I originally went in for a Clear and Brilliant treatment. I had read about it online and I thought that it would be able to renew my skin and clear up my scars. My esthetician, Fallon, was extremely friendly and professional during the entire visit. During the consultation, she asked me about my skin care struggles and what I wanted to accomplish with the treatment. After that discussion, she suggested I do a chemical peel instead and explained how it would be more beneficial due to my current break outs and scarring. I went for my 2nd appt for dysport in my forehead at this location when it opened in August of 2020. I had a great experience with Austin at the Lincoln Park so was looking forward to this. I mentioned I was treating myself for my birthday. The woman who I had did not calculate or tell me the total fee or # of units before injecting me. I got to the front desk to pay and it was double what I had previously paid since the woman had injected me with more and did not let me know. I was thrown off and annoyed, but paid the bill with the understanding that cost per unit sometimes vary and she used more units. 2 to 3 months later I saw noticeable movement in my forehead. I must have been injected with some watered down product or something. It was shocking considering the 50 units used for my forehead and the money I shelled out.
