I showed up right on time, and they were completely closed. I called the number, and the person who answered said the tech was "out picking up rims" and that he'd check and call me back. I never got a call. I tried calling multiple times after that--no answer at all. I ended up waiting there for about an hour for nothing. Poor communication and a total waste of time. Definitely not reliable.

The guy there recommended Alloy wheel repair. I took my car here after going to the tire place and he asked me to bring it back the next day in the am and he would have it ready by time I got off work as I work very close. I left the car at 8 am and I went back at 4pm when I got off and my car run was still being welded. So I waited around for 1 hour and got my car. I paid $200 for the repair which I was happy about as a new rim would have been significantly more. Three days later the same tire started reading low again and I again put air in the tire and reset the TPS. But it kept getting low , so I took it back to have it addressed again. I again dropped the car off in the am and received it back at 4 pm. However, he had to replace one of tires that they damaged when removing it. Was initially replaced with a different tire than what I had on my car but he did get the same one ordered and placed on my car after about 2 weeks. Overall the rim was fixed as this is now 2 weeks post the second repair and I have not had any issues. I took two stars away because of the need for a second visit to get it right and the duration of time it took to get the right tire replaced on my car.

I ordered the tires online which were sent to this location within a day. Scheduling an appointment was easy once I got the call my tires were ready. I ordered a set of Hankook radials and the total cost was under $500 including balancing, installation and "Life of the Tire" warranty. This one doesn't seem to. I came on May 16th to have my 2 year old worn out Michelins replaced. Rain had been forecasted, but it wasn't too bad. About 15 minutes into waiting for my appointment, a torrential downpour starts along with bad thunder and lightning. The way these garages are designed, there is no shelter from the elements. The downpour started and the poor serviceman came out and I thought he was going to tell me he couldn't do it without power. No, instead of saying no, he said he could still do it with hand tools and floor jacks instead. Good can-do attitude rather than turn me away. So there they worked, in the downpour, completely unfazed by the weather and got me in and out before my lunch break was over. Great service! I would recommend coming here and I will come here for my other car's tire needs!
