Thank you Country Tire & Wheel. My wife went to another tire shop to get a free break inspection and was very distressed about the cost of the estimated work that needed to be done on the breaks as well as new tires. I told her to go on Yelp and look at reviews and she would clearly see why I always choose Country Tire & Wheel. She called them up to set up an appointment as they are busy. They got her in and quoted her $1K less than the previous tire shop that has a lower Yelp rating. Although she went to a different Country Wheel & Tire than I use that's located a bit further away she experienced the same great service. We rolled up there at around 7:45 a.m. with a screw in our back left tire, the second one we'd had in the same tire since driving from Hollywood, Florida. Manuel looked at it, told us he'd get it taken care of, and we were back on the road by 8:45 a.m. The staff was pleasant, professional, and new most customers that came in by name. We were very fortunate to have been in a hotel close to this location, as I cannot have wished for a better customer service and tire repair than what I received from Manuel and the staff at Country Tire & Wheel. read more

I had a great tire repair experience at Country Tire & Wheel. We were in an out in less than 15 minutes!

I recently replaced my RV tires due to their age. I got a good price on them and they were installed timely. The only reason I reduced the rating a star was the air pressure. They wrote it up as all 6 tires being inflated to 100 pounds. When I turned on my tire pressure monitor it read mid to upper nineties for 5 of them, and the 6th was 110 pounds. The slight variation for the 5 is fine, but I wasn't happy about the overinflated tire. I'll still do business with them, but will have to keep an eye on the details. read more

I was so impressed with Country Tire and Wheel. When I pulled in to get my vehicle smogged, I had a big dilemma... both my three year old and baby were fast asleep. I obviously didn't want to wake them up, drag them both inside, and deal with that potential melt down mess, but I didn't see any of the bays available or any workers wandering around that I could ask for help. I decided to call the office and (I assume) the manager or maybe owner answered. I told him about my sleeping children and he said not to worry, he would come out to my vehicle. He brought the paperwork, guided me to a bay, helped his employee smog my car, helped me pay from my car... it was awesome! If you're a parent to little kids, you know how super helpful that was for me. I appreciated it so much! read more

If you want garbage customer service come here! I came to country tire a few months ago to replace a punctured tire and received the rudest service in all my years of damaging tires. It seems that if your not driving a fleet vehicle they don't really care about your business. read more
