I am so happy I found this place using Yelp! I was staying at the Luxor and really wanted to get my nails done. After looking around the area, this location at the Four Seasons popped up (and if I checked in I got a free glass of champagne with any service... uh, yes please?) It says you don't need an appointment, and when I went there was not anyone available right then, but they could see me within the hour. The ladies at the spa check in where all so friendly and spoke so nicely you instantly felt relaxed. The spa and the nail area are wonderfully calm, beautifully, and relaxing. I was escorted to the nail portion and met my technician and given my champagne. My tech was sweet, curious of my time in Vegas and genuinely took her time and care for my dear overworked hands. I was even able to keep my nail file afterwards. The surprising part, was after I was done and went to pay I could access the rest of the spa. I sat in the meditation room for awhile, had some fruit infused water and thought deeply about just spending the rest of my afternoon tucked away in that gem of a place. If you've never sat in one of those quiet relaxation rooms, you have no idea what you're missing. I sat down and instantly was whisked away, my muscles melted and I sank into my chair and was blissfully at peace. It was more than I am used to paying for a gel manicure, (120 after tip) but I'd do it again in a heart beat... and maybe schedule that massage. She took care of me and make sure to let me know that I can use the spa facilities prior pedi treatment. I told her what I needed done and she suggested the best full pedi treatment is experienced! Ressie - she's the best technician I've met!! Very professional, gave me over the top service from the beginning (she picked me up at the spa's lounge area) til end. Started with champagne, she made feel very relaxed and pampered in that short 75 minutes. I still can't believe that the treatment that I got was only gotten a pedicure! Your products - I cannot believe on how amazing your products were! Starting with all the combination of all the organic oils/lotions/sugars, and the best nail polish! Had a morning appointment. They booked me. I spelled my name and explained I had shellac that needed to be removed, and redo the nails. Took a credit card. Then Paul called back and changed the time to make it earlier, which actually worked better. Showed up for my appointment and they handed me a release to sign in with my name WRONG. I am not Louis. Then went to the nail bar. You did not tell us you had gel on cause the customer is always wrong. I did tell them, please check the telephone recording. She checked with the technician who said she does not have time for this. I asked what they can do, they can remove the shellac but not do my nails because she didn't know what the nails look like under. So obviously the tech was interested in not doing my nails so that was a waste of time. I scheduled my day around this appointment. So it's only nails, but I except better and I will be watching to see that I do not get a charge on my credit card. Kinda thought I would get a call from the spa manager but this place is not really part of the four seasons, just a space rent. Lower your expectations read more

Best nail bar! This place is great! I'm from Las Vegas so I rarely venture to the strip to have my nails done but I've been searching for a new nail bar and heard this just opened. I chose the sam and cult nail polish which drys in 10 minutes with no uv light and is health for your nail. I've never seen it at any other nail bars. It looks and feels like gel without the hassle of it. Ressie was my tech and she was amazing and detailed! Although my service was only 25-30 mins she made it feel like a relaxing hour. I didn't want it to end! This is my new spot for sure! read more

I went after my flight yesterday . The salon is beautiful ! Very friendly staff. My nail tech and I had a great conversation and we bonded with many similarities in our lives. Unfortunately his work was sloppy. I had red before. He didn't take all of it off. Now that I have French, you can see red flecks. My cuticles are awful. On top of that, it cost me $52! I'm not one to get my nails done regularly - in fact, my coworkers have even remarked before, "We can finally trust you now that you're manicured." So when I had an opportunity to swing by the newly opened Nail Bar, I knew I was in for some pampering. Catherine was my nail tech and offered me a beverage upon entry. And just so I knew I was at the Four Seasons, I had my choice of fruit infused waters, tea, coffee, or champagne. I felt like the fifth cast member of Sex and the City that viewers just never actually saw on screen. We settled into my treatment after Catherine introduced me to the Nail Bar's Smith and Cult line that is 5-free and retails at the Nail Bar for $18/pop, same as what you'd find online! Three weeks later, my color is still vibrant and has stayed chip-free, which is really saying something considering the amount of keyboard-clacking and hand-shaking I do in my job. I had the 25min Marine Essentials manicure that was so relaxing I almost fell asleep while Catherine worked on my nails and hands. Like all Four Seasons experiences, it not just a product you're paying for, but the service as well. If you're thinking of comedian Anjelah Johnson's "Nail Salon" experience with a bilingual nail tech after being herded into a line of manicure booths at nail salons that promote their specials on the vinyl soccer team banners, it's not like that. The spa is nice for the Palazzo, not over-the-top. Had a gel polish change and manicure and paid about $130 plus tip. Definitely over priced for the actual service. The manicure was average. I would find another place to try next time. read more

