Wow I am so disappointed in this place. I went in to get my dog fully groomed with the works. The price was $95 and I was more than OK with it. However, during the service, my dog got nervous and they couldn't work on him. They charged me $65 just for washing my dog and trimmed his nails. This is a heads up for anyone that may have a skittish dog. Do you not go here as they will rip you off and force you to pay $65 to just wash a dog. My dog looks exactly the same as he did when he walked in. Very disappointed as I just moved into this area and I wanted to give this business a new customer. Not happy at all. read more

Absolutely everything went well! Gina worked us in as a new client. She listened to all of Henry's special needs (Henry 1 yr 9 mo is my hospice rescue due to his muscular dystrophy, with Better Days Rescue in Scottsdale). Henry and I met his 'stylist,' Emma. That's when I realized Gina not only listened but heard Henry's special needs. At pick up Emma met with me to tell about his services and Henry's physical status... Spa Le Paw has the nicest people working there from the Receptionist to all the Groomers!! So friendly but yet very professional and very talented Groomers. They have groomed both my little Maltese ShiTzus twice now and they look fantastic both times. They cut and shape their hair so their best features are shown off. This is the absolute best pet grooming service. Our MaltiPoo has been going there since she was 4 months old, she's now almost 4 years old. She is never anxious when we go in and actually greets Gena (front desk) with licks and tail wags. They're pricing is certainly reasonable with different levels depending on the service being provided. Great service from start to finish. From the call, scheduling the appointment to dropping off my dog and picking her up. My dog is older and has hip problems. She usually comes out with a limp from other places, but not here. Just smiles, clean coat, and a wagging tail. They listened to my concerns and said no problem, we will take care of her. I Love Spa Le Paw. I use a wheelchair, and my Lab has mobility issues as well. Gena always sees us coming and greets us almost at the van. The staff are gentle, and professional with my boy. When the service is done I get a call or text, and staff help us out to the vehicle. read more
