Michelada lover and hers was by far one of the best I have had. The atmosphere was pretty great as well I love the layout and the warehouse feel. I would love to come here on nights that they have live music or a dj.

    Mexican lager. No head. Watery.
    Steve K.

They were out of most brewed beers. The Mexican lager was like water. Poor choice. Order on a QR code, delivery was quick, but the place was near empty on a Saturday afternoon. Loud.

    Fun upstairs section!

Love this brewery! Tucked away in the mission district but so worth it! The staff if awesome, the ambiance and brewery is super cool! Amazing bathrooms.... The beer, YES! We will be back

Their beer is excellent, and I've heard nothing but great things about the place and people. We visited on a Sunday and met friends, who said it took a while to get a big table for us; it was surprisingly packed! It's a large industrial brewery, with the equipment chained off at the back. They make great use of the rest of the building with large tables, small tables, bar seating/standing room, plus an arcade area, outside seating area, and a few cozy living room style areas with stuffed furniture at the back. To the right on entry is the canned beer for takeout, to the left is their large bar and impressive tap list. We mostly get IPAs, so it was fun to try their other styles like rice lagers and a barleywine, everything was excellent. Their flights are huge, basically half size goblet pours in a six rack. Prices are reasonable for the well developed beer. They also had a food vendor outside, which we loved (see separate review). It's great to see a place equally rock great beer and a fun experience, I definitely look forward to returning sometime soon.

I stopped by here again last week with a friend who came up from San Jose, grabbed a few beers as the service is usually super quick even on busy days, got my usual IPA, and grabbed a seat outside as it was pretty hot. Great place to hangout, they have a mini-arcade for kids if you've got little ones, and of course a to go fridge if you want to grab some cans to go! This is definitely a fun place to be, and if you're watching sports, they've got Tv's as well!

I'm so glad we did, it instantly lived up to the curiosity. The vibe here is exactly what you want from a brewery. It's unique, cool, and laid-back, with plenty of character and a strong sense of community. It feels welcoming whether you're popping in for one drink or planning to hang out for a while. The beer selection is great, with a nice variety of styles to choose from. Everything we tried was well crafted and enjoyable, making it easy to find something that fits your taste whether you like lighter beers or something a bit bolder. The space itself really adds to the experience. There's a relaxed energy that makes it a great place to meet friends, take a break while exploring the neighborhood, or just enjoy a good beer in a comfortable setting. Here's what we noticed: - Great vibe when we arrived...Busy with lots of people, but still some seating at the large number of picnic tables. There's also some outside patio seating in the front. - My wife and I split a flight of beer, which they provide in three 6 ounce pours. We especially liked their Hazy IPA, but the Oktoberfest was very good too. The bartender said their Kolsch is a bit of a classic, and we liked it too, but it wasn't a stand out to us. I later got a 10 ounce pour of their IPA and felt like that was the best of all. The best part is that you couldn't go wrong with any of the beers. - We got chips and guacamole from the taco truck guy located inside next to the bar...You pay by cash, and we got a big container of chips and a humongous couple of scoops of guac for $9. It was just what we needed to go with our beers! Bottom line: if we lived in the area, we'd go back to Standard Deviant for sure!

Remembering that he had been wanting to check out 21st Amendment for some years now, I suggested that we go here. DJ was immediately sold. After calling two to three times to no avail, we temporarily parked nearby, so that DJ could walk in to check if they were still open and serving dinner. Thankfully, they were open, but they didn't hear the phone ring. We reparked, then arrived shortly before 7:30 PM and were seated immediately. I had been at 21st Amendment before for a very enjoyable lunch with some colleagues back in November, 2019 and the place looked exactly how I remembered it. Venue: 4 stars. With concrete floors and walls with wooden tables and chairs & benches, the restaurant has a rustic and industrial air. Upon entry, patrons are greeted by the bar with seating and its attendants. They have an open kitchen from where the cooks can nod greetings to you. The entire space, including the women's restroom is kept clean & tidy. DJ's only complaint was that he did not enjoy some of the techno music that would play in between the salsa and reggaeton songs both of which I was totally digging. Food: 3 stars. In addition to the TALL HAT that DJ ordered and fully enjoyed, below-listed are the food items that we had. Soup of the Day, Gumbo ($7 cup) - I was given a couple of complimentary slices of toasted bread to accompany my New Orleans stew which were nice to dip in the broth and eat. I'm not quite sure what kind of meat was used, but there was no sausage. 21st Amendment's version of gumbo is more like a soup rather than a stew as the broth was not as thick as usual. The flavour was still good, but I did wish that there was okra. When I was at the bottom of the cup and asked how I liked the gumbo, I commented that I enjoyed it, but was surprised that it was completely absent of rice. Our server, Luis, went back to the kitchen to inquire, returned, informing me that the kitchen admitted to forgetting it, so with a new cup including rice in hand, he served the second serving to me and comped the cup from our bill. Wow, I was very impressed by how the matter was handled. Veggie Burger ($16) with Garlic Fries ($2) - DJ said that the sriracha flavour of the aioli was light/faint. He would have preferred a little more punch of spice from the condiment. The garlic fries were not bad. Baja Fish Tacos with mixed greens ($19) - The two tacos were very generous in portions and the fish were perfectly fried golden. I found the cod to be fishy in taste, so I gave my second taco to DJ. He did not notice any fishy flavour which is very interesting because he is a vegetarian and I expected him to notice it much more than I did. Weird. Meat Lover's PIZZA ($20) - We ordered two of these twelve inch pies for to-go for the boys. Both said that they were good. Service: 5 stars. As I mentioned before, Luis was our waiter and he delivered stellar service. As a former server, myself, I noticed immediately the excellent care we were given by him. The entire night, I kept commenting to DJ on every moment that Luis demonstrated his top-notch customer service. We will definitely need to come back...when Luis is working!