They were amazing! I called to see if we needed an appointment and he told me no. He proceeded to text me their directions and info without asking him for it. Before we left I called back to see if I could bring a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday. Not only did he answer on the first ring again, but was funny and gracious. I visited the Nail Bar at the Four Seasons on a Wednesday afternoon. The space was very nice, they had 3 pedicure stations and 3 manicure stations. Upon entering, Ressie my nail technician promptly signed me in and offered me beverages. I needed a caffeine boost after lunch so I picked coffee and she made it just the way I like it. She then asked me the color I preferred. I was debating among three neutral shades from Smith and Cult and Ressie took all three and sampled it on my nails to help me decide. The manicure lasted about half an hour. Ressie was super awesome and friendly! She made me feel pampered and she was very genuine. I left feeling refreshed as I usually do not get regular manicures. I am glad I chose the Nail Bar for this once in a while experience. I also got to take some green tea cookies with me when I left, so delicious. They definitely "nailed" it! read more

I did Gel manicure with Connie and I can tell she pay attention to every little details. I always doubt when I have to go to nail salons when I travel as I can get unexpected undeliverable results (and I did experience that several times). Of course four seasons spa should have well trained staffs, but Connie did everything as I expected. She also share great tips to care for my hands and nails. Being in business attire all the time, the dress shoes will really put a toll on your feet. My girlfriend and I came to the Nail Bar inside the Four Seasons for a pedicure, and it was as good as one can imagine from a place as luxurious as the Four Seasons. Connie was so professional and friendly, making sure everything from the reclining massage chair to the water-jet tub for my feet was to my liking. Visited the Four Seasons new Nail Bar for a special treat to get away for an hour in complete peace, this place has everything I needed. From the arrival into the private hotel valet right off LV blvd, to the serene environment in the nail bar....Four Seasons made my entire experience stress free. I had the blissful Decadance & Delight pedicure, and loved the scrubs that they used - they smelled delicious! My therapist Ressie was so thoughtful throughout the entire treatment, always checking in, and offering me refreshments and complimentary treats. Two weeks later and the polish still looks amazing. The Nail Bar is beautiful in it's own right, just the right amount of stations so it feels somewhat private, and the pedicure chairs are oh so comfortable. Love the entire experience, definitely a must try if you are a LV local or visiting our wonderful city. read more

As a Las Vegas local I like to try all things new in the city. I scheduled an appointment at the Four Seasons Nail Bar to treat myself... and what a treat it was!! The hotel itself is gorgeous (I have to say, very easy in and out access for locals) with wonderful service and the nail bar exceeded my expectations. It's just the right size, not a mega salon where you're rushed through. My nail technician was incredibly knowledgable about not only the products being used but different techniques. I have a lot of company who visit town & I couldn't help but think how nice it would be to bring my mother, sisters & girlfriends here for a fun afternoon, a little ladies pampering (I believe if you have a small group / 'buy out' you can even arrange champagne and light snacks)! My husband had a 4 day conference at the Four Seasons hotel in Vegas, and my mother-in-law offered to keep my 20 month old daughter for us. That NEVER happens! In all of my disbelief/excitement/running around like crazy trying to get everything lined up for the trip, I totally forgot how awful my nails looked. It was not until we were comfy on our JetBlue flight to Vegas that I looked down and almost shrieked in horror at the sight. As soon as we landed I called the Nail Bar at the Four Seasons to see if they could fit me in for a manicure. She said absolutely. The area itself is quite small, but very modern and clean. My tech Andrea was an absolute sweetheart. I got the Essentials, and was very pleased with the end result. It is a 25 minute manicure, so don't expect a lot of frills. Also, they do not have a huge color selection, but the brands they carry are high quality. I felt the price was reasonable (by Vegas standards). I would not make a special trip here from another hotel, but if you are staying in the Four Season or Mandalay Bay I would absolutely recommend Nail Bar. Be sure to ask for Andrea! read more

I just wrote a negative review for the Spa itself based on how my friend was treated when having a massage, but to be fair, I wanted to write about my experience at the Nail Bar. We came together and he had a massage while I had a mani/pedi. It was the best experience of my life. The best pedicure that I have ever had and I've had a lot. I normally go to Nordstrom to have my pedicure, but this was over the top amazing. Sharon was my manicurist and she was fantastic. She was not super chatty, but I like that, because I don't like someone talking my ear off. The atmosphere was very comfortable and quiet. She let me choose which I wanted first, the mani or the pedi, which was nice. I was completely pampered and really enjoyed it. It was exactly what I wanted and what I was hoping for. If I lived closer, I would come here all the time. Probably a good thing I don't live closer, because it is very expensive for a mani-pedi. If you are looking for a nail place that is clean and a nice experience, I would highly recommend this place. Ask for Sharon, she's great. read more
